Baymont Hotel provided an exceptional stay during my recent visit. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. Read Hotel es un hermoso hotel histórico. El lobby es clásico y nuestra habitación Manor fue bien designada. No obstante, nos encontramos con dos problemas. El agente de la mesa delantera fue muy corto con nosotros al check-in y parecía molesto para responder nuestras preguntas sobre el estacionamiento valet. La habitación era muy ruidosa en la noche. Nos encontró en un hotel en una de las peores noches de sueño. No nos quejamos de ella en el check-out porque no parecía preocupada por nosotros como invitados.

Construcción en todas partes. Se siente como un motel en todas las formas. No en absoluto lo que se publicó. Hasta tuvimos mensajes de teléfono crepúsculos en la noche. No bromeo. Los empleados eran amables al menos. No volverán.

El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay problema con el aparcamiento, y la parte que me permitió estacionar más tiempo porque me temía que el día de la salida fuera a ver el centro de la ciudad era buena. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. Si tengo otra visita a Neshville la próxima vez, volveré a elegir aquí. ^^

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.
But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

The room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. They have happy hour everyday with free drinks. Breakfast is good. You can choose freshly cooked breakfast. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. It was nice that they have a van that will take you to local tourist areas. The hotel is pretty close to the famous street. I would stay here again. You have to pay for parking.

MMAINT65The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it
I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money
They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards

UUsuario invitadoThe workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

El cuarto tenía todo lo que necesitaba mini frigorífico, pequeño café, secador de pelo. El ascensor a los segundos y tercer pisos. Pero no fue conveniente para ambos extremos de las grandes entradas exteriores. Las camas estaban cómodas. La habitación tenía una televisión de pantalla plana pero los controles remotos no funcionaron. Intentamos llamar al escritorio delantero, pero el teléfono tampoco funcionaba. Cuando fuimos al escritorio delantero para decirles, dijeron que no sabían que las habitaciones tenían teléfonos. Nos dieron una nueva remota que tampoco funcionó. Había sólo 1 lavavajillas y toallas en el cuarto, pero nos dieron más cuando fuimos al escritorio delantero. La piscina estaba abierta, pero no se calientaba como se anunció.

UUsuario invitadoSo I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

LLoreeann32Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Pero está en una buena ubicación, el estacionamiento es grande, la habitación es grande, el servicio es bueno, el desayuno es bueno, porque me conozco, vivo en esta casa muchas veces. Una vez vivimos en un hotel de Wanhoo al lado. Aunque es un lujo, la habitación es pequeña, la medianoche también reportó dos alarmas de fuego, el precio es demasiado bajo y la experiencia es demasiado mala. Así que habitamos a menudo en esta casa.
