El acceso es un poco difícil de encontrar, pero por lo demás todo bien. Está a menos de diez kilómetros de la antigua Roma y a veinte minutos en coche. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas, la cena es buena y el chico también es muy guapo.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

¡Este es un sitio fantástico para ir en familia! Está muy bien ubicado, entre el centro de Roma y la costa (Ostia). Quizás haya que hacer un poco de cola para el check-in, pero sin duda merece la pena, sobre todo por el precio. El alojamiento estaba bastante limpio, y tener aire acondicionado en el bungalow fue un gran plus. El personal era muy amable, y se encuentra todo lo necesario en el recinto, aunque la comida era un poco normalita. Lo más destacado para nosotros fue el parque acuático, ¡a mi niño le encantó! En general, recomendaría totalmente este hotel.

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Muy limpio, buena ubicación. No nos dieron agua potable para la bienvenida, pero podíamos comprarla en el minibar por 2,5 euros la botella pequeña. Pedimos plancha y tabla de planchar, pero no nos las dieron. Se puede pagar por el servicio de planchado y esperar una hora y media para que la planchen.

Excelente estructura y excelente limpieza. A 15 minutos a pie del metro y autobús.

This hotel just excellent with the great service and chek in at late night is really great.

Me alojé aquí durante un fin de semana en Roma por motivos de trabajo. La ubicación era muy práctica, justo enfrente de la estación Termini, y el desayuno estaba delicioso. El zumo de naranja recién exprimido estaba especialmente fresco. - La habitación era un poco pequeña, ya que la compartíamos tres personas. - El aislamiento acústico era bueno. - Se agradeció que no hubiera ningún olor a tabaco en la habitación para no fumadores. - La calefacción funcionaba de maravilla; hacía bastante calor. - El secador de pelo es un poco flojo. - Es imprescindible usar productos para el cuidado del cabello, ya que el agua dura lo daña.

Convenientemente cerca de Roma Termini. Es el lugar correcto si debes tomar un tren y tienes equipaje. El barrio el lindo, muchos restaurantes alrededor del hotel. La habitación individual es bastante grande para ser para una. Es oscura aun de día, por la ubicación. Tiene todo lo necesario para un par de días en Roma. El personal del hotel es amable y servicial.
