«I’m very impressed! The room is spacious compared to Japanese standards and very clean. The bed is soft and comfortable with full amenities. The location is perfect, right next to Toyama Station and the Tram stop, making it extremely convenient. The hotel is above a shopping mall, and there are other malls nearby where you can find everything you need. There’s a wide variety of food and convenience stores close by. You can even walk to Toyama Kansui Park. The staff are lovely and provide great service. I also loved the free water and ice machine. Highly recommended!»

Not just because the price is very economic, the location is so easy access to everywhere, the cleanliness, and the facilities are all completed. The staffs all are all so helpful. «walking to the hotel from jr station might be hurting your luggage's wheel, anyway, it is inexpensive compare to others hotel with onsen facility. bed is ok, a bit hard, different from other APA hotel branch, can keep the open luggage under the bed. try to choose room not facing rail way, it will be noisy when the train pass thru.»

«Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.»

«The front desk service is amazing. The hot spring is very comfortable. The room is clean and hygienic with a dry and wet separation. The mini bar has pudding and mineral water. The breakfast is also very sumptuous. It's just a 15-minute straight walk from Toyama Station. Remember to bring a bath towel when you go to soak in the hot spring!! «Es un hotel muy exquisito. Después de registrarse, debe quitarse los zapatos para ingresar al ascensor y a la habitación. El hotel también proporciona pantuflas desechables y los camareros lo ayudarán a limpiar las ruedas del equipaje. La habitación tiene el tamaño típico japonés, pero es higiénica y tiene separación de ropa seca y húmeda. También puede sumergirse en las aguas termales directamente en la habitación. El desayuno es rico y el sashimi fresco. Después de bañarse en las aguas termales, se ofrece Yakult por la mañana, helado por la noche y también puedes comer un plato de fideos a partir de las 9:30 p.m., todo gratis. El transporte también es conveniente. Está a unos 15 minutos a pie desde la estación de Toyama. También puede tomar el tranvía y bajarse en la estación de Otote. Enfrente se encuentran los grandes almacenes Daiwa, que también son convenientes para ir de compras. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Además, el hotel también ofrece un billete de tranvía gratuito, uno por día (uno de ida y vuelta). Un hotel de estilo japonés muy rentable.»

«Es un desayuno buffet popular. El japonés cocina un menú rico en comidas occidentales. Además, Fushan tiene muchas propiedades especiales, que es un buen servicio para los turistas. En cuanto a los puntos de pastel, el fruta y el pudin son muy deliciosos, me siento muy especial. Sólo hay un cinturón de mar en la habitación, un poco decepcionante.Quiero café, así que lo usé en una tienda de conveniencia cercana.»
