Medio ambiente: La ubicación de este hotel es muy buena. Está en el centro de Chengdu y es muy conveniente viajar. También hay mucha comida deliciosa en los alrededores. Servicio: El servicio del hotel también es bastante bueno, porque llamaron con anticipación para concertar una cita y luego me reservaron algunas habitaciones, lo cual fue bastante bueno. Cualquier problema durante mi estadía se resolvió a tiempo. Instalaciones: Las instalaciones y el equipamiento del hotel también son bastante completos. El hotel está a 10 minutos de Huang Long. Ofrecen recoger y bajar gratis a Huang Long. Ofrecen también desayuno básico gratis. Nos encontramos en un momento en el que nos regalamos un coche con un precio de aproximadamente rmb150, y también tenemos un almuerzo delicioso. Inicialmente fuimos a Huang a las 8:00, pero nos aconsejan que el coche de cable sólo abre a las 9:00, que es una información muy útil que nos llevamos a la hora de llegar con tantas ppl que fuimos a las 8:00 y tenemos que esperar una hora.

Beautiful room and hotel with an amazing view. The food (dinner and breakfast) was also very good. But most of all the staff was super helpful and kind to us foreigners travelling in Sichuan. They helped us organise transportation to our next step ! Thanks a lot !

走進酒店，兩個很漂亮的小姐姐，態度温柔的給我辦理入住，並免費升級了房間，原本以為可能就房間變大了，結果真的很意外，居然變成了套房。一室一廳，格局特別舒適，房間有智能小兔，真的很惋惜衹短暫住了一晚。床睡着很舒服，整夜一覺到天亮。冰箱很乾凈且製冷，炎熱的夏天喝着冰水，爽翻。 免費贈送了小童餐票，真的覺得貴酒店格局很大，不扣搜。 早餐供選餐的地方很小，但是卻種類繁多，而且每一樣味道很滿意，沒有湊數敷衍的地方。 免費在攜程延遲退房，去了三星堆回來，還美美的睡了個午覺，才離開進行下一步旅程。 樓下停車進門處，就有電車充電站，非常方便。 唯一有個小小希望，如果有門僮或者管家，熱情接待和送別，就更圓滿了，感謝 23 晚值班的兩個美女。你們讓我的體驗感，增加翻倍。💪👍👍👍👍👍👍👍希望有機會還能再次入住。

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

Muy bien situado! Salida D del metro de Tianfu. Ascensor directo a la calle y ya lo ves en el edificio PIC....además pone un cartel en la entrada de una especie de parking. Recepción en planta 9. Habitación muy amplia y desayuno correcto...faltan cosas occidentales para mejorarlo pero estamos en China...ubicación y calidad precio perfecto!
