Hotel booking came with free breakfast. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet that included eggs, baked beans, toast machine, tea and coffee machine and juices, there was also a mini hun that had water and towels on hand. Next to the hotel ins the Atlantis restaurant that had amazing food and cocktails as well,

We stayed here because it had a pool and we enjoy a swim and breakfast was part of the deal. Even though we forgot to mention mobility issues the staff changed our room without an issue. The hotel was cool and so was the room, and that was without using the air conditioning. There is no lift so bear that in mind. The breakfast had a good mix of cooked English and you can have your eggs cooked as you want them. I asked for a decaf flat white and one was made for me. A bigger mug too, the usual ones are a bit small. There is fruit, plain yogurt, ham and cheese slices and olives so something for everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful and went to get more pastries for us when they had run out. If a coach tour is in then make sure you don't arrive too late, as a lot will be gone. The food wasn't greasy and we enjoyed the variety. We used the pool and there are men's and women's changing but no disabled facilities or family changing areas. Be aware of that although there is one larger changing room most of the space and showers are open. You will need a pound coin if you want to lock your locker, but we mainly swan in the morning and there were only one or two others in the pool. It's a spa pool so not too deep. There is a gym room too, but I didn't use that. The usual work out equipment was on display. You can also book spa treatments but those are extra. Pool and gym free to guests. We would gave tried an evening meal but there was a hotel power cut and so we left early. We would definitely use this hotel again, we slept well and the bed is comfy with usb charging sockets and proper reading lights near the bed. The bistro-like round table and two chairs were much appreciated. Parking us £5 a day, which us cheaper than some hotels. There is also a hairdryer and iron in the room and the TV has modern with Freeview channels available. The bar area has comfortable seating and was showing the matches as well as the news in the morning. No subtitles though, which would have helped. As I said the only criticism was that our sink was cracked, and didn't hold water well and there is a bath shower, rather than a walk in shower unit.

El alojamiento es normal para el precio pagado. Es básico, pero la propiedad y los alrededores son buenos y están bien mantenidos. Mucha vegetación y amplio aparcamiento. Tiene encanto y grandeza de antaño, pero las habitaciones parecen más bien barracones militares o albergues. ¡¡De esas!!

We booked via Trip and ended up with a room that didn’t exist. I rang the day before to check everything was okay with our booking and unfortunately this led to us being downgraded to a room we could barely get into it was so crowded. We were told to recoup costs via Trip, when I said this wasn’t acceptable to me the hotel sorted it out for us. Upgrading us for the next night and being very generous with supplements. Although this was a bit frustrating I felt they did what they could. The service was great at the hotel desk and the waitress was so lovely on Saturday night. Nothing was too much and the rooms were warm and snuggly. Bathrooms well specced and the food delicious. It was a busy weekend but there was a real sense of the hotel staff working together and like a swan, peddling hard underneath but smile and calm on top. Me he alojado aquí varias veces. El personal es amable y atento. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo al lado de la M4, tanto si vas a Londres como a Reading. La habitación está un poco desgastada, pero sigue siendo acogedora. Sin embargo, esta vez la alcachofa de la ducha gotea, aunque todavía se puede usar. Teniendo en cuenta el precio, no me quejaría.

La selección de desayuno del hotel era limitada y la habitación era normalita. Había un sofá cama preparado con antelación y la ubicación estaba relativamente cerca de paradas de metro y autobús. Solicitamos servicio de limpieza, pero no llegó por la noche, así que tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que vaciaran la papelera de la habitación. Personalmente, no creo que merezca la pena pagar 3000 yuanes por noche. Dejamos un mensaje solicitando una planta superior, pero nos asignaron la primera.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The facilities were well-maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was of a very high standard. I would especially like to commend Kiran at reception for her outstanding professionalism and support. She ensured that our check-in process was seamless and efficient, addressing everything with a warm and courteous approach. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service truly enhanced our stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
