Service is excellent, all the staff from reception to door man is very helpful, clean and spotless room, but the amenities is not too satisfying compare to other hotel with the same price Location is perfect, near by gate 310 (men’s gate), and if you walk a little towards buggy cart to Quba, there are a lot of gift shops for shopping free with more affordable price than gift shops near Nabawi women’s gate

Originalmente quería dar una mala crítica. En primer lugar, después de gastar tanto dinero, la tarjeta de acceso no pudo abrir la puerta el día del check-in. Después de entrar a la casa por la puerta trasera, el aire acondicionado de la casa. Estaba roto. Estuve en una casa sin aire acondicionado. Estuve allí casi una hora, pero no me enviaron la tarjeta de la habitación. Como tenía una cita para unirme al grupo a las 4:30 p. m., no tuve más remedio que caminar. De regreso a la oficina. Regresé por la noche y descubrí que el aire acondicionado aún no estaba reparado. Un miembro del personal vino y se quedó por un largo tiempo y finalmente me pidió que esperara. Después de esperar casi media hora, vino otro miembro del personal y dijo. que quería cambiar de habitación. No me malinterpretes, no me ascendieron de categoría, seguía siendo una casa del mismo tamaño y esta vez ni siquiera tenía una tarjeta de habitación, solo usé una llave. Pero me gustaría agradecer sinceramente al Sr. Salah Albluwi y su equipo y al Sr. Saad por su ayuda. Mi auto se pinchó el segundo día y me ayudaron a repararlo bajo el sol abrasador. ¡No por su ayuda, definitivamente le daré al hotel una crítica negativa de un punto! Una cosa que decir, ¡el ambiente es muy bueno! ¡Pero estas dos cosas, la llave y el aire acondicionado, realmente me decepcionaron! ¡Lo que originalmente era un viaje perfecto se convirtió en un viaje normal y corriente!

My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

I am not going to deny all the good points despite one terrible encounter. - excellent location, near Haram - connected to a mall - a lot of shops and restaurants nearby - staff in general was good -housekeeping people are amazing! One shocking encounter is when I called the reception early in the morning as my old father had fallen from his bed and I needed someone to help me pick him up. The heartless man at the reception said there is no one to help. Later he did send someone and then I called again to ask them to help me call an ambulance and he said ‘isn’t the guy there already’? And i was like yes, but that guy is not a doctor! I need a doctor That cruel guy didn’t offer any help and said i’d have to call the ambulance using my own phone. Luckily, it was not a serious emergency for my dad at the end but imagine what could have happened. Maybe the staff needs to show more humility and be human instead of thinking about their reputation only! Absolutely traumatized by this experience.

I recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Excelente hotel, limpio y bien ubicado. La única desventaja es que algunos empleados del servicio de habitaciones son poco cooperativos y tardan en servir incluso después de solicitarlo. Lo extraño es que uno de ellos miente y afirma que rechazamos el servicio. La mayoría de las cosas que pedimos, decimos que no están disponibles, y las cápsulas de café del restaurante tardan en llegar, por desgracia.

Very outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.

El caballero de la recepción nos permite hacer el check-in temprano, *************. Saludó y atendió nuestra solicitud cortésmente. La habitación es espaciosa, limpia. Ubicación estratégica muy cerca de la puerta de entrada de Damas en Masjid Nabawi. Hay bastantes ascensores, lo cual es importante, especialmente cuando los jemaahs van a la mezquita durante el tiempo de oración al mismo tiempo. Hay un centro comercial en el nivel 1 vinculado al hotel y un Bin Dawood más pequeño en el sótano. En general, fue una experiencia agradable alojarse en este hotel y consideraré alojarme aquí nuevamente en el próximo viaje a Medina.

Definitivamente regresaré para hospedarme en este hotel. El hotel en sí es muy satisfactorio en términos de limpieza y comodidad. Los alrededores también me resultaron muy útiles para quedarme, ya que hay muchas tiendas y lugares para comer. El autobús lanzadera también es muy útil.
