A wonderful welcoming hotel. The Receptionist is kind helpful perfect. How nice to be shown to your room. The whole team at this hotel are wonderful. The room , a Junior Suite was superb. Very clean. Breakfast excellent. Located very close to a tram stop. Not far from the main rail station. Accessible entrance through the car park. Good sized secure car park. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Highly recommended.

So, we chose this hotel for a business trip based on the existing reviews and were not disappointed. The hotel is in a great location to allow for exploration of the area to be able to eat and drink whilst out and about. It has a great bar and restaurant on site so you dont even need to do that. When you walk in, you really get a feel that you are somewhere special. The staff are smartly turned out, smiley, friendly and willing to help. They have put a lot of effort into this place, and it feels like a top end hotel. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and in abundance. There is something for everyone and lots of it. Very very nice and the staff are all over it. Clearing, cleaning, smiling etc. The room was perfect. I had the best 4 night's sleep and better than my actual bed at home. The room was clean and tidy. The shower was fantastic. A large rain head for above and the option of a handheld if you want to switch. I had a kettle, tea/coffee, water etc which for me is exactly what I want. The gym is small but has enough there to do a good workout. If, however you happen to go into there to do weight training, and there is someone lifting also, you will be very limited unless you want to politely switch between sets but that aside, it's a gym and provides running machines, dumbbells and a multi station etc. The cherry on top was the final morning we had to leave. We would not make the breakfast as we were leaving too early but the hotel prepared us a breakfast box each. That was seriously amazing. It contained a ton of stuff from ready-made roll, pre cut bread, butters, spreads, fruit, water, yoghurt, energy bar etc. I was so so impressed and that was a great touch. I honestly really really liked this place and the employees there need to be proud of what they are doing. Id highly recommend this place.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights this July 2023 in time for the BFL festival. Here were a lot of peole but on reception was very fast check-in and very friendly and clever team. Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels. We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy. Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products ... all what you need to eat. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant. Every day with a smile and friendly mood. Cleaning dishes from tables, additional foods and drinks. I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. Este hotel estaba situado en el centro de Ostrava, a poca distancia de la plaza Masaryk. Mi habitación tenía una ventana que daba al patio trasero, por lo que no había ruido de la calle (el día que estuve aquí, comenzó el mercado navideño, por lo que había mucha gente alrededor del hotel y había una pista de hielo justo en frente). del hotel, donde sonaba música a todo volumen). El check in y el check out fueron rápidos y sin ningún problema. El equipamiento de mi habitación me parecía un poco antiguo, me parecía una habitación de hotel de los años noventa, de esas que se ven en las películas de esa época. Los muebles eran antiguos y muy sencillos, el baño pequeño y la cama bastante blanda para mi gusto. Estaba limpio aquí. Desayuné en el restaurante del hotel. La oferta era amplia y todo lo que comí estaba delicioso. El ambiente del restaurante era muy agradable. El personal del hotel y del restaurante era agradable y servicial.

I recently spent a week here and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and well-kept. The bed was just right, not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom was spotless. There were plenty of outlets and the lighting was more than sufficient. Reception was businesslike and professional. The breakfast offered had plenty of choices and was quite filling, especially as it was sometimes my only meal of the day. The only negatives were that the room was sometimes too hot and when ordering from the set menu in the restaurant at dinner, they were unwilling to accommodate dietary restrictions, telling us that no changes could be made. I would readily stay here again should my travels take me back to Ostrava in the future.

I slept in BW Vista first time. I can´t blame this hotel for its 80´s look. I can not imagine to redesign such a huge house to more state-of-the-art, except rooms. Yes you are welcome by big hallways, stairs, long corridors. Staff: very friendly and willing, reception perfect, brakfast huge and staff again very neat and caring. Parking just in front of hotel under surveillance cameras. Safe. Dinner was cheap: 4 course menu for 240,- CZK. Not the best, not the worst. Glass of gute wine 80,- and the waiter very nice person, very experienced. The room: it is very obsolete. Removing flat LCD TV you would be back in communist era. Maybe at that time ＞ I would put 4 stars on front door. Not today. I would reward it with 2, maybe 3 stars. At all: I can recommend this hotel to businessmen who want to sleep in a quiet and clean room and do not expect a super modern hotel. It certainly won't offend you.

Pour : Bel endroit, château-manoir ancien ayant appartenu à la famille Larisch, où a vécu la comtesse Marie Larisch, nière de ”Sissi” entre 1879 et 1883 et qui a été rénové dans les années 2010. Le parc est beau, avec arbres et fleurs, belle terrasse dehors pour prendre l'apéritif au soleil et le petit-déjeuner, très agréable. Centre spa que nous n'avons pas utilisé donc je ne peux donner mon avis dessus. Le parking est caché sous terre et recouvert d'herbe donc on ne le voit pas, c'est bien. Un peu à l'écart du village, endroit calme. Jolie petite église en bois à quelques km. Chambres petites mais confortables, avec beaucoup d'amenities. Petit-déjeuner buffet bien achalandé. Excellent restaurant le soir : plats très bien présentés et délicieux, un peu nouvelle cuisine pour les portions mais vraiment très bons. Le saumon fumé frais / caviar en entrée est une merveille ! Tout était succulent, le restaurant est vraiment à recommander, le service était sympathique. Un peu déçue par l'hôtel lui-même mais rapport qualité-prix très correct. En résumé, hôtel qui cherche encore son style mais bon potentiel. Contre : Route d'accès en pente et avec des gros pavés pas très pratique avec des valises depuis le parking qui est un peu éloigné du bâtiment principal. Très déçue par la chambre qui était minuscule et sans vue, en soupente avec juste une lucarne inaccessible sur l'arrière du bâtiment, et au 2e étage sans ascenseur, alors que j'avais dit qu'on venait pour fêter un anniveraire de mariage. Pas de volet ou rideau occultant donc on est réveillé à 5 h du matin par la lumière du jour. Décoration intérieure de l'hôtel laide et sans âme, trop moderne pour le bâtiment, avec beaucoup de simili-cuir ou matériaux et style un peu ”nouveau-riche-plouc” qui ne vont pas ensemble, c'est dommage de ne pas avoir rénové dans le style du 19e siècle, vu l'histoire du château cela aurait donné du charme. Public pas forcément bien élevé, bruyant, certains avec des enfants qu'ils laissent courir partout même au restaurant le soir et au petit-déjeuner. Comme c'est un hôtel/restaurant de charme on vient ici en amoureux pour être tranquilles, donc c'est un peu agaçant et décevant. Etonnée aussi qu'on accepte des gens en short et en tenue de sport dans un restaurant upper-class, c'est très dommage et casse le charme. En résumé, hôtel qui cherche encore son style mais bon potentiel.

Reservé este hotel para seis de nosotros, que fue al hockey del mundo junior en diciembre/ enero. Tuve tanta ayuda de Kamilla para asegurarnos de que tuvimos lo que necesitamos. Era maravilloso. El hotel era muy agradable. Nuestras habitaciones.. Hotel located in the city center. Customer service at a high level and very friendly. Spacious room, standard equipped, very clean and tidy. Downstairs, you can have a delicious breakfast in the morning or order dinner. At the reception, you can also buy regional products or jewelery from local artists. We are very pleased and if we ever stay in Ostrava it is for sure at Hotel Maria.
