Un buen punto de partida si tiene que tomar un vuelo de tránsito o temprano por la mañana desde la Terminal 3 del Aeropuerto de Yakarta. Tenga en cuenta que hay dos hoteles Anara: uno un poco más antiguo, ubicado junto a la zona de salidas internacionales y llamado simplemente Anara, y este, uno más nuevo (inaugurado en 2025), llamado Grand Anara (cerca de la zona de salidas nacionales). El Grand Anara es un poco más económico y tiene piscina. A pesar de estar ubicado más cerca de la zona de vuelos nacionales, se encuentra en la misma terminal que la de salidas internacionales. Nos alojamos allí para tomar un vuelo de tránsito a Japón. La habitación es bastante espaciosa, con una cama muy cómoda y una buena ducha. No probamos su restaurante, ya que hay muchos restaurantes en el edificio de la Terminal 3, a pocos pasos de distancia. Sin duda, nos alojaremos allí de nuevo para tomar un vuelo de tránsito o temprano por la mañana.

Me gustó todo, gracias por registrarme un poco antes, está limpio, hay agua caliente, el centro comercial más cercano está a unos 20 minutos en taxi. Te lo recomiendo.

Nuestra estancia en el Model J Hotel fue sencillamente perfecta. El hotel, de reciente apertura, destaca por sus instalaciones modernas y habitaciones cómodas y bien diseñadas, ideales para descansar antes o después de un vuelo. El desayuno fue fantástico, con una amplia variedad de opciones que superaron nuestras expectativas.
Queremos resaltar la atención excepcional de Michelle, quien nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el momento en que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Su profesionalismo y amabilidad marcaron la diferencia.
Además, la ubicación es ideal para quienes están en tránsito, y el servicio de traslados gratuitos al aeropuerto es un valor añadido que facilita mucho la logística del viaje.
Sin duda, le damos un 10 y lo recomendamos a quienes necesiten un alojamiento cómodo y de calidad cerca del aeropuerto. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

The hotel is located on the upper floors of an apartment building. The facilities are simple and practical, and the value for money is quite good. There are also several great restaurants nearby, such as Living Stone — definitely worth a try.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there.
Food:
The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋
Amenities:
There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

Para la recogida en el aeropuerto, puedes enviar un mensaje por Whatsapp después de tu llegada, así no tuve que preocuparme por llamar en inglés. Pronto llegará una respuesta. El lugar de recogida está un poco alejado del vuelo internacional.
Si haces una reserva, podrás conseguir transporte al aeropuerto al día siguiente, así que no te preocupes.
La habitación era cómoda y el desayuno tenía una buena variedad de opciones. Parecía que se podía comer desde muy temprano.
El personal de recepción fue educado y agradable. Me gustaría volver a utilizarlos si tengo la oportunidad de volver allí.

Breakfast was decent, rooms were clean, wifi worked great, pool was nice and gym was well equipped. Very good value for money. 10 out of 10 highly recommend for anyone who needs to be in this area

UUsuario invitadoUpon arrival the porter came out with a big smile and a luxurious covered hotel trolly. It was unique and eye catching. The front desk staff greeted with a biggest smile and gave us room we booked. The whole process till our room didn’t take 5minutes. Superb service!! Our room was COLD with AC On and the porter came right up. After unpacking we head down to the swimming pool and the view and water temperature was spot on. Our family had a great time. Because BX mall was connected we could go shopping and eat various food and snacks that we craved. In the morning the breakfast was amazing so much food to choose from and staffs there wouldn’t leave the empty used plates alone. Hahaha they were very polite and pleasant. Our toddler son wanted an fresh orange juice and just by hearing this he even made one for free. It was just a one night stay but the time flew like an arrow. We are definitely going to stay here again. Splendid job Double tree Bintaro!! Two thumbs up!!

UUsuario invitadoHotel is old, but okay clean - mostly clean but details no. Especially for the towels, it “looks” dirty. I changed towels two to three times, two new towels every time but somehow at least half of time, the towels have black or yellow sports. I believe the towels are cleaned but very very old towels that they can’t get the marks off…sometimes the bed sheets also has marks.
Tooth brush is so hard…unless you usually use the hard one.At the beginning, the hot water was not hot at all (kinda cold), but hotel fix it after reporting, so service wise was okay.
Breakfast is a bit pricy but good and with diversity. If you regularly eat breakfast and eat decent amount, then it’s good to have breakfast included.
Gym is great! Very complete unlike a lot of hotels. Pools area is good too, having a few locations and sizes (mostly quite big). But sometimes with a lot of leaves floating on top of water.
P.s I even think the pool towels are cleaner than the room ones.
Location-wise, quite good I suppose. Many malls and restaurants around the area and nice supermarket as well. Just hotel has a big parking lot and land, so if you gonna go around by foot, it might take a bit of time depending on how fast you walk(?)

LLoumir2024This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays.
The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops.
The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave.
Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

DDhamayanti SetiadiDespite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him.
When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?)
Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later.
Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night.
Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

UUsuario invitadoEsta es mi segunda estancia en el Zest Hotel para pasar una noche en Yakarta y sin duda lo volveré a elegir porque:
1. Ofrecen servicio gratuito de transporte al aeropuerto, tanto de ida como de vuelta. El hotel está a unos 10-15 minutos del aeropuerto, dependiendo de la terminal a la que llegues.
2. La habitación no es grande, pero está limpia. Sin embargo, mi segunda vez me decepcionó un poco: había una toalla en el baño con olor a cigarrillo.
3. Ofrecen cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, gel de ducha, champú, perchas, wifi gratis y agua (también tienen dispensador en el pasillo), suficiente para una estancia corta.
4. Desayuno buffet: bueno... no esperes demasiado, porque solo incluye platos indonesios y pan. Sin huevos :(( Tampoco hay muchas opciones, pero con el precio tan bajo de la habitación, ¡me parece perfecto! El burbur indonesio (gachas de arroz) está riquísimo, ¡me pedí dos tazones grandes!
5. Hay algunos restaurantes/cafeterías y un Alfamart (o Indomaret o 7-Eleven... no recuerdo) justo afuera del hotel, muy práctico.
6. El Zest Hotel está situado junto al Swiss Belhotel Airport Yakarta; pertenecen al mismo grupo hotelero, así que el autobús gratuito también incluye a los huéspedes del Swiss Belhotel. Fuimos a cenar al restaurante del vestíbulo del Swiss Belhotel; la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes. Nos ofrecieron unas patatas fritas tempe riquísimas con las bebidas :))
Solo un recordatorio: si van a la Terminal 3, el traslado al aeropuerto puede tardar un poco más, ya que primero tienen que dejar a los huéspedes en la T1 y la T2 (si es que hay alguno). En mi experiencia, tardé 30 minutos en llegar a la T3 desde que subí al autobús.
De todos modos, seguiré eligiendo Zest Hotel como mi hotel de tránsito y lo recomendaré, ¡obtienes más de lo que pagas!

UUsuario invitadoService was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.
