What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, una gran comida y el personal más cordial. El Sr. Sonu ji, nuestro guía y conductor, nos llevó a un día de salida en Amritsar, nos llevó personalmente al templo dorado, no nos dejó fuera del templo y aparcó el coche, sino que nos caminó hasta el templo y nos guió todo el camino. Gracias de nuevo, Sr. Sonu. Y también el equipo de servicio f&b fue muy agradable.

Situado a 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Chandigarh. Las habitaciones y los servicios fueron excelentes. El personal fue muy cooperativo. La distribución de buffet fue muy buena. Los interiores y las instalaciones del hotel fueron fabulosos.

Staff is friendly. Location wise, it is very close to the Amrotsar Train Station, 15 mins from the airport, and 10-12 mins from the Golden Temple. Hotel service staff at level 4 - Manpreet, Suman and Lakshmi are very attentive and always smiling.

El hotel está muy cerca de las áreas principales y no se apresura al ruido.El restaurante sirve un gran desayuno y encontramos el mejor Amritsar kulcha aquí, por nosotros mismos. El hotel dispone de instalaciones estándar y una pequeña piscina con gimnasio en la parte superior del hotel. La única nota ácida probablemente fue cómo el hotel mede el personal por***. El ***ager de la cafetería y los guardaespaldas insistieron en que damos buenas comentarios. La segunda cosa no profesional fue que nuestros vuelos estaban en la noche y pedimos una salida tardía. El escritorio delantero parecía divertido y estaba jugando con nosotros. No es profesional. Recomiendo la comida incluso si su precio (a la carta) es significativamente más alto.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty ***ager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at thisHotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top- notch. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic.
