Room is really small, musty and unclean floor. I had to take a disposable cloth to wet and wipe over it. It was dirty. Since space is cramp, dont expect to put your luggage much, just to fit 1 luggage and 1 small bag pack. Like the proximity to gate 5. Other than that, it serves its purpose. Dining in restaurant is fine, food ok, so far no tummy ache.

Our stay at Lumbini Five Elements Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The food was incredibly delicious, and every meal felt like it was made with love and care. The people there are truly warm-hearted — it felt more like being part of a family than just staying at a hotel. The hotel manager was an exceptional host, full of kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. The rooms were quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended to anyone visiting Lumbini!
And I will do it any time again. Thank you for everything.

酒店應該是在一個村子裏麪，附近難得有一個這麼漂亮的酒店，就是周圍環境差了點。樓頂的西餐廳和酒吧也很棒，服務員都很熱情！

The room felt smaller than in the pictures. There's an AC, a little bag of shampoo, a bar of soap and shower gel. You get a bottle of water for free as well.
The place is extremely close to the tourist bus stop (3 minutes on foot). There's a nice restaurant called Dako, recommended by the owner, where you can get breakfast and all kinds of meals. Lumbini itself is opposite, which is also very convenient.

The breakfast each morning was delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring the area. What truly made the experience special were the hosts—amazingly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tansen.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed for one night and booked two rooms. The size of the room is good and has a balcony with a great view. The rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient and easily accessible. Sufficient area of parking available. We had dinner and a complimentary breakfast. Both were delicious and yummy. The hotel is full of greenery and picturesque areas. The hotel has a large swimming pool with four feet depth. The pool was clean and well maintained. The hotel was not over crowded. Staff were also very good and supportive. The overall experience was very good and recommended for stay.

I had a issue on booking, they did not accept booking and payment from trip.com. They said the price shown on trip.com is not their price. I had to re book at the reception and paid £10 per night more. I don’t recommend this hotel,
