I have just had the most amazing stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is picturesque, the rooms are spacious, the bed superb, and the bathrooms luxurious. But what really sets this hotel apart are the staff - they go above and beyond to make your stay a delight! One night they called all over town to get me into a busy restaurant because I had (shortsightedly) not made a reservation anywhere. Another day, I was unsuccessful in my hunt for French onion soup, and they asked the chef to prepare it, especially for me! I’d particularly like to thank Sarah, Nelson, Sébastien, and Imrân for making my weekend so relaxing. I have already booked my next stay and cannot wait to return!

A business trip in Sept in the area of Neuchatel, and this hotel was the one booked for us. So here are the findings and my thoughts about this hotel. Location - just outside the city of Neuchatel, about 6 km from the city center, right next to the highway. A very generous parking lot in front and to the side of the hotel provides the spot to park your vehicle. Not very big in size - but with a very good number of rooms , so even if you a travelling with a larger group it can be a good option. Check-in and check-out went very smooth and easy, front desk staff had a professional approach, and the communication in English language went easily. The room that I've got was big, by all standards , and with a generous size bathroom - both the room and the bathroom were very clean. Breakfast is another item I would like to highlight - it was fairly basic, but with very good choices available and consisting of quality products - from my perspective even if you stay a week at this place you will still be able to pot together a very good combo for breakfast and not get bored of what is being served. Prices - well once again the prices are ”Swiss” so even if this could be considered a budget hotel, the prices are aligned with the pricing in Switzerland. Overall a very good, just outside of Neuchatel, but if you are not looking for anything fancy this may be just the right option for you.

wir waren für zwei Tage in Neuchâtel und übernachteten im Hotel des Arts. Das Hotel liegt gut, direkt am See, die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurant, den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut zu Fuss oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber haben alles was man brauch, sogar einen kleinen Schreibtisch für die die beruflich da sind, eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasser, einzig einen Safe sucht man vergebens. Alles ist sauber , auch das Badezimmer. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Büffet, klein aber fein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. was wir auch sehr schätzten ist, dass man gratis sein Auto direkt vor dem Hotel parken kann. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war, dass es sehr laut war, wenn man mit offenem Zimmer schlafen möchte, es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

What a fabulous place to stay made perfect by the friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we walked through the revolving doors until the day we left. Ok it has an odd quirk but that somehow adds to the stay, bits of it might be bit tired but compared to the overall stay not to relevant. Spacious comfortable rooms at sensible prices. Breakfast was good especially at the weekend with again friendly service. Plenty of fresh food and choice. We’d read the previous reviews and were a bit concerned but having stayed can only assume previous reviewers don’t get out much. Our son who has stayed in several other local hotels was impressed and said he would happily stay there. Great place.

La situation de l'hôtel est idyllique : vue imprenable sur le lac et les Alpes (la meilleure de la ville ?), dans les hauteurs (pas trop de circulation), à côté de la gare (sans le bruit), avec un parking à CHF 10.- par jour, que dire de plus ? Nous avions une chambre au deuxième étage, spacieuse, avec un balcon et la vue qui va avec, plutôt bien insonorisée, mais aussi spartiate, il faut le dire... Le petit-déjeuner était tout à fait correct, le personnel aussi. Donc c'est un très bon endroit pour 1 nuit en transit. Après, je ne sais pas, testez :-)

La recepción muy amable y el check-in rápido. El estacionamiento requiere un parada. Al check-in se le da un código para la puerta. No ideal porque la ciudad está llena de tráfico de una manera que hace acceso potencialmente tiempo. La habitación estaba muy tranquila, con ruido de tráfico, la cama está bien con una matrícula bastante suave. Las habitaciones son espaciosas pero muy viejas: techos sucios y muchos aparatos de madera que caen aparte.

Justo al lado del lago Nasatyr, la vista del lago es muy buena. En verano, puede hacer un paseo en barco por el lago. La vista es muy buena. El ambiente del hotel también es muy bueno, limpio e higiénico. El desayuno también es bueno, la máquina de café puede cambiar el idioma, puedes elegir chino, esto es básicamente raro
