El desayuno estaba limpio y suficiente. La habitación está limpia, hay suficientes estacionamientos gratuitos y la ubicación de Pudian es fácil de encontrar en el mapa. Puede encontrar una variedad de deliciosos restaurantes cercanos en coche en unos 10 minutos. También puedes caminar hasta el centro comercial al lado. El check in check out también es muy rápido y conveniente.

Stayed at The Manor, Elstree for three nights B and B, booked through Trip.com and paid extra for a “deluxe “ room. We checked in and we’re given a room called Notting Hill on the second floor of the old building. Very “tired” room, especially the bathroom. The extractor fan was very noisy - sounded like a helicopter which we couldn’t turn off. The loo seat was loose and slipped to one side. The cold tap on the basin would not turn off. Floor tiles were cracked and loose. Bath enamel was chipped in several places. NOT DELUXE. The following morning we mentioned the faults to reception who offered us a different room. We were give “Chelsea “ on the same floor. A larger room in better condition but still not really deluxe. Still “tired”. Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose. All cooked nicely and lots of item’s laid out to select also. Very slow service however, we waited 50 minutes after ordering for the cooked items to appear. Unfortunately, on our last evening the wheel chair ramps had been left out on the steps at the hotel entrance. As I walked up, one ramp collapsed causing me to fall heavily and knocked my wife over too. We both suffered injuries which we reported. The steps should have been removed earlier once the wheel chair had left. Please take care if these ramps are there.

We (family of 5) stayed in the family room as we had an early flight from Stansted in the morning. We emailed Julie with our arrival time and she had everything prepared for us including an additional camping bed in the room. We were greeted warmly and showed around our and the breakfast room. Julie even went as far to place boy/girl napkins on the table for us which was very sweet. The room itself was lovely - large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. Beds were comfy and we had good hot water and biscuits/hot drinks. The location is perfect for Stansted, it took us less than ten minutes to get to the Mid Stay car park but note that if you're in the Long Stay it's a longer journey. Another advantage is that they will let you park your car on-site for a small fee, and you can then taxi to and from the airport which is only a few minutes (we will definitely do this next time as it's considerably cheaper than the airport car parks). Breakfast was amazing - since we left early we weren't that hungry but they had a huge variety of cereals, bread/crumpets, yoghurts, drinks, cereal bars, cheese, fruit ... the list goes on. Price was also very affordable especially for larger families as we could book a single room vs. having to book two (most places are max. occupancy of four). Many thanks and hope to see you soon!

Es un hotel muy agradable, con una buena ubicación y un buen ambiente. Tenía dos camas en mi habitación, lo cual estaba bien. Pero me decepcionó el servicio. Tuve que quedarme en recepción un rato antes de poder registrarme, y esto se debió a que no había suficiente personal trabajando. Ni siquiera pude comprar una taza de café porque la persona que atendía el bar estaba limpiando y no pudo venderme café antes de volver a limpiar. Esto fue muy decepcionante para mí y me hizo tener una mala impresión del hotel a partir de ese momento.

Staff was so amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Perfect location for a couple days to London. Train station across from the hotel gets you to the centre of London in half an hour. Definitely will be booking here again.

The hotel staff said that he couldnt find my booking although I provided my booking reference and voucher and request 15 pounds for Early check in and charged my account 51 pounds in total. Although I kept saying I booked via Trip.com and paid while I booked the hotel online. It was a prepaid booking. I am so disappointed that the hotel sent me the invoice & receipt on 14 March but I was told I would get the balance of receipt and I would be charged the early check in fee 15 pounds only, the accommodation fee after I checked out at 12pm on March 15. On March 15, when I was checking out, I checked with another staff who was on duty, he said the hotel didn’t charge my card, but the agency card, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, on my bank statement I found that the hotel charged my card for all. And it was really disappointed because they didnt really dealed with my questions and my situation. I did double pay for the accommodation to Trip. Com and the Primier Inn Richmanworth.

This hotel is very conveniently located for access to and from the M1 (which is why I chose it). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for location is because if you fancy taking a stroll into the nearby village, perhaps for a pub meal and a drink, then the footpath is non- existent in places and you need to be careful in the dark. But that's not the hotel's fault and as the hotel is clearly set up for travelling business customers, I suppose most people would just drive a couple of minutes to the local pubs (which were more lively than the hotel bar). Aside from that, everything else was fine. The staff were all helpful and polite and the breakfast was delicious and filling. And the room was fine too. Overall, this hotel worked well for me on this occasion and I am happy to recommend it

Ubicado justo al lado de la estación de tren/autobús... lugar perfecto para alojarse para acceder a Londres. A poca distancia del centro de la ciudad, con tiendas y numerosos restaurantes. Hotel muy limpio, habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado, excelente desayuno (aparte de huevos revueltos). Menú del restaurante a un precio muy razonable. Todo el personal es amable y servicial. Volvería a reservar al 100%.
