Perfect hotel in every thing , early check-in and free upgrade to marina room , friendly and professional stuff in every department ,the most clean hotel I had ever seen. You can't get better view than Pickalbatros Citadel ever. I met a serious problem in check in after the cheerful welcoming form every one of stuff. The problem was that my reservation rate from trip.com was not for Egyptian people and I have to pay a difference fees to the hotel about 15 USD, Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohamed Rashed from the reservation team told me that issue and asked me to contact with the customer support team of trip.com . Once I contacted trip.com customer support team they solved the problem in only 5 mins and covered the difference for me. I payed the hotel and trip.com compensate them for me. Thank trip.com & Pickalbatros Citadel. I will come again for sure, and my next reservations will be by trip.com as a trusted site.

Neverland (parque acuático en la jungla) Fue uno de mis mejores complejos turísticos de hace 15 años, estuve allí más de 30 veces, los últimos dos años, cada vez que estuve allí encontré magia, no podemos decir renovación o mejora, sino magia. Отель находится в пустыне и за его пределами прогуляться негде, но у соседних отелей есть променад. Номер обычный, но просторный. Неудобная органзивция питания. Большое пространство, все стойки выстроены вдоль одной стены. Приходится долго бродить между ними, еда остывает, хотя она и изначально еле теплая. Не хватаеет персонала — не успевают сервировать столы, напитки не предлагают, только спмообслуживание. Огромное пространство холла совершенно бестолковое, плохо освещено и выглядит устаревшим. Персонал не вовлеченный и не отзывчивый. Я 3 раза подряд бегал с не работавшим ключом от закрытого номера на рецепшен, где девушка каждый раз «чинила» магнитную карту. После такого не чувствуешь себя отдохнувшим. Обычная проблема египетских отелей, которым рисуют 5 звезд. Мы провели в этом отеле новогоднюю ночь — кринжовый вечер с застеленным простыней ангаром столов (фото ниже). Следующие 10 дней провели в отеле недалеко (название повторяет музыкальный жанр), лучше потратить деньги там.

Este hotel es muy económico, el entorno es muy bueno y está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Es un hotel de visita obligada para el primer día en el Mar Rojo. Es muy tranquilo.

В целом неплохой отель, был очень приветливый персонал, особенно девушки очень милые и дружелюбные. Из минусов - не поменяли белье после предыдущего человека, постельное белье пахло потом. Будьте внимательны при заселении и проверяйте белье. Мы попросили сменить белье, пришел мальчик и засунул одеяло на 2х-спальную кровать в 1,5 спальный пододеяльник

sunrise作為埃及本土的高端品牌不管是哪一家設施服務都是很能打的。這家sunrise面積相對較小一點，但小而精，沒有其他面積大的酒店那麼吵，很安靜。喜歡他每天都不一樣的晚飯，是菜系不一樣，來的兩天正好是中國菜和埃及菜。

늦은 밤 체크인 후 이틀 후 새벽에 체크아웃 하느라 제공되는 식음료 서비스를 전부 이용하지는 못했습니다만 뭐 하나 부족함 없었습니다. 홍해를 바로 접하고 있는 점도 좋았고 여러 액티비티도 있었으나 참여하지는 못했으며 체크인 시 이에 대한 설명은 없었습니다. 호텔에서 길 건너서 언덕을 올라가면 로컬 카페/식당이 있고 근거리에 마리나/모스크/쇼핑센터가 있습니다. 시설은 오래 되었으나 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었으며 찾기 쉬운 위치에 있는 것도 강점입니다. 동양인 여행객들 리뷰에 인종차별이 언급되어 있던데, 도대체 뭐가 차별인걸까요? 저는 너무 만족하며 이용했습니다. 숙박 추천합니다! 투숙객은 대체로 유럽/러시아 국적 분들이 많았고 소수의 중국분들도 계셨습니다.

El personal del hotel es muy entusiasta, el restaurante buffet es muy grande y hay muchas cosas, y además del restaurante principal para la cena hay 7 restaurantes diferentes para ordenar, y el costo del todo incluido es muy sencillo. Muchos rusos vienen de vacaciones y en la playa privada del hotel se puede hacer snorkel y ver muchos peces. En resumen, muy satisfecho, la próxima vez que vaya de vacaciones al Mar Rojo, ¡elegiré este hotel!

En la decoración, no tiene gran impacto. Envase tres comidas. Pero realmente no es amigable con el chino hasta que comencé a correr fuera el día siguiente. Los italianos de desayuno son extraños. El gerente del restaurante es muy amigable, pero el resto es ** facial. La recepción es muy baja en eficiencia. Al principio, me dio un cuarto para entrar y vivir. Luego, me costó el dinero para mejorar el tipo de habitación. Aunque el servicio de hermano pequeño está bien, me quedé cerca de dos horas. Hotel súper recomendado, muy recomendable para todos. Realmente no conozco a muchos chinos aquí. Nuestras dos familias reservaron dos habitaciones. Mi amigo llegó tarde y me pasaron a una suite junior con vista al mar. Está ubicada en la parte superior del área de alojamiento y la vista es incomparable. Este hotel tiene su propio muelle y muelle únicos que se adentran en el Mar Rojo. Puedes adentrarte en el mar y hacer snorkel directamente allí, y luego comer directamente en el restaurante al mediodía. very nice and relaxing and has very friendly staff. drinks' quality was subpar though and not all food served at the buffet was up to standards. all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

It's a huge hotel with potentially beautiful gardens in the future. Unfortunately, the hotel is still in construction and it's annoying to have a tractor driving around you while you are chilling on the beach. There are works at the main part of the hotel, between the beach and the main pool and they start around 7AM. Another disappointing point was the limited internet that was capped at 1Mbps. Mobile internet works well in the area though. Lack of proper entertainment in the evening as well, lack of greenery. Lot's of things feel unpolished. Food was great and the hotel in general is huge and pleasant to walk, rooms are modern.

Llegamos el 6 de enero y por casualidad la cena fue promocionada debido al festival de Europa del Este, tuvimos experiencias realmente extraordinarias. 環境很不錯，藍天下看着賞心悦目。泳池是恆温泳池，很舒服。餐飲還吃的慣，推薦沙灘邊的餐廳和隔壁酒店的意大利餐廳，都是同一集團，零點的，出品都很不錯，包括在一價全包裏。床品就一般般，在盧克索的酒店也是同樣問題，有點粗糙，不過第二晚也就習慣了。 唯一令人膈應的是，從酒店到機場的車費和搶劫差不多，就是明明可以直接搶你，人家最後好歹給你送到機場的感覺。從出酒店門，到停在機場外，短短8分鐘的車程，酒店前台一開始開價30歐，將近240元人民幣！號稱這不是酒店收的，但是又説這個價格是因為taxi在酒店設櫃枱，需要付租金給酒店。我衹能表示:這是你們酒店在幫助他們抬價。最後酒店經理出麪叫了外面的車進來，付了15美金去機場。

This is my favorite hotel and i truly feel at home here. Everything is flawless, the place is wonderful, staff is helpful and friendly, food great, coral reef splendid. Quiet and private. In winter full of old german couples. No kids.

The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.
