A nice stay at the Eurotel. I do like how they have a front and back entrance. I did not partake in the restaurant at all but from the looks of the menu, there were some great items on there. I will say the price makes up for the lack of amenities and not saying that in a harsh way. Just comparing it to other hotels that I've stayed at in the area. I do appreciate the water but that was all. No mini-fridge, coffee, etc. I do appreciate them letting me check in an hour early, without a fee and I was able to store my luggage until I came back. If I need a budget hotel to stay at, I would stay here again. ☺️

La ubicación es muy conveniente para el evento en el que vamos a participar.Muy cerca de nuestro restaurante coreano favorito (Seúl) y Ayala Harbour Point. El hotel dispone de una piscina infinita en el techo y el centro de fitness en el nivel 4. En cuanto a la habitación, este es uno de los hoteles que hemos comprobado en que nos sentimos relajados, tenemos 2 camas de doble tamaño, balcón con vistas a la ciudad y la parte subyacente del mar, espacioso T&B y espacio de vida en el que podemos hacer nuestra calefacción antes del evento. Our stay with Best Western Plus Metro Clark Savers Mall Building MacArthur Highway was very good. Staff, all of them were excellent. The location is convenient.. Breakfast is good. We will go back again.

El hotel está muy bien en la ubicación ideal, muchas tiendas, restaurantes, masajes cerca de él, el personal del hotel es muy amablemente útil. El único problema es que sus habitaciones tienen insectos y rocas. Deben hacer inmediatamente un control de plagas en su hotel.

The hotel is decent with a pool and resto. They have wifi and 24 hr security. Its a good hotel for budget travelers who just needs to stay for a night or 2. Access to public transportation is very near. Staff were very helpful.

El servicio fue excelente y las instalaciones increíbles. Una piscina enorme y un restaurante encantador. La comida también estuvo buenísima. La ubicación no es la mejor, pero hay algunos lugares geniales por la zona. Hay un autobús lanzadera que te lleva directamente al centro comercial SM Mall y a la zona de bares de Walking Street. Reservaré aquí de nuevo si vuelvo.

Great hotel for the money. Supportive front desk. Initially, I booked a room on the ground floor but I requested for room with a window so they offered me a bigger room on the 3rd floor with minimal upgrade fee. It was really good. Clean room

LLorestHotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

LLuweezyanaLa ubicación es justo donde quería estar, justo en la esquina de Jolibee y The Walking Street. El personal era muy agradable y útil. El 7o piso bar con música, piscina y dardos era agradable. La única cosa que diría es que es un hotel de 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟, no esperaba que el champú y el jabón fueran sólo una mini botella cada uno. Le pedí más y lo trajeron, así que estoy agradecido y me di cuenta. El agua no era caliente, pero se mencionaron que en el paquete de bienvenida y podrían arreglarlo a su petición.

UUsuario invitadoI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel. They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members.
The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures. They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel.
I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced.
The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants.
What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home.
However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement:
1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control. Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature.
2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator. Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us. Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff. So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired.
3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms. Tried sending a message but no quick reply. So just called the number and got an apology and feedback. Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests.
4. We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout. No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes. Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light. We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted. Thank you.
Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon.

El registro fue rápido y cómodo. El hotel está estratégicamente ubicado cerca de casi todo. La habitación está limpia y bien organizada, bien preparada y es acogedora. El desayuno ofrece una buena variedad de platos, incluyendo el tocino local. Tuvimos una estancia estupenda.

UUsuario invitadoIt’s okay. Microwave and phones not working. The grease trap smells every time we use the sink and the foul smell will fill the room and we need to spray or open the door. We stayed for 5 days, i just noticed that the staff walking by the hallway is quite noisy when they’re passing. I talked to the front desk about this and they acknowledged.
