Very clean room and very spacious! 8 minutes away from bluewater shopping centre which has lots of different food spots for you to eat at if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Very friendly staff, great stay !!

I stayed here with my friend & cat for the night after getting off the ferry & it did the job perfectly. Could be seen as a little bit of a sketchy area at night but that’s not the hotel that’s outside of & we still felt comfortable to walk around to the car at night so it’s not dangerous. There was just a few drunk people around. Overall we had a good stay.

This is just an average chain hotel, located at the center of Canterbury. Clean, easy, express business chian hotel. Arrival experience is not very good as the reception isn't that friendly, maybe thats typical white people culture at chai hotel. ( Ps; not trying to be racist ) Serve standard buffet breakfast. Room is clean , size is standard. What's more you ask for, if that's only $260 for 2 nights for 1 room include breakfast .

Tuve una estadía agradable en el Holiday Inn Express London - Dartford. El proceso de check-in fue rápido y eficiente, y el personal fue amable y profesional. Mi habitación estaba limpia, era cómoda y estaba bien cuidada, y ofrecía todo lo que necesitaba para una estadía corta. El desayuno de cortesía fue un buen detalle, con una selección decente de opciones para comenzar el día. También aprecié la conveniencia de la ubicación, que facilitó el acceso a las áreas cercanas. En general, fue una experiencia cómoda y sin complicaciones, y consideraría hospedarme aquí nuevamente en el futuro.

Las habitaciones están bien, además de no tener un nevera en la habitación. Buena comida en el restaurante / bar y el personal amigable, muy acomodable. La piscina fue una agradable amenidad, además de ser un poco citado y demasiados reglamentos, restringiendo el placer de los niños, sin saltar, sin divertirse, sin fotografía, etc.

Had a good stay at this property. Building looked historic but inside the rooms, the renovation and equipment were modern and clean. I stayed at room 15, which was one of the smaller rooms and found it to be a bit of a squeeze. Having stayed at so many properties that required £10 to £15 parking fee a night, I really appreciated that there is free street parking right in front of the property until 8am, or off-site parking (which isn’t too far away) till 11:30am.

This is a very nice hotel with plenty of available parking (a small fee of £5 per night is not unreasonable). We booked a family room which had two double beds for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a huge flat screen TV, refrigerator, and a small coffee table with comfortable chairs beside the window. The bathroom was a good size with batch and shower within - the side of the bath may have been a little high for someone with mobility issues. Large reception area with plenty of seating, a coffee bar and bar nearby. The buffet style breakfast was excellent with plenty of freshly cooked food and a good array of pastries. There's also a free gym, pool, steam room and sauna. But, of course, during our two night stay, the latter three were all closed for maintenance! We booked our two nights on separate bookings due to a change of plans. This caused some confusion at reception and took a while to sort out so we didn't have to change rooms.

El desayuno se paga generalmente en el terreno, el estilo británico es viejo y es muy bueno. El estilo de gestión del hotel estadounidense, la habitación no es pequeña ni grande, es compacto, es decir, el armario de la ropa de cama no puede ser desplazado de la ropa de cama, se acopla, no es fácil de ventilar. Es mejor llevar un armario de cama.

The location of this accommodation is perfect. Just 10-15 minutes walk from Canterbury West Train Station. There is a Sainsbury's local at the corner and the main street is just 2 minutes walk. The host is very nice and friendly. The room is clean, bed sheet and duvet smell good. For amenities, there are only hand wash and body wash, you have to bring your own stuffs. It's a good experience to stay in this accomodation.

Me he alojado en este hotel muchas veces, en el corazón de la ciudad, la ubicación es muy buena, la puerta es la calle principal más animada. Las comidas del hotel son excelentes y el servicio es muy bueno.

El desayuno necesita 15 libras extra para reservar, una noche antes, no hay aire acondicionado en la habitación, la calefacción debe bajar para comunicarse con la recepción para encenderla, y algunas no son convenientes. El diseño interior en el pasillo es hermoso.

Justo al lado de la iglesia principal de Canterbury, la entrada de la iglesia está abajo, la ubicación es excelente El receptáculo de agua puede tomarse de forma arbitraria y subir gratis. A well-appointed hotel in a privileged location within the Cathedral precinct. The staff were helpful with a courteous and friendly disposition. Breakfast was excellent in quantity and quality. We strongly recommend this hotel when visiting Canterbury.

