Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting. We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument. We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two. The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty. The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish. Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

El hotel está situado en un lugar muy agradable y cómodo y es muy acogedor. Todo está limpio para que podamos permanecer seguros durante la difícil situación de Covid. Hay muchos restaurantes agradables alrededor de este hotel. Si vuelvo a visitar esta ciudad, seguramente volveré a elegir aquí.

Hotel encantador situado en el borde del centro de Katowice. Muy limpio, tranquilo y bien presentado. El personal es muy amable y también habla bueno inglés. La entrada fue rápida, tomando literalmente 60 segundos para obtener las llaves de la puerta. No nos aprovechamos del desayuno ya que nos encontramos fuera del hotel los dos días antes de que comenzara el servicio de desayuno. El hotel se encuentra fácilmente tomando un tranvía de la ciudad a Katowice Graniczna parada de tranvía, paseando por Lidl y está a la izquierda.

El desayuno es muy bueno. Trip.com no tiene opción para el desayuno, pero el hotel puede añadir el desayuno directamente a la tarjeta de crédito de la empresa El hall del hotel separa varias áreas diferentes con un gran desayuno y una noche se convierte en un pequeño bar, muy encantador. Otra región es más tranquila y puede ver libros dentro. La salida es la calle de caminar, se dice que el verano es muy caliente. Hay una hermosa iglesia al final de la calle.

Всё устроило. Тишина самое главное. Близость к аэропорту и остановкам автобусов. Номер 411 который мы бронировали не на двоих. Хотелось чтобы пространства было больше. Сравнивая с ценой аналогичного 4* отеля в аэропорту Варшавы с завтраками, здесь выше без завтрака. Но хотелось бы чтобы включили в сервис небольшой безшумный холодильник и чайник с принадлежностями. Спасибо за гостеприимство.
