No hay muchas clases de desayuno, con pan y salchichas, y huevos de mesa. El servicio de la habitación es relativamente malo, los artículos de lavandería no se pueden ponerse deliberadamente, esperar a llamar a la recepción y esperar a darle una pequeña comisión cuando lo envíe. La comisión de la habitación es más de 500, no me siento valioso. Sin embargo, no hay manera de que no pueda vivir en otros lugares más mal.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

This is my honest review which include both good and bad aspect of property. First of all and most important they have considered our request for early check in at very reasonable price and we are very thankful for it. here's a bit of advice don't book hotels from make my trip as they are fooling you and when you try to contact customer care it even harder task to reach them. better search the property on google and directly contact them. coming to some negative sides the hotel staff didn't care about taking the luggage to room.we had heavy luggage and we had to carry on our own. washroom is too small. overall property is very nice for family stay.

The room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.

My extended stay here. It was good, no disturbance. Staff are polite.Breakfast not the best but the price was low so it's ok. If hotel read this please use part of your allowance to buy breakfast to include tea

A great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

El hotel está cerrado al aeropuerto a unos 20 minutos por taxi uber. Todas las instalaciones son buenas excepto una cosa que usted debe actualizar su TV a Android TV en lugar porque todos los canales dentro son indios con idioma hindi. Es mejor tener canales de Netflix, HBO, Disney y Amazon Prime dentro y podemos sincronizar desde nuestro teléfono móvil. El desayuno es 80% vegie y 20% no vegie no muy variedad que es bueno porque puedo pedir ”Bacon y huevos”. Ubicación: El hotel a pocos minutos del centro comercial de Nexus y Palladium.

Location is good .. but bank opposite there is a party hall so too noisy.. and it's on the main road.. close to NID and Manek chowk, law garden Vasna etc plus point for that. Check was bad as front desk staff very rude. Complained about this. Don't expect too many things for budgeted hotel. Neat and clean. They provide water bottle toiletries breakfast was good. towels only if you ask for it.
