Muy bueno hotel con un buen restaurante, un ambiente muy agradable, una cama confortable.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Los platos son alrededor de 17.18 Euro, comida y limpieza son buenos, pero si permaneces por mucho tiempo, no limpias en el medio.Generalmente, si eres un hotel, deberías ser normal.

Reservado por un viaje de vacaciones en la mañana temprana , muy agradable, cerca del aeropuerto contratos de entrada y salida sin complicaciones, Me gustaría volver a hacerlo una segunda vez.

El hotel es nuevo y convenientemente situado cerca de la estación de tren y la calle principal de compras. Pros: Moderno, excelente ubicación para las compras y las conexiones de transporte. Cons: La zona está ruidosa por la noche, y hay ruidos de calle altos fuera de la ventana.

Visited the hotel and had such a pleasant and positive experience. I was welcomed at check in, with a friendly and polite person. I had a room overlooking the central town square, and the room was great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with access to a kitchenette. For location, cost and quality of service and the hotel, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Im Ort auf jeden Fall das beste Hotel und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in der Jahre gekommen, aber bietet alles was man braucht. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut und es bietet sich gleich an mit Halbpension zu buchen.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Lage in Görlitz. Uns ist schon bewusst das es nicht gerade einfach ist 100% Sauberkeit in den Zimmern zu realisieren. Uns sind Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, zum Beispiel waren beide Zahnputzgläser schmutzig. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich.
