Creo que el personal de recepción debería ser más amable; la primera impresión no es agradable. No estoy seguro de que valga la pena pagar 90 libras por noche, pero todo es carísimo en Turquía.»

«En nuestro viaje reservamos en el Kamelya Aishen, pero este hotel está cerrado, así que nos dieron una habitación en el Kamelya Selin, que está bien. El todo incluido es ideal para viajar con niños: comida, bebidas y helados ilimitados. El bar y el restaurante son fantásticos, con una gran variedad de opciones. Gran ventaja: El edificio está cerca de la playa y cuenta con dos piscinas, una interior y otra exterior. Además, el miniclub y la discoteca abren todos los días para niños. - El hotel no proporciona cepillos ni pasta de dientes, así que en recepción nos dijeron que fuéramos a la tienda a comprarlos. - El servicio de limpieza es muy ruidoso, ya que limpian las habitaciones desde la mañana hasta la noche, lo que resulta muy molesto.»

«I could not find any faults. Normally I hate having to wake up early to reserve pool side bed and umbrella but here I always found empty ones at all. Times of day. Nice food and cafe options. I recommend this resort»

«El check-in fue muy rápido, la chica fue muy amable. Pero el número dado fue muy pequeño. La foto, como en la solicitud al realizar la reserva, no coincidía en absoluto. En la foto era más espacioso y había un juego de té, pero no había nada de eso en la habitación; (también destacaría que el minibar era imposible de usar, porque había una mesita de noche junto a la puerta y había arrastrarlo físicamente (así de pequeña era esta habitación) Al principio había algún olor extraño, pero después de ventilarlo todo se eliminó. También tengo un comentario muy fuerte: ¿Por qué nadie mantiene limpio el aire acondicionado? Es simplemente terrible, si lo enciendes, puedes ahogarte con el polvo. A pesar de todo lo anterior, puedo decir que dormí estupendamente. Ropa de cama muy limpia. No ruidoso. En cuanto al desayuno: muy modesto, pero todas las verduras y aceitunas son frescas. En principio te vendrá bien para un desayuno ligero. La principal ventaja de este hotel es, por supuesto, la ubicación): hay un gran centro comercial cerca, una parada de tranvía y muchas cosas más. En general lo recomiendo.»

«Me disfruté de todo, especialmente el concepto de “La vida es una ilusión” que realmente tuve una experiencia auténtica sorprendente. El hotel está literalmente en la montaña, con una vista espectacular sobre el Mediterráneo 🌊. El personal era muy útil, la comida se preparó específicamente según mis instrucciones, y la piscina y el bar son perfectos. Si usted está buscando una vibración única y auténtica, le recomiendo muy bien.»

«Facilities all great, clean and maintained well - spa has a relaxed vibe and sauna/steam room worked perfectly - I suggest keeping it open till later however. Gym has top tier machines/equipment and is open 24/7. Cliff side swimming area was the highlight of our stay. We chose the ‘standard king room’, and although I see a lot of reviews saying the room size was small, I disagree - the room size was slightly small but similar to most basic room options from hotels I have stayed in. Smart TV, was very big - perfect for when it was too hot outside and needed a break. Room amenities such as shampoo, body soap, lotion, etc. felt high quality. Breakfast tasty, and 30euro might seem expensive but I do think it’s worth it for what they offer. What did bother me however, was being asked to pay for breakfast (twice) whilst still eating, on top of that, when I asked for the price before we ate, the staff didn’t seem to know what the price was - not professional at all. Pool towels have to be taken from downstairs in the spa and not by the pool which I thought was unusual and tedious. When we asked the pool-bar staff where to get towels, again, no idea and seemed clueless, we had to ask a different member of staff at the very bottom by the cliffside to get an answer. No bringing food/drink from outside - the hotel felt like you were being watched all the time, making sure you don’t break their ridiculous rule! I tried refilling my complementary bottle from the water dispenser downstairs, but I was told this was not allowed… seems like a way for you to instead pay for their glass bottled water. Never experience this from any hotel in my life. Overall, a hotel with exceptional facilities and amenities ruined by an unfriendly atmosphere and unusual hotel rules. Sadly, this made us feel unwelcome at times and I probably would not stay here again.»

«Hotel muy moderno y recién amueblado con bar, restaurante, piscina, etc. El personal es extremadamente amable. La habitación está muy limpia y ofrece una hermosa vista del puerto de Alanya. El restaurante propio del hotel es muy recomendable. Se ofrecen platos excelentes a unos precios comparativamente aceptables.»

«Şahsen beklentimin çok ama çok üstünde bir tatil oldu. Otel bir kere bahçe içinde bungalovlardan oluşmasına rağmen kaldığım en temiz otel otel odalarından biriydi. Ortam, ambiyans ve olanakları da ***et yeterli ve her ihtiyacınız karşılanıyor. Küçük bir koyu var kendine ait. Tertemiz. Denizi de sahili de şezlonları ve hatta şemsiyeleri bile tertemiz. Spa sı ve kapalı havuzu var, ki kışında ısıtmalı imiş. Tek başıma bir hafta kaldım, tam kafa dinlemelik, sakin sessiz bir ortam. Cidden dinlendim. Personel inanılmaz özenli, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Yani biraz titizim ve heryerde kalamam, burda da eksik bulmaya çalıştım ama bulamadım, herşeyiyle 10 üzerinden 10 veriyorum..»

«Мы были очень приятно удивлены так как отель супер новый и весь персонал тоже очень добрый. Очень уединённое место с очень классным завтраком, очень советую здесь остаться если хотите уединение, цените чистоту и новизну номеров. Мы лично взяли маски и доплыли до водопада самостоятельно по воде, если вы хорошо плаваете можете попробовать это сделать. Мы шли по камням и пыли по воде. Потом вышли на камни и смотрели на водопад это было потрясающее. Сразу видно вкус владельца этого отеля, также очень красивая машина стояла у ухода эффект в целом от отеля просто вау!!»

«Despite arriving late on the first night of Bayram we received a very warm and friendly welcome. Our every need was anticipated and thst seems to be thd theme of this hotel - they seem to have thought of everything. We had a lovely large room which was modern and fresh with beautiful fixtures and fittings. The bed was so comfortable and we had a big fluffy duvet. The bathroom was very large and well designed. It was spotlessly clean. In the morning the breakfast was absolutely super, presented beautifully and everything of the best quality. It was stunning. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. The whole stay was absolutely top notch and we had no criticisms at all. We will definitely come back!»
