Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use. Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service. AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence.

¡Maravilloso! El tubo caliente era maravilloso! Mark al ingresar fue super útil con recomendaciones en restaurantes, trayectos de paseo, clima, etc. Very comfortable bed, super clean. Todo en perfecto y definitivamente se quedaría aquí otra vez!

We zaten van 7-8 februari in kamer 12 en zijn er onze iPad vergeten. We hebben niks gehoord van de schoonmaker/schoonmaakster/park? Er is nog ge-emaild en 9 februari bellen we erover, Lise van Caspel & Hedzer Klarenbeek

Overall, this accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!

El hotel es muy limpio y moderno. Buen calefacción , microondas y plato proporcionado en la habitación.La ubicación es a 9 minutos a pie de la zona del puerto, muchas tiendas y restaurantes allí.También ofrecen aparcamiento gratuito con mucho espacio disponible. No hay estrés 😊.Personal es amigable y cálido bienvenido. Muy impresionante estadía

Ubicación ideal si quieres evitar la ciudad y alojarte cerca de la playa. Disfruté de la caminata nocturna desde el hotel hasta la playa de Saint Kilda. Fueron menos de 5 km para el viaje de ida y vuelta.

路過這個小鎮，就住了一晚。一個標準的汽車旅館，沒啥特別期待的點，中規中矩。衞生不錯，位置也在小鎮的主幹道上。缺點是我的房間在二樓，搬運行李比較麻煩。如果你的行李多，儘量讓店主給你提供1樓的房間，免去上下樓梯搬運行李。

Excellent room facilities with full kitchen and well designed bathroom toilet areas, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable! Staff were very friendly and helpful, showed me the map of Dunedin and places to visit and stuff. Enough car park. Definitely will stay here again next time in Dunedin!
