Wir wurden mit unserem Hund unglaublich freundlich von einer Mitarbeiterin begrüßt direkt beim Verlassen des Fahrstuhls (man kommt zum Eingang rein und muss in den 2. Stock fahren um zur Rezeption zu gelangen). Das Einchecken ging schnell, wir bekamen eine Schlüsselkarte damit kann man dann weiter als in den 2. Stock fahren... Gut gemacht damit haben keine Fremde im Hotel Zugang. Das Zimmer was wir im 7. Stock hatten war super modern. Tolles Bett, hab sehr gut geschlafen. Fernseher selbsterklärend. Radio Hotelinfos abrufbar. Per QR Code ebenfalls Hotelinfos auf dem Handy abrufbar. Treppe runter ist OK. Hoch bin ich umsonst gelaufen, auch mit der Karte kommt man nicht rein. Gerade morgens zur Frühstückszeit kommen die Aufzüge nämlich an ihre Grenzen. Klimaautomatik geht kalt und warm. Leider nur beim ersten Mal benutzen. Zum Glück hatten wir es schon so eingestellt, dass es für uns von der Wärme und Intensität passte. Danach reagierte das Touchpanel nicht mehr. Licht war davon zum Glück nicht betroffen. Aber ich bin sicher, dass man uns sofort geholfen hätte wenn's nötig gewesen wäre. 24 Std Rezeption, essen und Trinken verfügbar. Fazit: Tolles Hotel, tolles Personal, super Lage - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Vielen Dank für alles

La habitación es limpia y limpia, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, a 5 minutos a pie a la estación de metro, en la otra parte de la calle es un restaurante tailandés. Para ir al supermercado puede salir directamente a la izquierda, pasar por la zona de caminar al centro comercial de Karstadt, y el piso de abajo tiene el supermercado Aldi. La única mala noticia es que hay música muy alta a las 6:00 a.m. hasta las 9:00, y muchas personas regresan a la calle a las 1:00.

La habitación del hotel es amplia, se puede decir que es el hotel más grande de esta ciudad. El calor es muy caliente en la habitación, mi habitación tiene microondas, ascensor, nevera, todo lo que debe. La comida es horrible para el desayuno, excepto por la patata y los huevos de salchicha, el resto es frío. Las hermanas de la recepción hablan inglés y no hay problema para comunicarse. Los limpiadores hablan alemán. Me gustan las ventanas del hotel, es el tipo típico de Alemania para abrir las ventanas grandes y el aire es excelente. Aún es conveniente alrededor, hay algunas tiendas y pequeñas tiendas a la izquierda. Más allá de la monotonía del desayuno, hay otras cosas que son buenas.

I usually book my rooms via **********. In their listings they list not just the price but also the ratings from their readers as well as the TripAdvisor rating. What made me notice this was the Superb rating and the affordable price of $70. When I'm traveling on business solo, I look for as nice a hotel as possible for under US$100/night - and that's not too far from where I am having meetings. The Leonardo fit that bill quite well. Located in Volklingen, a suburban town about 16 kilometers from Saarbrucken (my meeting was in central Saarbrucken), it's a short drive away. The town of Volklingen is an old industrial town with a large steel mill and a UNESCO Heritage Site within the town limits. Otherwise, it's rather sleepy compared to Saarbrucken. When I arrived in town at 9:30pm it was pretty much quiet and asleep. I don't imagine there's much nightlife going on here, if that's what you're looking for. The hotel is on the hillside and is decorated in a modern contemporary fashion. It's nicely done but if you're looking for an old German setting, this is not it. The lobby is spacious and the bar and restaurant are just off the reception desk and by the elevators. It seems like this hotels cater to business clientele because it's the usual scene of business travelers hanging out at the bar having a drink or two.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y muy agradable. La habitación era moderna con todas las instalaciones que necesitamos, como muchos puntos USB, y el baño también tenía una excelente ducha de caminar. La habitación estaba cerca de las pistas de tranvía y era un poco ruidosa cuando se abrió la ventana, pero no nos interrumpió el sueño de la noche. El hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.

Quien busque una alojamiento barata y central con buena conexión a la red en Saarbrücken no puede hacer nada mal con este hotel. Al menos no si no espera 5-Sterne-Wellness-Hotel. Admitido: las habitaciones individuales son pequeñas y necesitas tener alguna experiencia en juegos de tetris para despachar un maletín más grande. La casa también es brillante, pero no me ha molestado más - ya sabes que el vecino de la habitación está desnudo y usa el Oropax que se ha preparado ;) Algo me ha enfadado, No hay ningún horno disponible -que, en mi opinión, es el equipo estándar. Cuando duchas, hay que hacerse bien para no poner la mitad del baño bajo el agua. De lo contrario, sólo puedo decir algo positivo: Las habitaciones no están seguramente actualizadas (y mi sabor no es el decorado de color de ventana), pero muy limpias para ello! El desayuno buffet no es extravagante, pero delicioso y más que bien. El personal es loco, amable, atento y ayuda a resolver cualquier problema.

Es muy bueno. Vale la pena recomendarlo. Es muy bueno. A mis amigos les gusta mucho. La próxima vez, llevaré a mi familia a registrarme. El desayuno es abundante, el transporte es conveniente y la actitud de la pareja también es muy buena.

Visit in March 2023. From outside hotel looks,as little bit old, but room which I had was quite new and very comfortable. Main issue was parking place, which I did not reserve in advance and place was not available. You can find some available place close to the hotel, but it is on zone, which you need to leave to early. Benefit was, that reception lady gave me proposal for different parking, which is not under hotel and it is not part of hotel. Wifi without trouble, dinner and beer were very good. Minibar on room was available. Breakfast was very comfortable. If I will go there next time, I will choose this hotel.

I highly recommend staying at the Schlossberg Hotel, especially at the City Residenz, which belongs to the hotel and is in the inner city. ROOM ITSELF: I’ve lived there for several months, and the studio was unquestionably well-equipped: kitchen supplies, minibar, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobes, washing machine in the basement... The bathroom has also a very modern design, the shower is amazing and the hotel provides the guests with some fancy and practical toiletries. I'd also add that I've never had loud or inconvenient neighbors there. CLEANING: Every week a cleaning team would show up, and not only were they thorough enough to change the bedsheets and leave some fresh towels, but were also very friendly. LOCATION: simply amazing, right in the heart of Homburg and within walking distance from pretty much anything you’d need to go in the city (Uniklinik: 20 minutes, Train station: 10 Minutes, Supermarkt: 5 Minutes – and so on). CUSTOMER SERVICE: The exceptional thing about my stay there was the service of the Schlossberg Hotel. Whenever there was a problem or request by me, the hotel’s staff attended to it quickly and effectively. Everyone was always friendly, helpful and just a call or an e-mail away. It is as if I was somehow “invited” the whole time. Their attentive service highly contributed to my overall exceptional experience while living there. A big thank you to the whole team! =)

Went for a business trip to Saarlouis and got the recommendation to book La Maison which I also did. Arrived in the evening and checked in and the staff in the reception did a great job, welcoming and so on. The room was really spacious and well shaped, good design and small but nice attributes. The public areas offered plenty of nice lounges where you could sit an relax. I didn't tried the restaurant as it was closed on Mondays (but the hotel offered the possibility to pre-order a cold plate). The breakfast buffet was generous and also offered fresh made scrambled eggs and bacon. The ambient also very nice for a good start of the day. ...and if you arrive with an EV the hotel has some charing poles, good!
