This is an ideal location as Masjid e Nabwi is just 3 mins away. There are many restaurants nearby and almost all of them serve good food. The rooms are pretty spacious but lighting is too dull. Also the phone in my room was not working which was later fixed by the hotel staff. The king size mattress was not comfortable, seems like it requires replacement. I also hope that they will replace their existing refrigerator with the new one as it was not working well or may be moving it out of cupboard will help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as my main focus was to have easy access of Masjid e Nabwi.

Had a wonderful stay in Madinah. Just a few steps to the Masjid Nabawi. The location is perfect. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, wide selection. Would definitely come here again.

En comparación con el Banyan Tree, las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, ¡pero el servicio y el ambiente sanitario son excelentes! El hotel también cuenta con muchas experiencias e instalaciones interesantes, como camas elásticas, columpios, cines con cielo estrellado, yoga en el valle, etc... Las esculturas repartidas por todos los rincones del valle también son muy interesantes.

Este hotel es un hotel tan fantástico para quedarse en su viaje de Umrah, la hospitalidad nunca ha sido testigo antes, el profesionalismo es muy alto. Mi guardaespaldas Meezan & Ibrahim fue muy útil durante mi estancia. La única cosa que mejore es los muebles como se llevan como lámparas / sofás, etc, descansar muy cerca de la puerta de las damas Masjid nabwi 328, 3 minutos a pie y estás allí para tu Salah. Mantenga el gran trabajo del equipo Saja.

Está a aproximadamente un kilómetro a pie del Templo del Profeta. También hay una tienda de conveniencia y un restaurante Bati en la planta baja. Se dice que el hotel es más bien un B&B sin muchos servicios. Pero hay cuatro habitaciones en una escalera y el tamaño de la habitación está bien. Fue una estancia muy cómoda y una excelente relación calidad-precio.

My stay on 9 to 11 of Feb 2023. Excellent location, short walk from towards the Masjid - the side of the Green Dome. Also a short walk to the food market. Friendly staff and spacious clean room - good condition bath and shower (no horrible grout work)- comfortable mattress topper - clean Tea/Coffee making facilities. Hallway to room smells good with some sort of atomiser and lifts are fast, on either side of the hallway. The receptionist kindly gave me an upgrade from the usual room I'd booked. All in all, this was a pleasant and peaceful experience. I comfortably got changed into my Ihram, ready for my onwards journey to Makkah via train. Mr Akhtar

Afuera del hotel (no cerca del hotel, a unos 3 kilómetros de distancia), estaba aprendiendo a atar un pañuelo en la cabeza en el auto. Vino un hombre saudita y me ayudó a atar un pañuelo en la cabeza que no sabía en ese momento. El gerente del hotel. No lo supo hasta que regresó al vestíbulo y descubrió que era el gerente del hotel. Realmente entusiasmado. Todo el personal es amable y educado. Pero una mujer con rostro asiático realmente no es buena. Ni siquiera saludé.

One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough. The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators. About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile. Suggestions to improve breakfast: 1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter. 2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect! One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs! The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests. All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

Es un buen hotel en Madina. Elegimos Haram View. No lamentamos. Aunque caminamos mucho a la mezquita, su bien. Porque la habitación, la cama tan cómoda. Y el desayuno. Su beso de cocinero! Amo su desayuno. Gracias y voy a reservar de nuevo la próxima vez. Gracias 🥰

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in Jan 2025, enjoyed the stay, 2 minute walk from Masjid Al Nabawi. Hotel provided amenities including cotton buds, dental kit, shaving kit, coffee, tea and water. They also provided hair dryer & electric kettle. Clean hotel and staff are attentive and helpful.

Buena higiene, buen lugar a este precio. Es sólo que el lugar está un poco entrando, tomando un taxi, así que estás confuso donde está el lugar. Pero en general, bien, si quieres tomar un backpacker

環境沒的説，非常獨特的體驗。房間適合一個人或者情侶，不太適合家庭入住。酒店的所有服務人員都很有禮貌，熱情，提出的訴求能夠得到及時的迴應。另外就是早餐很棒！唯一的問題就是入住需要下載what's up，用來和酒店服務聯絡，但不知為何手機無法接收驗證短訊，不過酒店前台提供了電話和私人號碼，隨時有事可以聯繫。

Am so glad I choose Cloud 7 Residence. I am a solo traveler to AlUla and I don't drive. Prior to my trip, i notice that quite a number of hotels/B&Bs do not offer meals and there are no restaurants nearby. Cloud & Residence has its own restaurant and therefore, it saves the trouble of looking for food. All staff there are very friendly and super helpful. Wifi works well. Hope I can visit again.

Me preocupaba quedarme en el hotel sin electricidad, teniendo en cuenta las habitaciones oscuras y la falta de calefacción, pero mi experiencia fue más allá de las expectativas. El hotel está situado en una parte de la antigua ciudad, justo en medio de todo. No podía haber deseado un mejor alojamiento.

Best in class. One of the best hotels in the location. I am recommending this property to the business and leisure travelers.

La ubicación es especialmente buena, conducir a todas las atracciones es conveniente, hay un parque pequeño junto a él que puede moverse, la habitación es excelente, nos da una suite actualizada, muy bien. La recepción también es muy entusiasta y la comunicación es muy agradable.

En el mal estado, en Arabia Saudita, es difícil lavar el agua caliente de cuatro personas y salir cerca del mar.
