Nice enough place where I have stayed before on a few occasions. The hotel (in my opinion) is a little tired and could do with a spruce up, but I must admit their main attraction to me is the affordability so, I suppose you get what you pay for 😁 Overall though it is located right on the seafront which is a definite plus! 👍

I originally booked with *********** at cost of £158 , as I use this app for train journeys, I looked for the same hotel and it was £118 As you drive into the hotel massive reception room plenty of chairs to chill or have a drink , we where meet with a warm smile from the receptionist, and explained everything The rooms are big very clean , we eat in the restaurant very average price for decent food , but service charge was high Only downside is you have to pay parking for your stay

It is a very nice hotel. It is clean, convenient, with very friendly staffs and nice foods, will come back.

The room was sparse and not inviting but for a single night to stay seemed ok. The shower was ok and the hairdryer would have benefitted from a note on it's use but when I eventually worked it out it was fine. The beds were very shakey and didn't feel very secure when rolling over in them. They felt as though they were going to break.

This is an excellent hotel, with good facilities, lovely central courtyard, plenty of free parking, and very friendly staff. With Chatham and the Dockyard nearby, the location is excellent. Not certain which category to put this hotel in! It's not luxury but better than budget. The rooms are a little dated and the TVs need upgrading. The shower, again, a little dated. We booked a room for three as our adult son has learning disabilities. He was delighted to find he had a separate bedroom with his own, small TV. The rooms were clean, the hotel tidy, and a very good breakfast was included in the price. Overall, good value for money.

Stayed one night for a local wedding. Excellent communications before arrival as I was at the wedding at check in time. Everything done over the phone and on arrival at night after the wedding the staff helped carry my luggage which I had left in my car in the grounds. The bed was very comfortable. Shower excellent as was breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.  No complaints at all.

A return trip to this hotel a professional operation with genuine and helpful staff. The only drawback was the complimentary tray had fallen off its shelf so looked untidy on entering the room. Very apologetic and offered to put this right but really no trouble to pick the tray up ourselves. A good size twin room and great choice for breakfast. Enjoyable stay.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y no me molestó durante mi estadía en la silla, todo fue atendido de manera eficiente. Definitivamente regresaré allí la próxima vez que visite Ashford. Muy buena ubicación. Visité todo Londres durante tres días porque el hotel está ubicado cerca de la estación de tren.

Vivo en una ciudad, así que esto fue perfecto para mí. Llegó y fue bienvenida a la recepción por Chloe.Era increíble, feliz, bienvenida, chattila,bajo a la Tierra que era brillante.El bar de los residentes era hermoso y quaint.Sí es un hotel de estilo antiguo pero me encantan los hoteles de estilo antiguo, La decoración de mi habitación era demasiado habitable (cubierto en parrotes haha) pero era menor. La habitación era espaciosa para mí, tenía todo lo que necesitaba, era perfecta para mi estancia. El bar que tienen en el sótano, bien qué noche era. El hotel está en una zona de la que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los americanos. No tengo ningún problema con este hotel, es barato, alegre y perfecto donde se encuentra la vista al mar.No hay curfeo entrando,WiFi gratuito,muy útil cuando se trata de pedir información.No se puede pedir un hotel más feliz,más cómodo. Recomiendo este hotel, un hotel de mar de estilo perfecto, una vista para soñar,todo en la distancia de caminar,increíble hospitalidad y atención para los residentes que se quedan,y por lo que cuesta,detiene definitivamente su valor. Definitivamente, en algún lugar que me quedaría otra vez xxx

Reservamos este hotel para su ubicación y spa. El hotel era hermoso, pero el spa era sucio y no dispone de instalaciones de experiencias de spa. La experiencia del spa decepcionante para un hotel 4* y sentirse como este hotel ha perdido la publicidad de las instalaciones. El camión al spa estaba abajo antes de las 6:00 en el día de San Valentín. En el check-in se nos dijo que usted conseguirá toallas y ropa en el spa y la última entrada al spa fue a las 8:30 pm. Cuando llegamos a la recepción en el spa, sólo nos dijeron que había una toalla y que los vestidos eran sólo para los huéspedes en un paquete de spa, contrariamente a lo que nos dijeron al check-in en el hotel. La zona de la piscina y las habitaciones cambiantes estaban muy sucias. La zona en la que el jacuzzi era habitual había sido embarcado y parecía que había sido durante mucho tiempo. La piscina era fría y sucia.
