«Very nice onsen hotel, onsen with good view but specific time period for male and female to use the pool with view at 11 floor. My dinner timing slot was specified to be  at 7:30-9pm but when a go in at 7:30pm sharp most other guests are already inside. At 8:30pm food are already gone!»

«I was quite disappointed with this booking made via Trip.com. I specifically booked a Deluxe Japanese Western style room with an outdoor hot bath, as the outdoor hot bath was a key reason for choosing this room. Upon check-in, I discovered that there was no outdoor hot bath, and I was informed that the room I had booked was not available. Initially, I was told that I had booked a room that did not include a hot tub. However, after checking my booking details, it was clear that the room I reserved was indeed supposed to come with an outdoor hot bath. To their credit, the hotel staff did try to assist by finding a last-minute alternative room that still had a bathtub that comes with a view. However, this replacement room had a much more limited view compared to the original room we had chosen, and it was not equivalent to what was advertised and booked. Additionally, the window in the room was quite flimsy and dirty, and with the temperature being rather cold, this further affected the comfort of the stay. Because we had a very limited itinerary, a significant amount of time was spent resolving this issue and arranging a replacement room. As a result, some of our planned activities had to be cancelled, which further impacted the overall experience. Overall, this was a rather disappointing experienc eespecially because this was the first time I had booked this type of room as a surprise for my girlfriend, who was really looking forward to the outdoor hot bath. Unfortunately, the key feature that made this booking special was missing, which significantly affected the stay. I hope that Trip.com can take note of this issue and ensure that rooms are marked as unavailable once fully booked, to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests.»

«La habitación era espaciosa y la ubicación del hotel, justo al lado de la estación de Nagasaki, resultaba muy conveniente. El desayuno se servía en la primera planta con unas vistas estupendas, pero la iluminación del comedor era algo tenue… El baño no tenía ducha ni inodoro separados, lo cual fue una pequeña decepción. Por lo demás, todo fue perfecto.»

«Beautiful hotel, view was awesome the moment we stepped out of the train at the station. Pleasant surprise that we got free upgrades to rooms with park view that was so stunning. We took many beautiful pictures of the view. The breakfast was very impressive as well. The staff was very polite and provided good service with smiles. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.»

«2月14日(土)ランタンフィスティバル見物メインで子供を連れて3人で宿泊しました。 評判の朝食は決して悪くはなのですが期待した程ではなく普通でした。 スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティはどなたも素晴らしかったです。 駐車場の件が気になり前日に確認すると午後2時から先着順にご案内して満車の場合には近隣の提携駐車場をご案内しますとの事でしたので2時30分位に到着したのですが既に前に2台先着の方がおられ、満車なので提携駐車場に停めに行って下さいとスタッフの方から案内を受けていらっしゃいました。 ただ説明を受けている最中に2台出庫があったのですが停めさせはもらえず提携駐車場に停めに行きました。 近隣の道路はとても狭く雨も降っていて凄く分かりづらかったです、加えて提携駐車場といえ台数確保はしてなく一般車も多く並んでいて約1時間程並んでようやく停めることは出来たのですが、ホテルからもらった提携駐車場案内文書にはもし停められない場合はご了承下さいとありました。あまりにも無責任ではないでしょうか？ そして夕方外出の際ホテル駐車場の様子を見ていてのですが、私が見ていた3〜4台の車はホテルのタワー駐車場に吸い込まれて行きました。先着順と言う話しはなんなのでしょうか？ それと信じられない設備上の問題点がありました。 それは部屋のバストイレ洗面所が同一で分かれていないのです。シングルならともかくダブルもツインもです。 格安のビジネスホテルでもバストイレ一緒のユニットはあっても3ヶ所同一など見たことも聞いたこともありません。 たとえ家族やカップルであってもプライベートも何もありません。 二度と利用することはありません。 スタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしいので大変残念です。»

«El hotel está justo enfrente de la estación de tren de Nagasaki. Hay un ascensor justo en la entrada del hotel que lleva a un puente elevado, lo que facilita el acceso incluso con equipaje. El personal es amable y el desayuno es abundante.»
