«I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu.»

«Kali ke 2 repeat. Dapat bilik B03, selimut sangat tipis banding bilik B02. Aircond ambik masa lama untuk sejuk. TV sangat okey. Pukul 12 tengahari akan ada staff ketuk pintu banyak kali kalau tak check out lagi. Parking depan rumah, FOC. Kolam air okey. Ada tempat bilas. Air mesin cuckoo. Jalan kaki ke pantai. Harga murah.»

«Things i enjoyed: Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. Cons: Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average.»

«First of all the location is very strategic.My view is pantai.sangat cantik.. i book 2 deluxe room, for my small family and parents. Bilik parents takde tuala ,even remote tv takde. I call reception ＞5 times,they do answered finally and send to towel. Lambat sikit but still okay.. but but but When i went into my room,the amenties cukup..when i tried to lay down on bed.. ada blood stained😭. I called again receptionist ＞10 times yer..tak angkat. So turun bawah complained within 30 min, tukar bedsheet. Sy tak boleh brain mcm mana boleh ada blood stained.parking itself takde ,ada basement and floor 1-2 shj utk park,memang park jelah merata. Other than that,mknn bnyk cuma tawar sikit haha,tp kenyang dan variety.love it, toilet bersih,aircond mantul,tv semua channel lancar.. sekian my review. Would i repeat again? Hmmmmm»

«I booked 2 rooms, the kind of glamping tents. Apparently the other room (room821) was rather a rundown, while the other was great. Please check this room, if it’s not fit for anyone to stay (for whatever reasons..like..well you know) better close the unit for good. Everything was nice until my friend comment on this room.»

«Extendí ayer porque no quedé satisfecho con el arroz comercial al lado del hotel. El hotel está muy cerca del arroz comercial del peaje. A sólo un paseo del hotel. Menos de 100 metros. Es mejor bajar y llegar a la tienda de nasi dagang en el peaje antes de las 830. Como siempre son las 9 en punto, el nasi dagang se acaba.»

«Great location near the Terengganu River and city center. * Some rooms offer beautiful river or bridge views, especially at night. * Spacious rooms compared to many newer budget hotels. * Good value for money for a short stay. * Convenient access to local attractions and food spots.»

«I would love to recommend this hotel, the room are huge and comfortable for 4 peoples. Good design separating the room and the bathroom and also a balcony. Complete room comes with necessary items like iron, hairdryer and a plenty of switch. The location near to Pasar Payang, and other attraction places. At the hotel, there a restaurant, dobi and mixue. Totally recommended and definitely will stay here again in the future trip.»

«Un hotel muy funcional ubicado en Kuala Besut, ideal para quienes planean una visita a la isla Perhentian. La habitación está limpia y el baño funciona correctamente. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado también. La recepción es acogedora y ofrece servicios básicos para una estancia confortable. El desayuno, aunque sencillo, incluye platos occidentales y locales. En resumen, un buen hotel para pasar la noche en Besut.»