Es que he vivido un B&B más cálido. El hotel está muy limpio y está totalmente nuevo, una cama confortable en el dormitorio grande, el servidor está muy bien. Las deficiencias en la orilla de la carretera, no es adecuado para los pasajeros que temen a la gente, y el desayuno es especialmente simple, un poco conveniente para conducir entre Canterbury y Dover Whitehead, y hay un estacionamiento

A lovely hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was faultless and we had dinner there one evening which again was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Llegó y fue bienvenida a la recepción por Chloe.Era increíble, feliz, bienvenida, chattila,bajo a la Tierra que era brillante.El bar de los residentes era hermoso y quaint.Sí es un hotel de estilo antiguo pero me encantan los hoteles de estilo antiguo, La decoración de mi habitación era demasiado habitable (cubierto en parrotes haha) pero era menor. La habitación era espaciosa para mí, tenía todo lo que necesitaba, era perfecta para mi estancia. El bar que tienen en el sótano, bien qué noche era. El hotel está en una zona de la que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los americanos. No tengo ningún problema con este hotel, es barato, alegre y perfecto donde se encuentra la vista al mar.No hay curfeo entrando,WiFi gratuito,muy útil cuando se trata de pedir información.No se puede pedir un hotel más feliz,más cómodo. Recomiendo este hotel, un hotel de mar de estilo perfecto, una vista para soñar,todo en la distancia de caminar,increíble hospitalidad y atención para los residentes que se quedan,y por lo que cuesta,detiene definitivamente su valor. Definitivamente, en algún lugar que me quedaría otra vez xxx

El hotel era lindo. El personal era muy útil. Muy limpio. Desayuno perfecto. Volvemos pronto con algunos amigos. Lo recomendaría 100%

This was genuinely a wonderful and most special place. The Rocksalt Rooms are in a separate building to the Restaurant - but you check in at the latter and walk you over. Note all the streets here are cobbled, which can be slippery when wet. They are a real BoltHole as they are described, and there are only four total. 2 on 1st floor, 2 on 2nd floor, with one per floor harbour facing. I'd definitely suggest that the upgrade is worth it. The rooms are compact but exceptionally well presented. I've odd little niggles, theres no bedside of any kind - floating shelf would work, where do you put your mobile? And the metal bed frame is ornate and was loose on the footboard. The biggest challenge is where to put things. There are a few hangers on the back of the door and a small set of hooks, but not a drawer or proper place at all. I get space is a real premium here - bedside with 2 drawers all you need! The wet room is compact as everyone says. You won't keep the floor area outside the shower dry, it's not possible. The sink is a corner one with no space to place things but there is shelf in the bathroom for all your luxuries. The body wash / conditioner / hand soap / hand moisturiser are great quality. Noise - it's by the Harbour so they start early, but for us it was part of the charm of the location, the fresh fish smell was totally incredible. Breakfast is not to be missed, across in the restaurant with the best view, it's harbour side. Loved the granola, yoghurt, compote starter. I had English Breakfast as I was hungry, it was great quality but disappoining - it was more style over substance. The bacon is cooked to crispy, not my style at all but great quality. He had the Salmon & Eggs and it won hands down. Local, fresh, decent portion, on wonderful Sourdough. Luckily I was saved a bite. A point or two more - the bedside light fused the circuit and the room was plunged into darkness. Looked for fuse box, could not find. Ended up in Restsurant. They had to get keys to a location they used to own but don't now (ground floor of the Rooms building). This took a while as the keys had to be obtained. I get how this used to work, but not now - the fuse box needs moving. The if we cant fix option was check out and refund - erm no!! There is the most incredible Team member behind the Bar/ Restaurant from Bulgaria whose name I have really tsckily forgotten. For which I apologise. She is truly wonderful and made the visit for me, id return solely to see her again!!! Overall we loved Rocksalt Rooms and would return, to have dinner in the restaurant too! Buen punto de parada para una noche en los servicios de autopista que disponen de locales de comida rápida. Al llegar me asignaron una habitación que apestaba a orina. Sin embargo, después de regresar a la recepción y explicarme, me ofrecieron rápida y cortésmente otra habitación mejorada a modo de disculpa. El servicio de atención al cliente por parte del personal de recepción fue excelente y el problema se resolvió rápidamente. La habitación del hotel era muy tranquila y cómoda con aparcamiento seguro cerca. Ideal para viajeros de negocios o una noche.

Buena ubicación para el castillo de Leeds. El personal fue amable y eficiente. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones. Desafortunadamente, este hotel está bastante anticuado, sin aire acondicionado en la habitación, que estaba caliente y mal ventilada. El escritorio de la habitación también era demasiado pequeño para trabajar cómodamente. No es un gran valor teniendo en cuenta el precio.

No había agua caliente a la llegada, se le dio una habitación con ducha con discapacidad y una puerta conectada a otra habitación . Después de quejarse, se cambió, pero la tormenta fue inconveniente. No lo habría hecho de nuevo. No lo que esperamos

Encantador, acogedor, en una casa limpia, cómoda, en un saco de culo seguro. entrada de puertas de pin, tan seguro. Disfrutado completamente!!

Aunque el cuarto del hotel es un poco pequeño, las instalaciones están equipadas con todo, especialmente el café en el cuarto, además de una máquina de café, hay una taza de pulverización con la que llevar y muy conveniente para permanecer libre. Abra la puerta y ven al exterior, el campo de golf está justo delante de sus ojos, y una gran parte de los verdes hacen que la gente se encante. Sentarse al aire libre por la mañana es muy agradable. El servicio de desayuno también es muy cómodo, lo aplaudo.
