This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. We had the best sauna séance ever and the masseurs were great and professional too. The spa area is just perfect. It is really cool that you have an opportunity to play bowling as well. The service was exceptional in terms of my dairy free diet, I was able to choose from different choices every day and the staff brought me dairy free cakes every day. I can only recommend this place for a stress-free get away. Points that can be improved: - it would be great if there was a pool table as well in the hotel or a game room - during the check-in procedure, the staff could highlight the animation opportunities and if any of them will be cancelled - the furniture in the sauna area and salt room are not the most comfortable ones - the furniture in the room, especially in the bathroom is quite worn out - the restaurant staff could be nicer in the morning and evening service and smile more often - the breakfast menu could have wider choices (fruit salad, varied pastries, ect) Thank you for everything. I am sure we will be back.

Desde el principio recibimos una buena bienvenida en recepción y durante toda la estancia fueron muy amables, siempre nos reconocieron cuando entramos y salimos y estuvieron encantados de llamarnos taxis. El lugar estaba muy limpio. El desayuno cubrió todas nuestras necesidades: selección de quesos/salami/jamón, muesli, cóctel de frutas frescas, tazones de fruta, pasteles, yogur, aguacate, panes, tocino, salchichas, huevos revueltos, frijoles, ensalada, pimientos, máquina de café/chocolate caliente que estaba buena, jugos de frutas, etc. Realmente quería usar el jacuzzi/sauna pero nos quedamos sin tiempo, así que no puedo opinar al respecto. Nuestro apartamento en sí (703) era muy bueno. Tenía 2 pisos con 2 habitaciones. Cada habitación tenía un buen televisor, una bonita decoración, camas y almohadas que encontré súper cómodas, dormí mejor por la noche que en casa. EspañolLo único negativo para mí fue que el dormitorio que teníamos nunca tenía armario, el de al lado tenía un buen armario y también había uno abajo por si realmente nos molestaba y queríamos colgar y correr arriba y abajo por las escaleras, pero nunca teníamos mucha ropa para el fin de semana, así que estábamos contentos de apilar los jerséis debajo de la mesilla de noche y yo dejé los pantalones encima de mi maleta, así que no fue un gran problema para mí. ¡La ducha era genial! El baño era moderno y limpio. Tenía secador de pelo, gorro de ducha, gel de ducha y loción corporal. La zona del salón tenía un sofá, mesa de comedor y zona de cocina con frigorífico, microondas, hervidor, vitrocerámica y sartenes/utensilios. Nos proporcionaron un paño de cocina y líquido lavavajillas, algunas bolsitas de café y té, pero ni azúcar ni cartones de leche. El sistema que utilizaban era que si querías que limpiaran el dormitorio al día siguiente tenías que poner un cartel en la puerta la noche anterior (antes de medianoche). Si querías que cambiaran las toallas, tenías que avisar en recepción. EspañolLo mejor para nosotros fue que el hotel era muy tranquilo, no había ruidos externos que perturbaran nuestro sueño y teníamos dos habitaciones, por lo que nuestra hija tenía su propia habitación y una cama adecuada. Esto fue preferible a una habitación de hotel con sofá cama, que no quería. Pensé que el precio era bueno. El único otro comentario es que el hotel está un poco alejado del centro, lo que sabíamos cuando hicimos la reserva, pero elegimos el hotel en función del precio, de tener dos habitaciones y un salón en lugar de todo en una habitación de hotel, de las buenas críticas y del hecho de que era tranquilo porque no estaba en el centro de la ciudad. Había la opción de utilizar el transporte público cercano, pero estábamos contentos de ir andando o de llamar a un taxi cuando lo necesitábamos. En general, quedé muy contenta con la estancia.

We have visited the hotel for a couple of times. This was our first booking since the hotel rooms refurbishments in 2023. Pro: The room was very lovely, nice colour, very spacious. The spa is clean, lots of sunbeds, despite the hotel was full The staff is very nice Excellent food , excellent choice Cons. The rooms are advertised with L’Occitane toiletries . When we arrived sinto the room, there were onlly hotel branded toiletries in the bathroom, not L’occitane. I asked for these at the reception, the receptionist said they are going to replace them, but it seemed to me, he had no clue what is Loccitane. When we went back to our room, we still had no Loccitane products. We called the receptionist again. He said , he is going to send somebody over . In a couple of minutes later, the housekeeping supervisor arrived, she was holding the same toiletries we’ve already had. When I told her, they are not the same quality, she said , she was told the had to stock up the hotel rooms these cheap products for 3 months, because they have only few supply of Loccitane products. I think this is not acceptable , the rooms are advertised with these premium products, this is part of the not so cheap rooms, so provide them The room has got Nespresso coffee machine, unfortunately the coffee capsules are not Nespresso, it is Dalmay

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and this time we had mixed feelings. We booked a normal room and got updraded to an apartment, which was really nice and spacious. We came during the week to avoid the crowd in the spa but this time the hotel was extremely crowded with Czech tourists. The restaurant was so crowded that we could not get a table at breakfast. Drinks for dinner are included but it was difficult to get a waiter and order a drink. Food is delicious and good variety but not so much for children. No wiener schnitzel, french fries or pasta. Allergens are indicated, but not correct. So if you have food allery, make sure to doublecheck with ths waitrers. As it is buffet , guests are mixing up the spoons and forks so it is safer if you ask for food from fhe waiter if you have serious food allery. Hotel is connected to the spa which is very comfortable. Drinks available all day, which is great. Check in is a nightmare, very long queue. We checked in online in advance but it did not mean anything, there is no fast check in to get the room cards. In the restaurant chairs are really dirty, some are in very bad condition. I would say the hotel is good value for money, still the best option in Sarvar but service should be improved.

Hace dos años estuve en este hotel y lo recordaba como ”acostumbrado” y con un ”toque ligeramente socialista”. Cuanto mayor fue la sorpresa positiva de mi visita actual. Las habitaciones son cómodas y sabrosas renovadas. De los muebles a la coloración proporcionan una impresión muy invitada. El hotel ofrece media pensión para todos los huéspedes. También me sorprendió positivamente la calidad de los alimentos, Tanto al desayuno como a la cena. Las bebidas se pueden encargar a la carta, también aquí el servicio es muy atento. El peso de la casa está naturalmente situado en los servicios de cura y bienestar. La casa dispone de 3 piscinas térmicas (1 En el centro de la ciudad, la piscina interior y 2 piscinas exteriores) y un área de bienestar separada. Mi principal punto de crítica es que la sauna y el baño de vapor no ofrecen más de 5 lugares cada uno. Esto es, por supuesto, demasiado poco si la casa está completamente ocupada. La recepción puede reservar aplicaciones curativas, incluso a corto plazo. La casa ofrece Internet (lento) que, lamentablemente, a menudo no funciona en las habitaciones.

El hotel está situado cerca de la frontera austriaca (quizá 40 km), saliendo del camino explícito M86. Estaba buscando algo en Hungría para quedarme durante la noche, y eso era el lugar perfecto. Gran estacionamiento, con lugares gratuitos incluso en frente de la recepción. La habitación era más como un pequeño apartamento, con una cocina parcialmente separada del resto de la habitación, con todo lo necesario dentro. Muy limpio, perfectamente caliente, no demasiado caliente, no para frío. El desayuno es sorprendentemente bueno, muchas opciones, tradicional húngaro y no sólo. En pocas palabras, creo que no hay nada más que puedas pedir desde un lugar para una noche. Muy feliz con la elección.
