I booked as I wanted a hotel near leeds first direct arena fantastic location for this purpose was a 5min walk away and I'm a slow walker due to a bad knee. I booked a twin room the beds were bigger than a standard single bed very comfy and dont get me started on the pillows they were just perfect! The staff on each shift were lovely and welcoming, I got a great surprise as didnt realise the room included a complementary breakfast, it was buffet style so wasn't really expecting much from it I couldn't have been more wrong it was lovely and plenty of variety even down to a machine to make your own waffles!
I will definitely book there again on my next visit to leeds

La ubicación está justo al lado de la estación de Leeds, pero para llegar más rápido (en dos o tres minutos), hay que tomar un ascensor desde el andén hasta el segundo piso, salir por los torniquetes de esa planta y luego bajar en otro ascensor. Si se opta por la salida principal a nivel de andén, el rodeo es considerable. La habitación estaba muy limpia, las instalaciones eran excelentes y muy completas. El desayuno era muy completo y de muy buena calidad.

Es una habitación bonita, sólo lo que diría sería mejor con un baño, también no podíamos que ellos la habitación estaba caliente así que era frío para nosotros

The apartment was very clean with large shower room and comfy bed. The communication was great and the snacks and tea making facilities were spot on. The only problem we had was the light outside our apartment 34 was not working which left the steps dimly lit and had to use phone torch to open door with the key when returned from evening out. Would definitely stay again though. Thanks

Decent hotel nothing fancy , some rooms offer the bath tub access but most of them have the standing showers they could assign you any room as they once gave me the bath tub one and on next stay the other .

Hotel was very nice, clean & great breakfast. The check in experience was not good. Check in was from 2pm and as we arrived early and our room was not ready we went for some food in the bar. Approximately 2.15 went to collect our key and told there would be a 15 to 20 mins delay due to housekeeping not finishing all the rooms. No system for coming to tell you when room ready or offer of a drink. Had to go twice to ask if the room was ready as others who had just arrived seemed to get booked straight in. It was going up to 3pm before we entered our room which spoilt our plans for the afternoon.

Buen lugar para nuestra visita al club Brudenell, a pocos pasos, si quieres 5 estrellas no te molesta, es limpio, las habitaciones son básicas sí, pero para un estancia de noche va a un gig lo que más se necesita, muy bueno desayuno incluido con mucho de la elección, en general si ibamos a una gig en ese lado de la ciudad no he tenido ninguna duda en reservarlo de nuevo

UUsuario invitadoLovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .

But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

UUsuario invitadoThis place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired.
Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us.
The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt.
The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.
