El recepcionista fue muy desagradable y grosero. Al regresar al hotel después de cenar, me detuvieron, me hicieron numerosas preguntas y me impidieron subir a mi habitación. El empleado prácticamente me interrogó antes de poder subir, lo cual fue muy poco profesional.

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

Overall my experience was a very pleasant one very clean establishment I love the security of the keyed elevators the swimming pool was always a nice temperature jacuzzi as well restaurant was great however waitress wasn't the best at showing hospitality other than that I would definitely stay here whenever I need to!

El hijo regresó a casa y voló de Atlanta a Amsterdam y necesitaba pasar la noche en Atlanta. A 10 minutos en automóvil desde el aeropuerto, esta familia se encontró con disturbios contra la discriminación racial en los Estados Unidos y toques de queda en toda la ciudad. El autobús entre el hotel y el aeropuerto también se detuvo, el restaurante no estaba abierto, ¡ni siquiera el desayuno! Hay un tubo de café que vende sándwiches o algo así. Afortunadamente, solo una noche, apenas llenas tu estómago, ¡date prisa y vete!

Room was relatively clean, bed was fine, staff was friendly, breakfast can be improved a little, when the AC was off we could hear the highway noise, we would stay here in future again.

Un hotel diseñado por John Portman, donde podrás experimentar la arquitectura famosa durante tu estancia. Barato, la habitación es bastante espaciosa y el precio elevado. El transporte es conveniente y se encuentra a poca distancia de las principales atracciones. Si alquilas un coche o conduces tú mismo, los 55 dólares para aparcar en el hotel no son rentables, pero hay muchos otros aparcamientos cerca, así como fiestas callejeras, por lo que puedes aparcar cerca con confianza. La actitud del servicio de habitaciones del hotel es normal. Los indios que contestaron el teléfono se mostraron muy indiferentes. Además, se produjeron algunos incidentes menores en el medio y la hora programada no se puede cambiar en absoluto. Sin embargo, la actitud de servicio de Ctrip es muy buena y el resultado de la resolución es bastante satisfactorio.

Llegamos tarde y salimos temprano del Aeropuerto Internacional Hartsfield Jackson de Atlanta. Fue fácil subir al Skytrain (tren ligero hasta el estacionamiento de ATL West y el centro de alquiler de autos), caminar una cuadra hasta el Tru y dormir un poco antes de despertarnos a las 4 a. m. y regresar al aeropuerto.

Las instalaciones son normales y el efecto de aislamiento acústico es bueno. Como llegué tarde, no hubo servicio de recogida. Pagué 25 por un taxi con propina. El desayuno era. La mayoría de estos hoteles no tienen verduras para el desayuno. Es un poco mejor, solo fruta.
