Clean room with basic amenities comfortable and easy access for transportation to wherever you want to go! The All Inclusive package is a great value for a short stay. Service is good and the food is good with plenty to choose from the menu. The beach is nice with very easy access and water sports available, such as kayak, paddle boarding and small sailboat. There are scheduled boat trips for you to choose from for day trips and sunset cruise. A pleasant stay to rest and relax while enjoying the tropical sunshine and beautiful vistas.

Stayed a couple of nights at Bunker Hill after a recent sailing adventure. It's a OK place, value for the money, but you should be forewarned about THE STAIRS! No elevator in the building, so you have to haul all your luggage up to your room... for us that was 3 flights of stairs with 100+ lbs of luggage. We did it in stages, with rest in between trips! LOL The view from our room was OK also, St. Thomas Bay in the distance, and lots of rooftops around the hotel. The room itself was old and dated. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was adequate, although the window had wads of toilet paper stuffed all around to keep wind/water out I assume. It was obvious that many guests had participated in the window packing ritual. On the positive side, the front desk staff, as well as the staff serving breakfast were super nice. The free breakfast was adequate, eggs, bacon, toast and coffee, easy enough. The little breakfast area was cute, and actually had it own little pool. Not sure what that was all about. The location is good: the hotel is also very close to the downtown shopping area; and, the French Town area is only a short walk. We felt safe walking around the area at night. Bunker Hill is an OK hotel especially for folks on a budget. For our dollar, we plan to upgrade to a bit nicer location on our next visit to St. Thomas.

I do not know where to begin with this food. My best friend and I did a date night and we are over orders for sure. I didn’t mind when I got to have a second dinner and snacks this morning. Mmmk the raviolis, I just can’t. The table next to us also got both and no one could decide which was better. First off the cook was absolutely perfection the sauce was drinkable and the filling the filling just made my mouth have an insanely lovely party!! Brussels perfectly seasoned and a nice bite. The bread though and sourdough is hard everywhere but especially here Yum with the truffle butter dip I would honestly take a bath in. Chef Marshall has a great passion, care and you can see the excitement in his face which to me means the world! Thank you so very much for the lovely date night y’all provided to us! Definitely going back!

Sobre precio $310/night y mal servicio. La habitación es muy agradable, pero las habitaciones son viejas, la joven de la recepción poco ruda/cansada, la habitación de equipaje y el campanario no trabaja. Comprobar en 16.00 y comprobar en 10.00 o pagar una multa $25/hour. No hay agua complimentaria en la habitación y almacenar ckoses en 21.00.

Great location, great views and a good price. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but for a 2 night stay it was okay. Open pool until midnight is a plus.

Muy lindo hotel, comodas habitaciones, muy bien ubicado frente a la bahia, vistas a veleros, y cruceros, ferry a St John, a St croix y seaplane salen de enfrente, supermercado cerca, shops de joyas y tambien souvenirs, restaurantes, todo cerca, el aeropuerto a 7 minutos, ideal para recorrer playas durante el dia y descansar. Pileta linda. Tienen transfer incluido a St Magens beach. Buena cama, aire, frigobar, cafetera muy básica en habitación. El servicio del front desde no es muy bueno, deberían entrenar al personal, y enseñarles que deben estar a disposición del huésped. El Hotel necesita algunas renovaciones pero esta muy bien.

I took my daughter here for her 18th birthday. I read the reviews but she saw tic toc reviews that were great and we just chalked it up to some people being picky… we later realized they were absolutely right! Ill start with the positives. We initially met Xena the front desk person and she was great as well as the concierge across the hall. The go cart drivers were really nice too. I had two nice waiters a young lady i cant remember her name and a gentleman. Other than that i was generous giving one star. The rest of the front desk crew doesn’t bother to say hello when you stop in.., they very are rude, dismissive, nasty. The taxi drivers pretend not yo have change and charge 23 dollars per person so essentially its 60 bucks for s ride to the airport. The cars stink and the seats are dirty. We were nervous to take a taxi anywhere else and there wasn't a whole lot close by so essentially we felt kinda stuck. Eventually we figured out there was a shuttle to Coki beach through listening to other guests and went there which was the highlight of the trip. Food at the restaurant wasn’t good. Cheese is everything. Think of tgi fridays with 18 percent gratuity and rude service. Lastly there was a roach in our room and noone cleaned, left towels or made our bed the whole week we were there. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Dont do it!!!

The Mafolie Hotel is a good hotel for those looking to escape with a great view of the harbor! I was there for a girls trip and we stayed in the villa. The hotel has a lot of steps, so if you’re not good with going up and down a lot of steps, this hotel is going to be a challenge for you. Happy hour was nice, but limited, as far as food options … a lot of cross outs on the menu. We enjoyed the tempura style cauliflower and garlic bread. We dined here for dinner one night and we weren’t too impressed. The ribs were very tough and not very appetizing. The villa was very nice and it accommodated our party of 6. The pool pictures did not match with what was present during our stay. There was no pool bar. I would stay here again.
