Recibí un servicio de mejora de habitación como una gran oportunidad para disfrutar de una hermosa vista. Aunque llovió, tuve un gran día con una hermosa vista y estoy decepcionado. Hubiera sido genial si el clima hubiera sido agradable, pero incluso si llueve y está un poco nublado Hermosa vista y sin comunicación en vietnamita. Hicimos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para brindar el mejor servicio utilizando el inglés y el lenguaje corporal. Me ayudaron a utilizar las instalaciones cómodamente. El desayuno no es una comida tipo buffet. Te lo traen cuando haces el pedido, para que puedas disfrutar de una variedad de huevos. Puedes comer todo lo que quieras sin que te pese, como fruta, yogur y fideos de arroz. Pude tomar un desayuno refrescante con una gran vista. ¡El mejor alojamiento! Muy recomendable si vas a Sapa :)

My stay with Bamboo Sapa was nothing short of excellent from the time we checked in, which was about 5am to the time we checked out. All hotel staff were wonderful. We booked a tour that started at 8am and had to forgo breakfast for a little rest before. Thought I’d just grab a piece of bread and on the way in the cafe, a staff approached me to ask my room no. and sit me down but I explained that we had to rush off for a tour and wanted to just grab and go. And she insisted we packed some food. Got us a takeaway box and even packed us some orange juice to go! I knew immediately she was Julie from the many raving reviews I read about her, I recognized her immediately even though we have never met! Her reputation precedes her and I am amazed at how helpful and proactive she was. She helped with lending us an adaptor and a phone cable, recommended good restaurants and a driver to bring us around. A gem of an employee she is!

Stay at family room, great price even on Christmas holiday , room was great, big , with lift , everyrooms come with fan and Aircon and even our family room comes with big balcony. Overall great stay , bathroom can be improved on cleanliness , breakfast is good a lot of choice even can order eggs and noodles, great staff always gread you when you back the even did sell you all kind of service and tours , not to miss is their lobby restaurant , they served great food with reasonable price they even get 5 ⭐ from TripAdvisor 2024 .

Hotel limpio, muy buen servicio. Vaya por la mañana y la recepción aceptará el check-in y dejará su equipaje primero. Pero todavía no tengo una habitación. Porque todavía no es hora de registr****. El hotel solicitó nuestro número vietnamita (si estaba disponible) si nuestra habitación había terminado de limpi****. El hotel llamará para informarle. Y hubo un llamado real. No nos dejes. Puede solicitar duch**** primero en la piscina. Si aún no tenemos una habitación El servicio del hotel es muy bueno.

Pasamos dos noches increíbles en laksik eco lodge. La habitación era lujosa, las vistas espectaculares, la piscina era probablemente la mejor que he visto y el personal super amable. 10 de 10 lo recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquiera que se aloje en Sapa. El hotel organizó una caminata guiada que fue uno de los mejores momentos de nuestro viaje. También fue agradable quedarse a diez minutos de Sapa, que está muy concurrido, ya que era mucho más relajado y estaba cerca de muchos pueblos pequeños, pero también era fácil tomar un taxi a Sapa.

ห้องสะอาด ลักษณะทำเลดี ถึงอาจจะเดินขึ้นทางสูงแต่ก็ไม่ได้แย่ อาหารเช้ารสชาติดีในบางเมนู(ข้าวผัดอร่อย ผัดผักกะหล่ำอร่อย)วิวมองจากห้องสวยคุ้มค่าที่ได้เข้าพัก ถ้ามีโอกาศมาเที่ยวอีกจะกลับมาพักที่เดิม พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารัก

It was a nice place to stay and the room is spacious. The location is near from the city and it has a nice view to see the Sapa train. The staffs are very friendly and they even made my room quite special since its my birthday. I will definitely recommend this to other tourists.

Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement Llegamos temprano y dejamos saber al hotel aproximadamente 10 días antes de que llegamos a las 4:00. Llamaba a la oficina delantera que me pidió caminar a 50m, pero no estaba claro sobre la dirección. Un tema común es que algunos empleados no comunican si no saben nada o no pueden ayudar. ¡Déjame saber que no sabes o no puedes ayudar! Lala, después de 3 horas de espera en el lobby congelador, explicó el proceso y nos dio claridad sobre los próximos pasos. Lala es una joya - ella vino y todo estaba muy bien después de eso. Estaba alegre y clara en su comunicación. Entregó recomendaciones útiles y estaba clara en lo que podía y no podía hacer. Ella era muy buena y nos encantaba su ayuda. En general, un buen hotel limpio - un poco lejos de la ciudad, pero eso es una buena cosa. Las instalaciones son buenas y abundantes - probablemente no tengas que ir a la zona urbana. La mayoría de los empleados, excepto un puñado, tienen dificultades para interagir con ellos debido a su negativa a dar malas noticias o decir que no saben nada.

We arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

We booked a mountain view room and were in the 3rd floor and we can see part of the mountain and the lake and the main town buildings. It was their winter so it was cold, foggy and damp the whole time. The staff are very friendly, nice, hospitable and really had a great service as they are so accomodating. The only thing we were a little upset was when we were resting after a long bumpy travel by bus, we put the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door but all of a sudden they just unlock the door because they was gonna fix something in one of their drawers. I was in my bra and panty laying in bed and they never even let us know ahead that they were gonna fix something. They dont wait when there is no more guest or give a heads up ahead so we will be prepared. We didnt want to be disturbed and it happened twice that they just unlock the door without knocking and asking. We are happy with their service though, there was no buffet breakfast but you can order from the menu and they will cook it for you fast. The staff in the restaurant were nice and accomodating, we tipped one that was always there to take care of our breakfast as she was really hard working. The hotel was very close to everything in the main town but it is just up on a hill but manageable, we love walking back n forth.
