Nos alojamos dos noches y el personal de recepción fue muy atento. Desde nuestra habitación teníamos una vista preciosa del puerto. El problema fue que la primera noche, cuando quisimos cenar en el hotel, el restaurante buffet estaba lleno, al igual que los restaurantes japoneses del segundo piso. Reservamos la cena de la segunda noche en el buffet, pero nos dijeron que estaba lleno y que solo podíamos cenar a las 8 p. m. Para nuestra sorpresa, cuando llegamos al restaurante a las 8 p. m., quedaba muy poca comida y no había posibilidad de reponerla. Mi recomendación es que alojarse en el hotel está bien, pero es mejor no cenar en el buffet.

I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a quiet hot spring experience away from crowds. It is located a bit remotely from the city and surrounded by nature, which I absolutely love! Driving here is quite accessible. Since I planned to stay for more than one day, they provided a free pickup from the Kotohira JR Station, which is also very convenient. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. This low-density hotel has around 26 rooms, so it sells out very quickly, especially during peak season. There is a small gift shop, but I found everything I needed there. The room met my expectations, offering enough space with an outdoor deck and a private hot spring tub. I could hop into the hot spring tub anytime. If in the summer, I would be sitting on the outdoor deck to take in the views of the woods and nature, listening to the birds sing. The lotion provided is of very good quality; I use it every time I finish in the hot spring, as it smooths my skin. I should check if the gift shop sells it. The minibar is well-stocked with coffee and tea, and a 2-liter bottle of water was provided, along with a filtered water tap in the washroom. The public hot spring is spacious, allowing for plenty of privacy. One thing I wasn't sure about was that they provided us with a twin bed room. Since I was there with my husband, we expected a double bed room. We didn’t check with them about it because we decided to use the futon bed instead, which was surprisingly comfortable. I ended up sleeping even deeper than on a regular bed.  We were also confused about the futon bed setup requiring an extra charge, guess it was considered an extra bed. However, they arranged it for us without charging extra, which we really appreciated!  The dining experience was fantastic as well. There are different sessions in the restaurant, and they assign different tables for each meal, making it feel like dining in various restaurants. The service was very professional, with the staff explaining each dish to us. Even though one server covered two tables, I felt like they were serving us privately and gave us enough personal time. The restaurant closes after breakfast and before dinner, which gives you a great opportunity to explore the area during lunchtime. There are also delicious udon restaurants nearby. Just a heads up, though—I didn’t notice any room service available, so if you want snacks in your room, it’s a good idea to prepare your own. I am looking forward to staying in their other branches!

Toyoko inn has always been a reliable stay for me. When you don’t want to do a love hotel or hostel but for whatever reason don’t find it sensible to book something more luxurious you can find a brand hotel like Toyoko at a reasonable price. Those who stay regularly know the perks (free face wash haha) - but this one in particular has a very nice view of the sunset over the bay. It’s also right across the street from the train station. Solid.

Ver los detalles y el servicio del tradicional hotel de caliente, acaba de salir del autobús y llamar a los servicios chinos para ayudar, la atenta recepción de invitados ha aumentado considerablemente, la introducción en inglés del personal de servicio de restaurantes también es muy buena, la comida es muy deliciosa y perfecta, Junto con buenas instalaciones y calentamientos, realmente vale la pena recomendarlo fuertemente 👍

Pude disfrutar de las comodidades de un hotel urbano a precio de hotel de negocios. Las amplias habitaciones son muy relajantes. El aparcamiento es grande y perfecto para quienes viajan en coche. Está un poco lejos del centro para tomar algo, pero cuesta solo un poco más de 1000 yenes en taxi. ¡Pruébalo!

The staff of Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel are professional and considerable. Their service are excellent, especially 1) The shuttle bus driver (morning shift strong man, forgot asking his name). When we arrived at Shodoshima Ferry Pier at 11:00am on April 7, we found a hotel shuttle bus, but not sure if it's the one of our staying hotel. We asked the driver if it's the one that waiting to pick us up. He said yes, but the hotel check-in time should be 3:00pm in the afternoon. He suggested us to have the sightseeing first and helped register the afternoon time for picking us instead. Also, he suggested taking our hand carry bags to the hotel front desk to avoid we carrying too heavy bags while travelling. 2) The lady staff (sorry for forgetting her name) at the lobby hall, who was very proactive. She came over immediately to help taking photos for us when she found we're taking a selfie. She also served us with free drinks for enjoying the sunset at the hall. 3) The staff at the reception desk are very professional. They helped us for check-in, explained the details of the time for meals, and provided all the information required. 4) The foods for dinner & breakfast buffet are very nice and yummy. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Overall, Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel is a very professional and comfortable accommodation for stay. We're pleased and feel glad choosing this hotel.

Hotel staff at reception desk is super helpful and very patient to assist customer. Room is super clean and breakfast is nice. We stayed this hotel for 4 nights for a golf trip. During our stay, there were a couple issues we have with car rental companies. Staff was very kind to help in local languange conversation with call center and local police individuals to effectively get thing done. I cannot image how long it will take for us to communicate with non-Japanese lauguage... Good job Route Inn hotel.

We have stayed in many Daiwa Roynet Hotels in Japan, and we’ve trusted the Daiwa Roynet brand very much. However, the Takamatsu property is the worst we’ve experienced so far, and after this stay we will be more cautious about choosing to stay at Daiwa Roynet in the future. The facilities are very old and urgently need refurbishment. The cleanliness of our room was also quite shocking. There was hair in the bathroom and bathtub, and hair on the pajamas they provided, as shown in the photo. There were stains throughout the room as well. The bedding used is also smaller than the bed as shown in the picture. If you’re planning day trips to the islands, the hotel isn’t very close to the port. There are plenty of shops nearby, though, so the overall location is ok.

Hotel location is good where closed to the Takamatsu Port (9 min / 2.3km). If you are doing road trip, this hotel has the self owned car park, though the cost is a bit high - 1,500 Yen per night. During my visit, the Central Park was under construction, however, the view is still fine. Hot spring as the same across the brand Dormny Inn, very clean, spring water, well management.

¡Qué agradable estadía! Personal muy útil estamos muy apreciados, sólo el personal sólo puede hablar poco inglés, utilizamos el traductor de aplicaciones tan todavía muy suave. desde el aeropuerto al hotel, puede tomar el autobús de limusina, comprar entradas en la máquina, parar autobús justo fuera en la plataforma No.2, el personal del aeropuerto puede guiarle, tiempo de viaje alrededor 20-25 minutos se puede llegar allí, la parada justo en el hotel, la calle del mercado justo detrás del hotel, las tiendas de Takamatsu testador cerrados bastante temprano, la mayoría de eso cerrados Aproximadamente 8, sólo un poco tarde.. Si quieres encontrar un restaurante de cena debe ir antes. Muchos Izakaya (Vintage) alrededor del hotel pero necesitan reservar, caminar casi completo!! Parque de coches es ¥1400 por noche, parques de coches fuera es más barato pero dentro del hotel que conveniente si usted compró algunas cosas 😆 pero sólo unos pocos dentro, no hay reseñas anticipadas, su primera llegada primero servido cada noche, así que tienes que ir temprano para conseguir el estacionamiento
