«Acceso desde el aparcamiento al nivel -2 con escaleras o ascensor hasta la recepción en el nivel 0; (Acceso directo a la calle mediante unos escalones en el nivel 0 también); El registro fue muy rápido, con un breve formulario para firmar y añadir la matrícula del coche si se utilizaba el aparcamiento del hotel; Desafortunadamente, un ascensor estuvo fuera de servicio durante toda nuestra estancia, pero en contadas ocasiones vimos que el otro ya estaba en uso; Desde aquí tuvimos que recorrer todo el hotel hasta nuestra habitación, subiendo y bajando escaleras, para encontrar nuestra habitación con ventana con vistas a la zona de entrega de la lavandería, aunque aún se podía ver algo del cielo; Según admitió el personal, el hotel necesita una reforma urgente y todo el lugar tiene un aspecto descuidado y desgastado, aunque se indicó que estaba limpio; Sin embargo, la cabina de ducha de la habitación era bastante amplia y el espejo con luz sobre el lavabo era práctico. El grifo mezclador del lavabo parece estar conectado a la izquierda/derecha, en sentido contrario a las marcas del grifo. La habitación contaba con numerosos enchufes, algunos con puertos USB. Un punto a favor fue el desayuno, abundante y servido con eficiencia. La oferta incluía desayuno caliente estándar, cereales, fruta, zumos y bebidas calientes. No se sirvió cena, pero el hotel está cerca de varios establecimientos, a tan solo 10-15 minutos a pie del centro. El centro comercial BIC también está muy cerca, y el muelle/paseo marítimo se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos a pie. La piscina, el gimnasio y la sauna no son muy grandes, pero cumplen su función. Si bien el jacuzzi estaba caliente con chorros potentes, la sauna estaba bastante fría durante nuestra visita. En resumen, un lugar agradable para pasar un par de noches, tranquilo y relajante, con un personal atento.»

«We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.»

«I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.»

«En general, es una gran ubicación y las instalaciones son muy buenas, especialmente la piscina interior y el gimnasio, la habitación necesitaba una renovación (existen agujeros en las paredes) y se estrelló (camera familiar para 4), pero nos dormimos bien en las camas. No hay nada que pueda hacer en el baño, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer en el baño. Aunque hubo un poco de variedad (cafe, té, cereales, tostadas, pan y pasteles, artículos de desayuno en inglés como harinas, huevos abrasados, pudding negro, salsa, etc.) la calidad podría ser un poco mejor con un poco más de atención/cuidada. Por ejemplo, los huevos abrasados eran bastante secos y sabían casi como plástico, mientras que el pudding negro era realmente seco. Creo que esto podría resolverse bien por tener la rotación de la comida, por lo que no se sienta en los calefactores demasiado tiempo, por ejemplo, el desayuno comienza a las 6:30 y siempre fuimos a las 8:30, lo que significa que la comida estaba sentada por casi 2 horas.»

«La habitación era bonita y estaba bien equipada. El hotel es relativamente nuevo, pero la planta superior tiene una especie de buhardilla y un tejado inclinado. Un problema común en los hoteles británicos es la falta de toallas. En esta ocasión, no había ni alfombrilla de baño ni desagüe. La playa no está lejos; se puede ir andando para disfrutar de las vistas nocturnas.»

«We have just come back from a lovely weekend stay at the Marsham. The outdoor pool was a highlight, clean, warm and hours of fun! It was also a sun trap so lovely to sit around too. Literally 5 min to the beach and another 5 to pavilion gardens, a fab location too. In addition the staff were all lovely and helpful- they were smiley and happy to be there, which makes such a difference when you’re away (Odelia at the bar and the man who checked us in on Friday afternoon, we’re especially lovely. Also the hotel had a lovely mix of ages, families and couples- the accessibility features for everyone were amazing- such an inclusive place. Thank you for making our weekend so lovely!»

«I recently stayed at this hotel for my holiday and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions. I especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the relaxing swimming pool area. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere made the holiday very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Amazing hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent food. The location was perfect for our holiday, and the service was outstanding. I would happily stay here again.»

«Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.»

«The kind lady at reception let us check in early and gave us an upgarde to a sea view room. The room was small and not very modern. There was a fan in the cupboard covered in dust that we used as there was no air conditioning. Trip advert said parking available but I did not realise this meant paying £12 when I arrived. The lady almost seemed embarassed asking for it. Fairly decent location on the main promenade. Close to beach. Breakfast was below average. Place is in need to some updating and/or TLC.»
