Everything was perfect for my trip to this resort. It was a weekend, there were a lot of people. The room faced the sea, heard the sound of the waves, the night air was cool, but unfortunately the decorative lamp outside the room was damaged, making it dark around the room. But overall everything was good.

Tuvimos la mala suerte de viajar en temporada baja, lo que en Koh Rong significa que llueve un 99 % todos los días. Por las conversaciones que hemos tenido con los lugareños, son plenamente conscientes de ello, pero todas las reservas y actividades siguen como siempre, pero no se pueden disfrutar, como el esnórquel, el barco con barbacoa, etc. Debido al tiempo, estuvimos atrapados en el hotel el 90 % del tiempo. NO hay televisión (dice que hay servicios en la habitación, lo leí demasiado tarde), así que tenlo en cuenta, especialmente si viajas con niños pequeños. La piscina no es una opción debido a las tormentas y los relámpagos. Cuesta 15 USD llegar al hotel desde el muelle. No hay cajeros automáticos en la isla, solo un puesto que te permite usar tu tarjeta para pagar a los locales y luego te dan el dinero, que se cobra al 8 % 😡 Esto es importante porque, por falta de conexión a Internet, no siempre puedes usar la tarjeta para pagar en el restaurante tus almuerzos y cenas; además, cuando puedes, hay una tarifa del 3 % para hacerlo. Todas las actividades también deben pagarse en dólares estadounidenses, pero no se aceptan billetes viejos y desgastados, incluso si te los han dado otros comerciantes de la isla o si los billetes se mojaron un poco con la lluvia, lo que era un problema frecuente. Así que ven con muchos dólares nuevos o te encontrarás con pocas opciones. La noche antes de la salida, le pedimos al personal que avisara a la compañía de ferry que tomaríamos el ferry de las 9:30 a. m. a Sihakouville (según las instrucciones de la compañía de ferry). Reservamos un viaje de regreso a las 9:00 a. m. al muelle como se recomendó. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos, el ferry salía a las 9:15. No éramos los únicos que nos quedamos atrás. Algunas personas tenían que tomar un vuelo más tarde ese día y se les hizo pagar otros 17 USD por persona, ya que según ellos era ”imposible” acomodarlos en uno de los barcos casi vacíos de una de las otras muchas compañías de ferry, porque no trabajan juntas, algunas familias pagaron hasta 70 USD para no perder su vuelo a pesar de que no era su culpa. El hotel era estándar para un hotel de playa, lindas cabañas, las camas estaban limpias y eran cómodas y lo más destacado fue definitivamente la comida en el restaurante. Durante los 4 días, probamos muchos platos, todos deliciosos. Puedo imaginar que durante la temporada soleada debe ser un lugar hermoso y un hotel hermoso. Dicho esto, ya pensé que era demasiado caro para temporada baja en comparación con hoteles similares en Tailandia y Bali, así que para mí el precio que pagarías en temporada alta no lo consideraría, especialmente dada toda la experiencia con el ferry y los dólares. ☹️

Pro: Todo es perfecto cuando nos quedamos aquí. La habitación es muy bonita y la playa es realmente maravillosa. La playa es maravillosa. La piscina también es muy bonita. La casa de baño es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Contra: Nos quedamos 3 días 2 noches y en nuestro 2o día, le pedimos que nuestra habitación esté limpia. También tenemos cena en nuestro segundo día y preguntamos si podemos conseguir el agua. El restaurante no tiene agua gratuita. Sólo venden botellas de agua que tenemos que pagar. Si queremos obtener agua gratuita, tenemos que conseguirla del receptor y no del restaurante. También no ofrecen una pad femenina. Debemos comprarla fuera y es muy lejos si queremos comprarla. No hay muchas opciones de restaurante.

We dont know where to start but we did enjoyed our stays here. This place captured our heart and we wish we knew it earlier so we can come and spend at least 2 weeks here. Our room was just a few metres away from the beach and the food and service here is 5stars. They deserve a recognition for the food in the sunset restaurant and the breakfast ♥️♥️🙏🏼🙏🏼💖💖💖 We already feel emotional leaving this place, this place captured our heart and we will sure be coming back, if only we knew it earlier 🥹🥹😭😭🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️♥️

