Reservé dos habitaciones, la habitación en el segundo piso debe ser recientemente renovada, cama grande, cama grande, equipo nuevo, ¡muy bueno! El equipamiento de las habitaciones del primer piso es un poco antiguo. El desayuno gratuito está bien para los indiferentes. Está muy cerca del muelle y es muy conveniente.En términos generales, ¡es una buena opción para viajes autofinanciados!

I loved it here! I was a single traveler, and this was by far the best stay of my 2 weeks in New Zealand. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and had a kitchenette. I tend to over do the adventure on my vacations, but this was my most chill morning on the trip. The staff is friendly, and as crazy as it sounds, the breakfast was worth it! I wish I could have stayed here on the return trip.

Had a lovely stay at Scenic Hotel Marlborough to end off our trip in New Zealand. The hotel room was much bigger than our previous hotel stays, where we could comfortably open both our large-sized luggage to repack. Apart from the spacious rooms, we love how clean the toilets were and how tidy our rooms are done up by room service each time we return from our day out. The stand out however, was the service provided to us by the staff. We arrived around midnight as we had a long drive from Fox Glacier to get here but the staff was ever ready to receive us, and even gave us recommendations on what to visit around Marlborough during our stay. During our stay, there were occasions where we opted to buy food back to enjoy in our hotel room and the room service was readily available to provide us whatever we needed to have a lovely meal in, including plates, wine glasses and even condiments. Highly recommended!!

beautiful and creative decorations here attract me most! The theme is kinda marine and sea related, that's why it is called ”atlantis”.
Friendly staff and kind hearted notice make me enjoy my stay here. Plus when i leave in the early morning, the cat was still sleeping sound, lovely.

La zona de Marlborough Sounds, a la que se puede pasar por la playa y a 10 minutos a pie de la marina, ofrece un buen pub con gran comida.
Muy tranquilo y lindo al aire libre para disfrutar de la vista y la paz - muy relajado.
Apartamento de calidad, muy moderno y limpio y bien equipado.
Too far from Picton Town to walk but only 10 minutes drive to the ferry.

便利な場所で、近くにカフェやレストランがあるので食事に行くのも直ぐです。
部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて、広いので荷物を十分広げられます。
ホテル側の責任ではありませんが、2泊の予約をしていたのに、1泊目がホテルに情報が来ておらず、1泊しかできなかったのが残念です。

Friendly staff and very clean. Toast and cereal for breakfast - perfect way to start a day. I loved my stay here and will come back again for longer stay before taking ferry back to North Island.

Great accommodation. Comfortable beds with multiple shared bathrooms so no long wait — good facilities. Hospitality and service was good, owners were nice and friendly. Recommend if planning on a stay.

UUsuario invitadoThe facilities were fine. The double room we reserved came with only that.. a double bed. Not even a nightstand next to the bed or a table in the room. There was also no heater or fan and the room felt musty with a bit of moisture in the air. Could use a dehumidifier when it's raining out like it was this day/night. The other guests in the hotel were the problem. I was woken up at 4AM by someone upstairs in the smoking area chatting so loudly on their phone... I had to get out of my bed in the middle of the night and ask them to go somewhere else or end their call. It was absurd. In the middle of the night someone cooked a very fragrant meal that made the entire building smell - it was so intense that it even permeated into our room which was the furthest room away from the kitchen... not a great stay when you can't even sleep through the night and feel like you are sitting in the middle of someone's meal.. Not worth the price

UUsuario invitadoAn excellent boutique experience. Sennen House has a story to tell, and it’s a beautiful place to discover it. Set in a quiet location, its grounds are fantastic, utilising every piece of space cleverly; the welcoming croquet set was a taste of what was to come.
The room we stayed in was great. Nice views and good spaces. Having a separate living and dining area is always a bonus, but its well appointed kitchen with a coffee machine was an extra one! The little baking treats left each day were lovely touches and were enjoyed. It was lovely to organise and portion out our own breakfast each morning, and having ownership of this was a bonus.
If we are lucky enough to visit Picton again, we would definitely make this venue our first choice.

EErma from CanadaPrivately owned, friendly owners. The room was roomy and clean. There is a sitting area out the back patio doors which was good. The outdoor furniture is a bit older. The bed and linens were good for a 2 night stay. We just needed a place to stay while we toured the area. Havelock where the postal boat tour is just a 35 minute drive away. There is a Countdown grocery store right across the street which was convenient. There are no restaurants within walking distance.

UUsuario invitadoThe place is not far from the town centre, just around 20 mins walk. The reception is nice and welcoming. The room is spacious. It can be a bit cold at night but the heater works well. The room’s sound proof isn’t very great. I can hear people next door close and open their room door. The kitchen area is supposed to open at 7am, but it was not when I left at around 7:30am, so it’s worth double checking the time with the reception.

CC_CXGood location where just nearby Picton Ferry Terminal. get by there around 9pm but still allow to check in, and next day 6am just drop the keys in the box even though the office didn’t open. Normal amenities because what you paid is what you get, nothing complaint.

VVinceDlSituación muy cerca del puerto de pictón . Reservamos una cabina estándar . No hay cocina ni baño . Sólo una cabina con cama . Sólo comprobar dos veces antes de reservar causa que no está claro en la descripción y las fotos de la habitación no son buenas. La cocina y el baño compartido fueron muy limpios, y el personal también era agradable.
