La habitación era muy bien, y la habitación era muy bien. La habitación era espaciosa, tranquila y limpia. El personal en todo el hotel fue siempre amable y útil. El desayuno fue bueno, aunque algunos artículos no se llenaron durante un tiempo. Nos hemos quedado antes como la ubicación es excelente y siempre estamos satisfechos con el servicio y el estándar.

My husband had a broken bone in his leg we where booked a room on the first floor. When he saw us he arranged for our room swap, offered us tea and coffee whilst we waited for this to be arranged. All staff were very professional and courteous offering to take our bags to the room. We will plan another trip as we were unable to use the facilities.

El hotel tenía un ambiente agradable nuestra habitación era excelente y tenía un disfraz agradable, sólo a pie a Chester y todas las instalaciones y el desayuno del hotel fue de primera clase.

Absolutely stunning accommodation which oozed in class. The room was brilliant and very spacious with fantastic air con for those summer nights which wasn't too noisy either. The hotel is located perfectly next to the train station for easy access and the staff were pleasant and accommodating, even resulting in a free drink on the house for simply booking there. Bed was super comfortable and spacious and the shower facility was perfect too. Thoroughly recommend.

EspañolFabuloso hotel 🏨 con un personal fabuloso, que hace todo lo posible para satisfacer todas tus necesidades. No entiendo por qué la gente publica comentarios negativos sobre este hotel, tomando fotografías de cualquier marca que pueda encontrar en la habitación. Este es un hotel histórico que cobra tan solo £ 41 por noche para 2 personas. Estas personas que se quejan necesitan una vida, dejen de tomar fotos de una mosca en la pared, controlen que es una cama para dormir al final del día, si quieres el Lowry, ve y paga los precios Lowry. Esta piscina también es mejor que el RADDISON, al lado del aeropuerto, si vas de vacaciones es ideal, o incluso si vas a Manchester, el transporte público, trenes, autobuses, también son fáciles de llegar. We had a lovely time it was one of our celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary and the staff were great. I had knee surgery 12 weeks ago. They made sure we had a downstairs room and even found another chair to go in our room as I needed one with arms on to get up. We had dinner at the restaurant Friday evening and the food and service was quick and excellent.

i booked this hotel in a hurry before i read the review , thank goodness i did so, after i pay i read the review, the reviews made me want to cancel but i didnt found one with same price or location, so i went but my room was clean has a running hot water, the stuff was friendly , the car park was big and free i cann't understand why there was so many bad review, it is the cheapest hotel i found in its area and it worth evey penny , the bed was very comfortable , kettle, tea and coffee bags, i didnt check the central heating as i didn't need it, the weather was nice, i stay at the first floor i am not sure about the lift the, located in nice quiet area, no noise, the commen area big and well furntuer

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

On the whole a pleasant experience.  From a cleanliness perspective it was fairly good but there were quite a few spiders webs in ceiling corners and under radiators which had likely been there for some time.  Breakfast was fine however when some of our party arrived 10 minutes before the end of serving there were no glasses for juice and no bowls for fruit/cereal to use. Appreciate its close to the end of the time frame but breakfast was still open. Also if you like coffee, then I’d avoid the coffee served at breakfast.
