我們在伊豆的花水木温泉旅館衹住了一晚，但這次的體驗讓我印象非常深刻，值得推薦給大家 這家旅館是由一對中國老闆和老闆娘經營的 整體感覺更像是一家温馨的民宿 非常有人情味 到店的時候老闆和老闆娘非常熱情友好 讓人感覺像回到家一樣. 房間乾淨整潔 佈置得很温馨 雖然不算豪華 但非常舒適 住起來很放鬆。這裏的温泉也很棒，安靜又乾淨 非常適合在旅途一天的疲憊之後泡一泡，整個人都輕鬆了下來. 讓我特別感動的一點是，我當時不小心把東西落在了旅館。聯繫老闆後，他們非常細心，幫我把東西寄到了我下一站在大阪的酒店。這種貼心的服務真的非常難得，也讓我對這家旅館印象更加深刻.

I stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this. The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan. The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional. Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area. Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

La habitación tiene una vista muy bonita al mar, es una fantasía real. Y tomará muy poco tiempo para caminar del hotel al mar - alrededor de 10 minutos. También me gustaba el arañazo. Quiero señalar la conveniencia de los transbordadores - que funcionan con frecuencia y no necesitan reservarlos con antelación. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. La impresión global es maravillosa.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ittouan. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again. We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough! The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely. Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family. 一灯庵で本当に素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。最初から最後までとても心温まる体験でした。 到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。 夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました。すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。 立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。 お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました。 スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

Tuve una estancia fantástica en el Hotel Clad; sin duda, una de las experiencias más lujosas en comparación con los hoteles más pequeños y compactos en los que me alojé en Tokio y Osaka. Uno de los mayores atractivos fue la vista del Monte Fuji. Tuve la suerte de poder contemplarlo con claridad alrededor de las 5 de la mañana, y fue absolutamente precioso. Aún más especial fue poder verlo de noche: pude tomar fotos nocturnas desde la comodidad de mi habitación. Fue una experiencia increíble, sobre todo porque el clima me acompañó durante mi estancia. La habitación era espaciosa (una gran ventaja en comparación con los hoteles típicos de las ciudades japonesas), con una cama muy cómoda que me permitió relajarme por completo. Teniendo en cuenta que era temporada alta de los cerezos en flor, el precio me pareció bastante razonable y con una buena relación calidad-precio. En resumen, estoy muy contento con mi estancia: la combinación de comodidad, espacio y esas inolvidables vistas del Monte Fuji la hicieron realmente memorable.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Hills Shizuoka and would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. It is directly next to JR Shizuoka Station, which makes it extremely convenient for both arriving and exploring the city. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel room itself feels a bit dated, but clean, and well maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, especially compared to many other business hotels in Japan. The view from the higher floors was also very nice, particularly in the evening. The staff were professional, polite, and efficient throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, and the quality was satisfying overall. The dining area was comfortable and not overly crowded during my visit. Overall, Hotel Grand Hills Shizuoka offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and service. It is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Shizuoka.

La experiencia ha sido buena. Quizá estaría bien que el desayuno fuera un poco más variado y la almohada más cómoda. Disponen de una bicicleta gratuita, pero generalmente en otros hoteles hay dos. Aquí solo había una y al ir en pareja no pudimos usar el servicio.

Supongo que el encanto de Atami es que toda la zona es un poco ”datada” hasta que un resort va, y este hotel se ajusta definitivamente a eso - parece un lugar que una vez fue grande y ahora es un tipo de rodillo para traer en el dinero que puede. La comida es útil pero totalmente inspire - una cafetería de gran escala que se oculta como algo mejor que con los ”chefs” que llevan sus blancos. El resto de las comidas calientes son muy decepcionantes tanto en términos de variedad como en términos de sabor general. El sushi y el sashimi son el standout de la comida, aunque también es muy básico - no todo lo que va a golpear tu mente, pero aceptablemente sabroso y razonablemente fresco (aunque en nuestra segunda noche todo sabía un poco de sopa/blanqueado). Como occidental, usted será muy decepcionado por el desayuno, aunque es un problema ”me” en lugar de un problema de hotel en sí mismo. It would be good to have parking for guests. All in all it was a good and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room is spacious for us. Sad that the coffee was not enough for everyone especially in the morning. We did not get a drop.
