Good value hotel with decent breakfast and reasonably priced food available in the evenings. Location is good for walking to plenty of decent bars and cheap restaurants, as well as local shops. Traffic in the area can get very bad so taxi journeys can take a while.  Staff were all friendly. The fitness room has just about enough equipment to make it worthwhile. The rooftop pool is no more than a plunge pool, you certainly can’t swim in it, but I’m sure it’s nice in summer.  Be aware that some rooms have adjoining doors so you could be subject to some noise as a door does not keep much noise out.  A kettle is provided and a couple of teabags and coffee sachets, but these weren’t replaced when used. Similarly, drinking water is provided on arrival but not replenished. Decor is fine, bed was comfy and everything in the room worked, so overall very good value. 

Instalaciones básicas. La habitación es deluxe pero vieja y necesita reflejar más brillo y limpieza. En comparación con el nivel internacional, el hotel necesita aumentar la limpieza y el control de calidad. El apoyo fue bueno y los esfuerzos fueron apreciados, pero la gestión del hotel necesita invertir más para satisfacer el tipo internacional equivalente por noche. Notar que las condiciones del país actualmente son desafiantes y el mantenimiento de los servicios básicos es casi imposible, y el hotel logró proporcionar los servicios básicos de agua/agua caliente, electricidad y A/C casi 24/7. Puede ordenar el envío al exterior a la habitación. Adecuado para tarifas competitivas, y clientes que deseen pasar tiempo en el exterior, como para viajeros, jóvenes turistas y clientes regionales.

We stayed there for one night. It's a apartment/hotel. The room was a decent size without the kitchenette area. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff as a usual Lebanese hospitality. It's located right in front of Falamanki and Bay Rock restaurant. The location is perfect and close to a lot of place, it takes 12 minutes walk to Hamra Street.

Amazingly nice staffs with well cleaned facilities😄 Only thing I didn't like is that a bottled water provided for free was already opened when we arrived to the room (*_*) Highly recommended to travelers who needs a reasonable accommodations!

El hotel que vivía hace varios años, porque la situación económica es un poco peor que antes...Pero la habitación es todavía muy limpia, y la ubicación del hotel también es buena. El desayuno no es agradable.

Responder a la última observación y añadir algunas Después de la mañana siguiente, la recepcionista me hizo un cuestionario. No estaba satisfecha con el tipo de comida en 7 puntos. Le dijo que le diera un poco de comida, y escribí un pastel de arroz. Puede decirles que lo hacían en la cocina. Esto me sorprende, el servicio es bueno.Pero la próxima vez. En el Líbano, no hay necesidad de cambiar el Líbano, porque casi no hay lugar donde cobrar dólares y el tipo de cambio es más rentable que el punto de cambio. Lo extraño es que en el Líbano, los conductores de Oranges a menudo piden precios más allá de los precios del sistema, preferiría no volver a hacerlo, pero a veces también tengo que aceptar precios más altos.

La habitación era limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. La ubicación era perfecta y la atmósfera en general estaba relajada. ¡Me quedaría aquí otra vez y recomendaría muy bien a los demás!

Room was very clean. The only issue I saw was the door for the bathroom is rotten. I asked the cleaning maid for clean towels and she ignored me. When arriving at hotel, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be ready and the baggage boy just threw my luggage on the floor without any regards for its contents. I tried to order food for lunch at about 1300 and the lady that answered room service just said no breakfast and hung up. I wanted to order a burger from their menu. So I opted to go eat outside of the hotel. Other than that... the stuff was great. The hotel is being remodeled so lots of construction noise in the morning and lots of routy guests at night and no one tells them to be quiet.

Centrally located in Hamra District, supermarkets and restaurants around. The service is average adequate , the place is clean and the Wi-Fi work. Normally for the price I would recommend a short stay. There are many hotels in the hamlet this trip with different standard. I will say this one is above average.
