The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

Jumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.

Quédate aquí para la Umrah. Los servicios son buenos, hay un autobús lanzadera gratuito cada 30 minutos. Y la distancia desde el hotel hasta Masjidil Haram es de solo 10-15 minutos. Las comodidades del hotel son excelentes. Hay plancha y secador de pelo. Y también hay muchos ascensores en el vestíbulo, por lo que no podemos esperar a otros huéspedes.

Dear Trip.com Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower Makkah, which was booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this category, nor the information confirmed prior to arrival. 1. Early Check-in Confirmation Not Honored Before my arrival, I received a message from the hotel requesting confirmation of my check-in time if it was before 12:00 PM. I confirmed this accordingly. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no room was available and was asked to wait until around 4:00 PM, under the pretext that this is the standard check-in time. This was both disappointing and exhausting, especially after travel, and contradicted the prior communication from the hotel. 2. Bathroom Plumbing Issue On the first day, I encountered a serious issue in the bathroom where water overflowed and accumulated, making it impossible to shower or even use the sink properly. Although the issue was eventually repaired, it significantly affected my comfort during the first day of my stay. 3. Repeated Unfulfilled Requests (Pillow and Blanket) I requested an extra pillow and blanket multiple times (at least four separate requests). Each time, I was assured that they would be delivered shortly, yet they never arrived. This reflects poor service follow-up and lack of coordination. 4. Incorrect Breakfast Restaurant Assignment At check-in, the reception staff encoded my room key with access to a breakfast restaurant that was extremely limited in size, overcrowded, and of noticeably low quality. Often, there were no available tables, forcing guests to wait. Every morning, hotel staff verified my eligibility to enter this restaurant. However, on the last day, a different employee informed me—unexpectedly—that my booking actually entitled me to access a higher-quality, more premium breakfast restaurant, which I immediately visited. This means I was wrongly deprived of the service level included in my booking for the majority of my stay. --- Considering all the above issues—miscommunication, delayed room availability, maintenance problems, poor service responsiveness, and incorrect service allocation—I believe this stay fell far below reasonable expectations. I kindly request that Trip.com review this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and service failures I experienced, whether in the form of a partial refund, Trip.com credit, or another suitable resolution. ¡Guau! ¡Qué hotel! Superó mis expectativas con creces y realmente disfruté cada momento. El servicio es increíble, especialmente el Sr. Muhammad, qué hombre tan amable y gentil. Él nos registró y nos registró. Tan pronto como entras al hotel te golpea el maravilloso olor. La decoración está fuera de este mundo. Los tranquilos colores terrosos y el sutil brillo entre todo están bien pensados. Los elementos complementarios en el hotel también los disfruté. Café de buena calidad, muchas toallas, de diferentes tipos y tamaños, ¡una hermosa vista! Los autobuses lanzadera eran muy frecuentes, la mayoría de las veces que esperé probablemente fueron 2 minutos, pero casi en todos los casos no tuve que esperar. Todas las puertas se abren para ti y te hacen sentir como un rey. El desayuno también era una variedad de buena comida. Definitivamente lo visitaré nuevamente. Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. The facilities and amenities are actually good, but the offer of the room type does not actually mathces the description and picture associated. When we pick kaaba view and we see that the picture associated is clear kaaba view, the perception is the room is clear kaaba view without obstruction. However, it's disappointing to find out that the view of the romm to the kaaba was actually obstructed by a crane. This should not happe

El hotel no cuenta con restaurante propio ni servicio de habitaciones. Sin embargo, esto se compensa fácilmente con la gran cantidad de tiendas y restaurantes cercanos a los que se puede llegar caminando. Muy recomendable para viajeros de negocios, turistas y peregrinos (Umrah) que buscan un alojamiento limpio, cómodo y práctico en Yedda. La combinación de ubicación, comodidades de la habitación y el servicio ejemplar de Kamal garantiza una estancia muy agradable y sin complicaciones. Simplemente prepárese para explorar la zona para comer.
