Good location close to city walls , 15min walking distance from train station. Good English breakfast included in the room price. Room decent not fancy, perhaps a small renovation could be useful. Our room was at 3rd floor without lift so maybe is difficult for those with lot of baggages. The shower was fine with a lot of pressure despite being on the upper floor. It wasn’t possible to leave luggages after check out due to serious personal problem of the owner but in general he was very friendly willing to assist as was the one of the two ladies (dark hair) responsible for breakfast, always polite.

What a beautiful hotel. Great location right beside the station but not noisy and 5 minute walk to edge of town. Room and bathroom were lovely. The paintwork could do with a spruce up but otherwise beautiful. Great bar areas. Breakfast at £15 per person was well worth it. Great choice and lovely restaurant.

El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta. La primera habitación estaba un poco deteriorada y, al estar en la parte trasera del hotel, cuando se lo pedimos, nos cambiaron enseguida. El personal es muy servicial y muy amable. Un lugar ideal para una escapada corta. Solo estábamos mi perrito y yo, y lo recibieron de maravilla. Me encantaría volver. We only used the accommodation for two nights without breakfast or any other meals. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and the coffee was great. The decor was really nice with a jazz feel. It was very quaint and vintage. I would imagine a stay in the summer would be very nice as the courtyard was very pretty and peaceful.

El hotel tiene una ubicación bonita. El edificio antiguo se ha mantenido en excelentes condiciones. Eligimos quedarse en el antiguo salón de habitaciones doble. La habitación era muy espaciosa, con zona de estar. También estaba disponible una máquina de café. El desayuno era delicioso, cocinado individualmente, con una amplia selección. El personal era muy amable y atento. Sería muy recomendable este hotel

I stayed for two nights and it was a pleasant stay. The amenities were better than expected, as along with having a good supply of coffee, tea, and sugar, we also had a mini fridge. That was a pleasant surprise. Location was decent, and next to a bus stop which is convenient. Lovely 30-40 minutes walk into city centre along the river and an Aldi down the road. Road outside is quite loud but was bearable. In our room, TV was a bit slow and the remote stopped working. Most likely just needs some new batteries. Overall, a good stay.

Hotel very clean great location for train station and town centre very good value for money. Only negative I can say the water pressure for shower is not powerful enough. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel had everything we needed for our overnight stay for the football. Room was spacious and very clean with everything we needed for 1 nights stay. Staff that we met were outstanding. 10/10 for customer service
