Un hotel maravilloso para unas tranquilas vacaciones en familia, con impresionantes vistas al mar y a la montaña. El personal es muy atento y amable. Cuenta con una sauna elegante con aguas termales. Sin embargo, la ubicación no es muy conveniente; no hay cafeterías ni restaurantes cerca, solo el restaurante del hotel. Recomendado únicamente para viajeros con coche. ¡Es genial que se puedan llevar bicicletas!

Wonderful location! A straight walk from Hakata Station (or you can take one stop on the subway). The hotel is right outside the subway station. Very short walk to Canal City too. A 24h pharmacy nearby with an AEON mart at the basement. There's good food around too. Really great location but if you stay the STAY ROOM type, please note that you will be facing a huge cemetery 🥲. It's mostly hidden by trees but you absolutely can see it. The hotel is right infront of the cemetery. Other room types won't get that view thankfully. There's a free to use public bath, free ice pops, and free to use microwave. Washing machine outside is paid per use. You can see the status from your room. STAY ROOM washing is free with detergent provided 👍 Service was great initially. Check in team aided with my requests. However, checkout team was not the best. I arrived at the counter, confused and in a rush but the team in the morning all stood behind the counter, leaning their backs to the wall. I utter a word of question and nobody came forward to help. I tried to figure it out myself, by slotting in the card, then finally someone came forward, no talk no acknowledgement, tapped some stuff - all in japanese - and then nothing. I was confused, then one of the English speaking stuff said ”all done”... I was very unimpressed with this service. Especially with the sight of all of them leaning against the wall when I obviously needed help. Really a downer to a good stay.

El personal fue increíblemente amable, la ubicación era excelente para ir de compras y era muy fácil acceder a cualquier lugar cercano. Durante mi estancia en la habitación con doble ventana, la vista era espectacular tanto de día como de noche.🥹 La habitación y el baño eran muy espaciosos, y la bañera era bastante profunda. Mido 170 cm, pero aún así tenía espacio de sobra para estirar las piernas. ¡Muy recomendable! Si tuviera que mencionar algún inconveniente, sinceramente, sería el aire acondicionado integrado debajo de la cama. No sé si fue por eso, pero había tanta humedad que la cama estaba muy mojada. Incluso después de cambiar las sábanas y el edredón, seguía húmeda. Además, había una lámpara de techo sobre el cabecero, y se veía que tenía tanto polvo acumulado que me resultaba bastante desagradable. Si no te importan esas cosas, ¡es el mejor hotel!✨

El hotel está situado junto al centro comercial de la ciudad del canal, lo que hace que sus compras y cenas sean tan fáciles, a pie del canal y a través de la vista escenic del lado del canal. Expensive for what you get, but I am told that Fukuoka hotels are expensive (even more than Tokyo) because of the limited hotels compared to the amount of visitors it gets. The twin rooms are ridiculous TINY- way too small for two people and our two luggages! The receptionist was helpful and apologetic, and we were able to upgrade to a bigger twin room but you still get very bare amenities.

La estación de Hakata está a unos 10 minutos a pie y Canal City está muy cerca. La ubicación era estupenda, ya que estaba cerca de la estación de tren Tenjin Minami. No hace falta decir que las aguas termales fueron las mejores. ¡El helado que comes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la noche y el yogur que bebes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la mañana también son geniales! También disfruté mucho el ramen con salsa de soja gratis. El desayuno también era bueno! ¡Era un lugar donde no faltaba nada!
