👍La ubicación es excelente, justo enfrente de la salida 1 de la estación de metro Miyagi-no-dori (salida sur). Está a 5 minutos a pie de la estación JR Sendai. Aunque se encuentra en una zona menos concurrida cerca de la estación Sendai, aparcar es relativamente fácil para quienes van en coche. 👍Las comodidades de la habitación son básicas pero suficientes. Excelente relación calidad-precio. 👍¡Aire acondicionado individual! Usar el secador de pelo y el hervidor eléctrico a la vez provocó un apagón. La recepción lo solucionó rápidamente, lo cual parece ser la práctica habitual. 👎🏻Sin embargo, había un ruido molesto, intermitente y frecuente (la habitación está en la planta 8, la última planta, lejos del ascensor). Parecía el sonido de un gran extractor de aire, ¿o una bomba de agua? Resultaba bastante molesto por la noche, cuando había mucho silencio.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Location couldn't be better. Staff speaks just a little bit of English, but it's possible to find workarounds with translator or if you know just a little bit of Japanese. Considering the prices of the region, it was the best cost benefit that we could find. The Japanese bath is quite good, you would need to spend much more for a better hotel.

The hotel was very dated and was also very small. The paint on the walls of our room looked like they were coming off at any time. However the bed was clean and the room was also decently cleaned. All the basic amenities were provided during my stay and the staff were also courteous and friendly! The hotel is also located about a 10mins walk away from JR Sendai station so it is definitely convenient. Overall, for the price you are paying it’s definitely worth it if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night and go out in the day.

Everything is good and especially the equipment is very user-friendly! Also, the room size is big enough to open your luggage !

Nos hemos ido a Sendai durante los últimos tres años y nos hemos quedado en este hotel durante al menos tres a cinco días. Reservamos una habitación en la última fecha que dejamos Sendai (es decir, 2-3 Dec) y finalmente cambiamos de opinión para quedarse en este hotel por dos días más (es decir, 30 Nov a 2 Dec). Cuando nos preguntamos si podíamos permanecer en la misma habitación desde el 30 Nov a 3 Dec, pero no en la esquina, el hotel respondió que ya tuvimos que actualizar la habitación que reservamos para el 30 Nov a 2 Dec pagando un suplemento JPY4, 000 o desplazar la habitación que reservamos en 2-3 Dec. No se ofreció ningún reembolso, por lo tanto no tuvimos opción, pero pagamos un extra JPY4,000. Cuando entramos en la habitación, vimos un poco de rubia en el piso, nos bajamos a la recepción inmediatamente, en el ascensor, uno de los receptores estaba con nosotros, queríamos decirle acerca de la limpieza de la habitación, pero ella no hizo ninguna respuesta, parecía que No fue nada de su negocio. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were so hospitable. Only few minutes away to find the restaurants and shops you like to go. Would love to stay again next time of my visit. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located just right outside of the train station (shinkansen west exit) and it’s linked to the shopping malls that are around the stations. The bus stops are just below as well, good if you are taking a bus out or if you joined day trips departing from Sendai. The hotel is also very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly.

Love the location as its central to all things to do n I have a lovely time driving from hotel to interesting location

20231125 La habitación es enorme, con capacidad para 6 personas. Desde Sendai, tome la línea Seibu y bájese frente al hotel, a 1 minuto a pie. Es un poco oscuro en invierno, sin alumbrado público, así que no se ve la calle. Si no tiene reserva para cenar, hay un sitio en la tercera planta donde puede comer ramen sencillo después de las 19:00.
