Recomiendo este hotel. Es limpio. El personal es amigable. La comida es muy sabrosa, y tiene una variedad en ella. El hotel está cerca de todo, donde se puede llegar al corniche simplemente caminando por 5 minutos.

بالنسبه للمقهى غير مريح المكان ولا توجد خصوصيه ولا هدوء الموقع بجانب البوابات والاماكن غير منسقه اللي داخل واللي خارج لازم يمر عليك ولاتوجد اي صاله للأطفال مثل العاب او سباحه واتمنى انه يكون المقهى محصور النزلاء الفندق فقط لأن بصراحه المكان صاير شبه مكان للتعارف واتمنى لكم التوفيق

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. El personal no sólo era profesional, sino también excepcionalmente amigable, lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera aún más agradable.
La habitación era espaciosa, con una hermosa vista que añadió al confort general de mi estancia. ¡Por supuesto, volveré a recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera que visite la zona, gracias a la maravillosa equipo del Centro Corniche Khobar!

فندق جديد في المنطقة، وعلى شارع حيوي. الفندق مبني بجانب فندق الشيراتون وهو مكون من دور ارضي لغالب الغرف، ودور اول لبعضها.
المبنى مرتب ونظيف واثاث الفندق جديد. الاستقبال جيد و مستوى الغرف جيدة.
الخدمه جيدة ولكن بطيئة نوعا ما. والسعر مناسب.
عيوبه ان جدار دوره المياه اعزكم الله من زجاج بحيث ان نور الحمام يزعج النائمين في الغرفه.
ايضا لايتوفر موقع انترنت خاص بالفندق. المسبح مفتوح لذا لايمكن السباحة في هذا الجو.

The service is excellent, the receptionist is very generous and approachable also Mahdi.. Its just the amenities are old, the hairblow dry is not working, some lights are not working, the walls and bed are old, no hotel slippers and no english movie.. But the service and the location are excellent.

UUsuario invitadoFor a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

KkareninagurlFirst I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

UUsuario anónimoWe are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .
We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night ! They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room.
It is unfair !! So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view.
Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.
We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room. In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.
I am not satisfied for this matter.