Novotel Sihanoukville – My Honest Review I recently stayed at Novotel Sihanoukville with my family, and unfortunately, the overall experience was below my expectations. The first issue was the hotel's policy on outside food and drinks. There is a sign clearly stating that outside food and beverages are not allowed. However, it doesn't seem to be enforced. The corridor on my floor was constantly filled with strong food smells, and even my kids' room was affected. The smell became so unpleasant that I had to request the hotel to spray the room. I also noticed that some rooms appeared to have more than five guests staying together. I'm not sure whether the hotel allows this or whether it is being monitored properly. I strictly followed the hotel policy and booked two rooms for my family, so it felt a little unfair if others were not following the same rules. As for the food, both the seafood dinner buffet and breakfast were just average. They were acceptable, but they did not meet the standard I normally expect from an Accor hotel. The room itself was comfortable enough, but the bathroom ventilation needs improvement. Whenever someone used the toilet, the smell spread throughout the entire room because the exhaust ventilation was not effective. The biggest highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and the swimming pool bar crew, they consistently provided excellent service. They were the best part of our stay. One major disappointment was the swimming pool. The water did not look clean, and it discouraged me from swimming. This was something I really did not expect from a Novotel property. Overall, I left feeling that the hotel has good potential, especially because of its excellent staff, but the facilities and overall maintenance need improvement. With better enforcement of hotel policies, cleaner facilities, improved ventilation, and higher food quality, I believe the guest experience could be much better. Overall rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars.

El hotel es bueno, la ubicación es grande. Gran habitación, buenas camas. La habitación era un poco sucia cuando llegamos, pero la limpiaron cuando se lo preguntó. La piscina es buena. Buen desayuno. la comida en la piscina también es buena. muy buen personal

Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

La vista es buena, la atención también, ahora la habitación estaba mal cuidada, no estaba limpia al momento de hacer mi check in. La conexión de internet es muy lenta. PD: la ubicación es buena, el personal es bueno pero esperaba más de sus dormitorios, se supone que es un estudio deluxe. Lo malo del todo fue que mi cama se quebró al momento de querer dormir

Reservé una habitación comunicada para dos noches. La habitación es un poco diferente a como se ve en la foto, pero está bien. El refrigerador no funciona y hay cucarachas pequeñas. Dejé la nota para que limpiaran la habitación, pero nadie vino, lo cual es un poco decepcionante. El desayuno también está bien y la ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa, a la que se puede llegar caminando por un pequeño sendero desde el hotel. El personal es amable y hay un amplio estacionamiento.

這是我們第一次選擇“六善”，沒想到是在西哈努克，當時本想住在高龍島，但是我想住的酒店當時沒有房間。不知道怎麼就找到了“六善”，預算確實超出很多，但是在網上看了很多評價，真的是“心動”，事實證明“不虛此行”。 我認為一定級別的酒店，顧客更多的是為了地理位置和服務買單，而房間本身衹佔了很小的一部分。六善一酒店一座島吸引了我，從西哈努克機場無縫銜接的流程，酒店接機，坐船，酒店GEM迎接，介紹房間，添加微信交流都很順利，有什麼需求基本都可以得到滿足，而且秒回覆。接待我們的是美麗温柔的“蘭春”，耐心回答我的問題，並且每天晚上的晚餐都會提前幫我們預訂位置。 島上活動挺多的，水上活動包括浮潛，皮划艇都是免費的，包括使用設備都免費。除此之外，我們去出島go fishing，釣了十幾條魚，其中一條野生石斑，請餐廳廚師幫忙處理，肉質確實鮮嫩。 每天的晚餐種類不太相同，有的時候餐廳也不一樣。我個人比較喜歡tree restaurant. 第一天的食材和味道都很驚艷，我們四個人吃的很滿足。飯後每人還有甜點，又精美又好吃。早餐種類也很豐富，除了餐廳擺放的，還可以單點，我們每天都能吃到可口的粥，叉燒飯，米線，pancake,omolet等等，中西合璧，總之餐飲很豐富，味道在線。 酒店很原生態，而且環保。我們住了三天，沒有發現一件塑料製品。酒店的general manager入住的時候仔細幫我們介紹酒店情況，退房的時候還仔細聽取我們的反饋，感覺到很真誠。我在微信上溝通的“孟超”經理，也給我介紹了酒店的很多訊息，雖然沒能通過他預訂，但是我能最後選擇“六善”，跟他有很大的關係，在酒店能當面溝通，也很高興。 總之，krabey island 六善，是我們生命中難忘的一段經歷。感謝酒店所有人，希望有緣再見。中國人對西哈努克有些“固有”的印象，很大程度上成為入住的障礙，我想酒店如果能把這個障礙去除，會有更多的中國人選擇。另外，希望能增加更多會中文的GEM。餐飲選擇上越少越好，越直接越好。
