I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

El hotel es un hotel muy difícil si es un germafobe. Abrido en 2021, el hotel todavía se siente marca nuevas – habitaciones y áreas comunes son pristina, comida fresca y el personal está feliz. Además, Dave Hotel ofrece una variedad de visitas personalizadas según su horario, preferencias y intereses. ¡Una gran gratitud a ****n que organizó un estupendo viaje de día al Lago Sevan y Garni!! Disfrutar de vistas panorámicas de la maravillosa Armenia mientras monta un esquí de avión en el Lago Sevan fue una de las mejores experiencias de viaje de mi vida! También hice una excursión por la noche en Yerevan. Fue martes, pero la ciudad se sentía como el viernes –muy vibrante. La Plaza de la República es un arte, pero el observatorio es mi favorito personal. Aunque he conseguido (con la ayuda de ****n) ver mucho durante mi viaje a Yerevan 30-hour, Armenia tiene mucho más que ofrecer. No puedo esperar a volver!

Нас ни в одном отеле мира так не обхаживали. Сервис 10/10. Очень уважительное отношение, что аж неловко. Такси предлагают вызвать, воду в дорогу дают, если вы идете в соседний ресторан, а на улице дождик, то и зонтик дадут на вечер. На завтраке есть все что надо. Единственный момент, матрас не двухспальный, а два односпальных, они разъезжаются, но так во всех отелях последнее время, так что все равно

가격 대비 최고의 퀄리티! 방 너무 깔끔하고 난방 잘 돼서 매우 따뜻하게 밤을 보냈습니다 사장님도 해친절하고 여러모로 만족스러운 투숙이었습니다 ㅂ ㅏo음만 좀 신경 쓸 필요가 있어요!

Сам отель отличный. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда помогал. Внутри все очень красиво оформлено. Отличные номера, все новое. Матрасы понравились ( писали в отзывах, что жёсткие). На четвертом этаже есть терраса, с которой видно Арарат. Самый главный минус, это расположение. Отель немного удален от центра. Хотя добраться в центр можно на такси. Ехать 5-10минут стоит 200рублей. Также есть станция метро неподалеку. Через дорогу есть хороший магазин. Приличных кафе или ресторанов рядом не найдете, только ехать в центр. Либо питаться в самом отеле. Прогуляться тоже негде. Но такие отели в центре стоят минимум в два раза дороже.

This was a very pleasant stay for my family. The apartment was large, with nice layout, plenty of light during day time, and clean. The service, staff, and their attentiveness were amazing. Very nice people, helped us with any small details and request we asked (printing documents, cleaning the apartment everyday, providing us water and anything else, etc), with kindness and openness. Breakfast was a rich selection of tasty food, made of fresh ingredients, and kitchen staff were promptly and continuously attending guests, cleaning tables, refilling dishes, etc., making every morning a lovely start. If I have the chance to visit again I will happily book this hotel apartment.

Отличный отель в самом центре города. Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый, все вопросы и проблемы стараются решить быстро и качественно . Расположен на 7-10 этажах здания . Номера на любой вкус от хостела до апартаментов . Всюду очень чисто. Хороший полноценный завтрак включая яичницу и омлет. Удобная зона коворкинга и зона столовой , где можно передохнуть и/или поработать. Мы останавливались в апартаментах на 10-м этаже, большие просторные. В номере были халаты и тапочки, что очень приятно, полноценная кухня , большая гостиная и спальня. Рассчитан на 4 человека. Буквально за углом от отеля есть супермаркет и даже круглосуточный супермаркет в 250 метрах. Вокруг много разных ресторанов, кафе, трактиров и т.д.

Experiencia de vida y hotel limpio. Buena ubicación céntrica. Todos los lugares de interés están a pie, me sentiría más cómodo si el equipo de escritorio delantero fuera un poco más literato con su orden de inglés.
