The resort is perfectly located right in the centre of town, with supermarkets, cafés, and the beach all within walking distance. There’s also a café just opposite the apartment that serves excellent coffee and food, which was a real highlight. Parking is free, which is very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable; however, the only downside was that there was only one bathroom, which was not very convenient. Overall, it’s a great place to stay due to its excellent location.

I had a great stay here! The highlight was definitely the free shuttle. It made getting to and from the airport a total breeze—the drivers were super friendly and right on time, which saved me a ton of hassle. The food was actually really tasty (better than your typical hotel meal!), and the staff are helpful at check-in. The whole place is clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the terminal. If you need a reliable spot near the airport that won't break the bank, this is it. Will definitely be back!

Room was really spacious and kitchen came with basic seasoning namely salt and pepper. There were tons of cockatoos on the porch in the morning so it can be a bit noisy but most people would usually be up by then so it should be fine.

I had a really wonderful time in the great location of Beechworth.  From Beechworth I drove to other great points of interest namely Yackandandah and Bright. I walked along the Canyon Walk in Bright, followed along the Beechworth Gorge and the Woolshed Falls.  The Sambell Lake had a very good walking track around it. Both Beechworth and Yackandandah had great shops and eateries. The Armour Motor Inn was very central for my 3 day stay and the host was very helpful.

The place is very nice and may stay again in future. My room F1 has queen size bed along with a single next to it and 2nd room with single beds. Parking is right in front of door drive in of the highway and exit via the rear. Beds don’t have have electric blankets and you don’t need them the Donna keeps you warm.

La habitación era muy buena. El personal era amable. La comida en el sitio estaba bien. Quería almacenar nuestra maleta antes de poder entrar, pero la zona disponible tenía una puerta cerrada que no se cerró. Algunas habitaciones aparte de los canales de a bordo.Nada en la zona aparte de URBNSURF es un lugar ideal para tener comida y ver el surf. Tres pequeños Ducks comida excelente definitivamente recomenda aquí .

Fantastic location and very spacious apartment! The main GOR stretch is a mere street away, and the proprietor is very warm and very friendly! We highly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend anyone interested to give this place a try!

Muy limpio, la cama también es muy cómoda, el entorno es bueno, muy tranquilo, una buena elección en el viaje. Todos estamos muy satisfechos. El lugar también es muy bueno para encontrar, puede llegar directamente a la puerta con la navegación.

I recently stayed at this ocean views lakes entrance hotel, and while the overall experience was comfortable, there were a few issues that definitely stood out. The room itself was spacious and well-lit, which made the stay quite pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. However, there were some cleanliness concerns that left me disappointed. I found dead cockroaches in the room, which is a huge turn-off and really affected my comfort level. Additionally, the room was lacking some basic amenities. There were limited pieces of cutlery, which made it inconvenient if I wanted to grab a quick snack or enjoy room service. I also noticed that there were no toiletries provided, which was surprising. To make matters worse, the shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty. Overall, the hotel has potential, but attention to cleanliness and better maintenance of in-room amenities would significantly improve the guest experience. Wouldn’t consider returning unless these issues are addressed.
