Decepcionado por nuestras dos noches de estancia aquí. Esta casa también se denomina ”Aeropuerto de Kiwi Hotel” y Aeropuerto de Kiwi Backpackers”, los Backpackers han sido transformados en lo que se denomina ”Apartamentos de primer estudio”. ”. Cuando llegamos a la recepción, la dama dijo que había debitado nuestra tarjeta sólo por la primera noche, que teníamos que pagar por la segunda noche cuando salíamos. La vista de la hierba era de 2 mt de hierba sin mojar que se miraba directamente a las habitaciones a nuestro alrededor. No hay toallas ni ropa de plato. Después de la tercera solicitud para estos artículos, finalmente recibimos dos ropa de cara para ser utilizada como toallas y ropa de plato, oww! La cocina tenía 1 horno, 1 limonada de té, 3 cuchillos y grandes limones, 1 vidrio, No hay gafas de vino. Tazas y placas de diferentes tamaños. Ha habido una microondas y placas de calor, pero no hay otras herramientas en absoluto, excepto los bits y piezas mencionados. No hay caja de hielo. No hay coaterantes. La luz de la baño se flickó constantemente, había rubí bajo las camas, y después de una inspección adicional, el alarma de incendio no contenía una batería. (illegal) En el control se dijo que nuestra cuenta había sido liquidada. La inspección de la cuenta bancaria mostró que nuestra segunda noche había sido deducida dos horas después de haberse inspeccionado y se había tomado un extra de $4.50. Se le preguntó en su ventana de chat (que es cómo reservamos nuestra estancia porque nadie contestó al teléfono, nunca) y fue enviado de vuelta, afirmando que este costo adicional era debido a Visa. No se quedaría aquí otra vez.

This property has much to offer but let's themselves down on the smaller details. Rooms were huge and well appointed, quiet, great off street parking and extremely comfortable. However many items were not overly clean, outdoor area littered, window sills, oven, microwave, fridge and crockery/cutlery needed attention. Before daring to eat off crockery or drink from glasses (that were filthy) we had to clean, they were unhygienic. Oven had leftovers on the base, microwave had splatter from previous guests and fridge was not clean. Given COVID I would have expected a much higher level of cleaning however they have obviously relied on previous guests to clean sufficiently, this was not the case. However when we addressed with cleaning staff they were lovely and accommodating and cleaned window sills. We arrived at 1700hrs we had anticipated an earlier arrival but due to flight delays we were a few hours later (reception open until 1900hrs so we were not concerned) however was closed. We called the number on the door and were given a lockbox number, keys retrieved to room but they had not been allocated and we could not access. Thankfully another couple had already called reception and they were en-route so this problem was solved quickly. Also staff advised that we had been inadvertently charged twice and refund was in process however 7 days later no refund for over-charge has been processed. This is a great property, cleaning ladies were lovely but Management just need to get the basics right. Reception should be available as stated, rooms and amenities should be cleaned and outdoor areas need attention. I would stay here again and I can recommend but please Management address the issues we have raised. This will elevate your property rating considerably with little effort. I would have liked to address these issues directly with Management however as we were busy and office often closed, we did not have the opportunity to address directly when we were in residence.

Hay servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto y la ubicación es razonable, pero debido a que es un motel en general, ¿no deberíamos esperar mucho una sensación de limpieza de la habitación? El agua alrededor era buena. A lo largo de la carretera principal, la habitación alejada de la carretera no se sentía ruidosa.

We had prepaid our accomodation through Trip.com and when my husband went to check us in, he had to pay again for our accomodation because apparently we hadn't paid. I was not there and despite email verifications showing we had paid, they said no payment had showed and he will have to pay the accomodation and they'll refund the money when payment is showing. After our first night, I followed up our refund in the morning but still no show. They said that they'll get back to us by 4pm but they didn't. Same thing again the next day, I had to follow up the refund. Finally at the end of our stay, we managed to get the refund. The room and facilities were good, however when we arrived the shower gel and hand soap were a quarter full and once these had finished, there was no refill. Other than that it was an okay stay.

