Stayed here on business for four nights. I chose the basic room which had a shared showeroom and toilet. Wasn’t an issue for me as I had my own sink in my room. This was a very keenly priced small room which suited my needs. I did get bitten by a mosquito which I wasn’t expecting in this part of the world. The location is very rural. There are three very large dining areas one of which is outside. I saw lots of facilities for people of all ages which makes it great for families. The WiFi connection was brilliant so I was able to catch up with emails in the evening without issue. The staff are fantastic. The guy in reception spoke really good English and was able to assist with all my enquiries. I was offered a room change if I didn’t like the shared bathroom but it wasn’t a problem for me. There is plenty of free parking but there are currently roadworks at the bottom of the road I used to get to the hotel which on one occasion was completely blocked at one end. However I discovered that if you turn left when exiting the hotel you can get back to the main road that way instead. Follow it to what looks like a dirt track going through someone’s farm. I know it was ok to do this as I saw other cars doing it. Bit narrow so take it slow. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. At breakfast I noticed a selection of lactose free items. I rarely see this in hotels so five stars for having this available for those that need it. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily visit again.

Muy bonito hotel Estilo de la casa de madera Eso es lo que está muy oscuro fuera de la habitación. Necesitas cuidado. El hotel tiene dos pisos, al otro lado del lago cercano, puede nadar. El hotel tiene sauna en el primer piso, pero parece que no hay diferencia entre hombres y mujeres, es dudoso. El segundo piso del edificio del hotel ofrece café gratuito y agua caliente. Puedes ir al lago y beber después de tomar café.

Beautiful, clean, fresh smell of wood in the room. The shower was excellent. The entire facility is beautiful and clean with great service on top of a mountain in Switzerland. The funicular that brings you up to the lodge is so cool with the best views. There is a parking lot at the bottom of the mountain at the funicalar entrance for 14 francs/day. The lodge is right next to the funicular. The breakfast buffet is really good quality extra charge. Beautiful hiking trails. Everything is perfect at this lodge. Highly recommend.

Durante una reciente visita de negocios cerca de Zurich, hemos decidido permanecer en el Hotel Tailormade SIHLPARK en Schindellegi. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran 2 habitaciones. El hotel dispone de unas instalaciones modernas como la televisión y el Wi-Fi, que son fiables y rápidas, permitiendo que nos conectemos y sigamos trabajando desde el hotel sin problemas. En general, el Hotel Tailormade SIHLPARK marca todas las cajas para un viajero de negocios que busca comodidad, confort y valor cerca de Zurich. La combinación de ubicación accesible, excelentes instalaciones y unas atentas inclusiones como el aparcamiento gratuito y el desayuno hacen que sea una opción atractiva para cualquiera que visite la zona en negocios.

Lage vom Hotel nur ein paar Schritte vom See in Brunnen entfernt. Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber eingerichtet. Kleines Körbchen mit Pflegeartikeln als kleine Aufmerksamkeit bereit gestellt. Morgenessen war ausreichend, für jeden etwas dabei. Mein Zimmer war im Nebengebäude neben dem Hauthaus. Man musste ein Treppe hinauf gehen und es war sehr eisig an diesem Tag, leider wurde kein Salz gestreut und es war teilweise sehr glatt auf der Treppe. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängelt

we stayed one night before going to Alpamare with our 2 kids (5 and 7), we had a room on 3rd floor with a nice view on the lake. It was very quiet, the bed was huge. the staff was very friendly, the parking next to the hotel is included, which is very convenient. the hotel is one minute away from Alpamare, the is also a shopping center close by. We had dinner at the restaurent OLEA and the food was good but the service was extremely poor and slow. We had to ask 3 times to get a beer and we never got the wine list after asking several times. the breakfast was good,including fresh orange juice but the scrambed eggs were cold in the buffet and some croissants seemed to be from the day before. I can recommand the hotel but not the restaurent.

This review is for the restaurant only. After sitting down for lunch I ordered my drink. After handing over the menu the waiter came and went for the other for 10 minutes  4 or less guests without further noticing me or telling me about the delay. As I stood up to leave (I cannot stand restaurants ignoring me) he brought the drink. After I told him I was just about to leave (I would have stayed) he ridiculed me ”ah you waited for 2 hours... Then we have to hurry” and went on pouring the drink in great anger. After this commotion I lost my appetite and left for good. This isn't some cheap dive but an elegant,(and expensive place). The staff should be reminded who pays their salaries and not alienate their guests with such rude behavior).
