Moteles en Taiwán, China

The staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.  CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep. Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable. Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it. Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore! Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but... PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.  I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese. 

La primera experiencia en un motel de coches en Taiwán - me recuerda a uno que yo había quedado antes en California. Es interesante pero un poco pobre en términos de recepción y servicio. No hay un contador de recepción adecuado. El tiempo de ingreso a las 6:00 era demasiado tarde. También fueron inflexibles en prolongar una hora de checkout tardío. No hay desayuno adecuado - se sirve comida en su habitación que necesita para ordenar un día antes y el horario más temprano es 8:00! Nos apresuramos a tomar HSR, por lo que tuvimos que dejar el desayuno en la primera mañana, y ni siquiera ofrecieron ningún servicio excepcional para compensar eso. El agua mineral se limitó a 2 botellas al día. No daría más. El limpieza de la habitación es a un adicional NTD$500 al día, pero afortunadamente limpiaron su basura y cambiaron las toallas sin carga adicional. La recepción era muy desagradable en mi opinión. No estaban orientados al servicio en absoluto. Si conduce por sí mismo, es un buen lugar para considerar la estancia. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Las puertas no pueden ser cerradas desde fuera - mantienen las llaves para usted - lo que significa que no puede dejar nada valioso en la habitación. La caminata a Taoyuan HSR es de 25 minutos. Es manejable si el tiempo es grande. Pero la accesibilidad a las salidas de Gloria es grande. La mejor cosa fue, por supuesto, la distancia al aeropuerto que fue sólo 15 minutos de coche.

我訂了2晚，第1晚(210)床鋪中間有點塌陷，害我睡不好。 第2晚我請櫃檯幫我換了125房，床鋪OK了，但WIFI卻不能用，只能用自己的網路。 早餐餐食還不錯，但建議餐具可加上湯匙、叉子，因為發現有不少外國人；飲料可貼上飲料名稱-牛奶、咖啡、果汁等等，方便識別。

服務態度有待商榷，明明是4點入住的時間，卻等不到房間，這是我一個月前就訂下的，是否也早餐並沒有明說，還要打電話去櫃臺問，還沒講完就掛斷，當天訂2房間，另一間地板黑掉，房間也有煙味，沙發也有破，雖然地段很好，但服務不好，希望改進。

Me alojé en el Discovery Motel Nan’gang durante tres noches. Si bien el precio es razonable y se agradece el desayuno sencillo incluido, es importante tener en cuenta que este motel está diseñado pensando en parejas y no es adecuado para familias ni para quienes buscan una experiencia hotelera más tradicional. La principal ventaja es su comodidad para quienes viajan en coche: cada habitación tiene una plaza de aparcamiento justo enfrente, lo que facilita mucho el acceso. La ubicación es relativamente accesible en coche, pero puede no ser ideal para quienes dependen del transporte público. En general, ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio para ciertos tipos de viajeros, especialmente parejas o conductores solitarios, pero no lo recomendaría para estancias familiares.

The hotel is more like a serviced residence, the building is nice but the rooms are not located like a typical hotel, however for the price, location close to metro and comfort getting used to the layout isn’t a big deal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the room a lot and there are lots of places to eat near by if you’re driving, or use the metro it’s a great stay. Also the food delivery services in the area are really good! I’d recommend this hotel, it’s in a quiet beautiful neighborhood and is great value for the amount of comfort and service they provide.

Este sentimiento ha sido de años, pero el cuarto es grande y el aire frío es muy suficiente , algo cayó cuando se retiró, el personal de servicio tiene una buena actitud, en general no es bueno, el precio medio semanal es muy bonito

Este motel está muy limpio en general, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, y una iluminación bien diseñada que crea un ambiente relajante. Los baños son excelentes, con agua caliente constante, lo que permite disfrutar de un baño muy confortable. El personal es amable y el proceso de registro de entrada y salida es rápido y atento. El aparcamiento es amplio y cómodo, lo que resulta muy práctico para quienes vienen en coche. En definitiva, tanto para una breve estancia como para pasar la noche, ofrece una buena experiencia y merece la pena volver.

We booked two rooms, one large family room and one couple room. The prior one is spacious, very well designed and it even has an amazing sauna room which was a nice touch to the stay. The kids had loads of fun and laughter. The beds are huge so it can easily fit 4 and maybe even 5 for younger kids. The later is a bit worn down with wallpaper coming off, stains around the tub and just an overall worn down feel to it. So if you can afford a few hundred NT$ more, I would suggest staying at the bigger room to enjoy a good full stay. Breakfast is delicious 😋

La experiencia general es satisfactoria para el viaje elegido para hospedarse en la nueva tienda del hotel de Winsburg. La ubicación es conveniente, no está lejos de la vía de comunicación, es muy conveniente para los conductores.