We stayed one night earlier this week because we had to get an early morning flight from Auckland Airport. It was a cheap rate that was about right for the basic facilities but we wished we had spent more and stayed elsewhere. We had a very disturbed night due to noisy guests slamming doors, speaking and laughing loudly in the early hours of the morning. One woman conducted a speaker phone conversation right outside our door at 3 a.m. and the building has very thin walls and an echo effect. The room facilities were clean, no complaints there, but the place looks more attractive from the outside than it is as a guest. It is old, shabby and in need of an upgrade on basic bathroom facilities. There is no dining room or breakfast on offer so we had to leave the motel at 5.30 a.m. and drive to the airport for anything to eat or drink. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. It is just a clean room and bed for a night and if that is all you want, it isn’t too bad. However, with a little thought and some financial outlay it could be so much better. We would not stay there again but there were lots of guests the night we stayed so perhaps we should not be too harsh. NOT for us though.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad y en el aeropuerto, y el personal es amigable y útil. Las habitaciones son adecuadas y parecen limpias y agradables, pero la habitación tenía una pequeña como si hubiera sido una sala de fumadores antes y/o había algunas fugas de agua en algún lugar. No hay aire acondicionado que está bien en invierno - hay un calefactor, pero un ventilador de escritorio en una noche humedecida Auckland no hace mucha diferencia. Loja cómoda. Ducha pequeña y extraña con muy baja presión de agua - no es grande para lavar el condicionador de pelo. El hotel tiene un buen servicio de comidas en el Royal Oak.

Estaba con la familia de 4. Amigo, personal útil. Muy agradable, agradable y limpio. Habitaciones obviamente recientemente renovadas pero estaba en el lugar. Facilidad de 5 minutos a pie a la comida fantástica (día y noche) y también el ferry Waiheke Island. Grande valor para dinero en el lugar principal. Lea algunas críticas que fueron horribles pero no fue nuestra experiencia.

We stayed with Regal Residency last weekend (5th to 8th July 2024) and we were very disappointed with the overall experience. On arrival we had to phone someone to come to reception and wait for them to come and give us our keys and that was the last time we saw a member of staff! Our rooms were cold and we could not find out how to work the heaters, as luck would have it my husband discovered the switch by accident the following day but we had a very cold night. The one pillow each was wafer thin and the duvet was even thinner. The television would not work, no plug for the kitchen sink, the coffee and tea were not topped up and the bins were not emptied for the whole of our stay. The steps leading up to our rooms were dangerously steep, especially when wet. I was extremely disappointed with our experience and it was not worth the two hundred dollars plus per night we stayed.

Great place to stay. Yes it’s a bit dated but they don’t advertise as a five star resort! People are kind, close to the city, close to shops. Room was great. Bed was comfy plenty of parking, whilst not the Hilton it does its purpose of housing you comfortably for the time you are here and talk about clean. I haven’t had a cleaner place!! What’s awesome to wake up to is the sound of the native birds chirping away in the morning. Highly recommend if you are here for the night, weekend or week.

Nuestra familia de 5 estuvo durante unas 3 noches de vacaciones en Auckland, elegiendo este alojamiento como no muchos pueden acoger 3 familias de niños, y también le gustaba la ubicación cerca del centro comercial, etc. El diseño y el espacio fueron buenos, pero eso es bastante donde termina. La habitación era muy fuerte, con agujeros en paredes puramente patchados, un socket eléctrico estaba incluso colgando de la pared. El lugar también era grotte, el bañón etc necesitaba una buena limpieza, inicialmente pensé que el viejo madera etc sólo podría ser pintado etc debido a la edad, pero una toalla de un tejido sobre el tablero de ladrillo reveló polvo espeso. La luz que se acomodaba en el baño estaba llena de bugs muertos. Aproximadamente 3 bolas quebradas en la unidad. El croquería estaba pintado y gran parte de él con chips y cracks. La ubicación y el espacio significa con algunas TLC muy necesaria nuestra unidad sería grande ... pero como se dice no quedaríamos aquí otra vez como por $235 por noche nos sentimos terriblemente decepcionados.
