During my stay, they served nasi dagang, nasi minyak, variety of kuih muih, and so many more. My kids love the swimming pool and they ask for more days. And the room is so spacious like really comfortable even if you have 5 kids hahahaa

I reached the hotel at 11pm as I took the bus and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes as there were no receptionists there. The room was ok but the towels and bath tub were quite dirty and with many stains. The breakfast was so so. But the location of the hotel was quite strategic, near to the mall, some tourist attractions and nice food too

Había brindado sugerencias para una mejor experiencia del huésped, como cortina de ducha, pantuflas en la habitación y escritorio y silla de trabajo. Lugar tranquilo y excelente personal de recepción. Sin duda me hospedaré nuevamente cuando viaje a KT.

I love the hotel. It gives a serenity vibes and calm. I love how clean eventho the hotel is an old hotel. But everything is so clean and good condition. Talking about the pool. So big and save for the kids to enjoy. The surrounding also very big and got many parks for the kids to enjoy. Except kijal is quite far from KT and Kijal town itself has nothing except for the sea. But i love it anyway. Good place for taking a break from busy city

I came here with my family of 11. We drove to Kuala Besut, parked our car at Fairfield Marriott and booked ourselves into Fairfield Marriott Kuala Besut for the night before our trip to Marriott Perhentian. The rooms in Kuala Besut are clean, not at all cramped for the price and perfect as a mere stopover. The staff were super-friendly and attentive. They were aware that we were heading out to Perhentian the next day as we had messaged the Perhentian property of our plans prior. The next morning we checked out of Fairfield Marriott and pushed our luggage over to the Marriott Perhentian reception next door under the same roof and were swiftly checked into Marriott Perhentian there and then by the friendly check-in staff. They took our bags and tagged everything according to our respective rooms. The next time we'd see our bags again would be in our rooms on the island as they took care of everything. We were then invited to board the ship that would ferry us over to the island which was super comfortable, clean, air conditioned. We were taken care of by a gracious Ms. Anita throughout our boat ride who offered us sick bags if we got sea sick. Lucky for us, the 40-min ride was not excessively bumpy. Arriving on the island, we were welcomed and greeted by name by a host of staff immediately upon disembarkation and taken on a tour of the property on the buggies that were already waiting for us on the jetty before we were sent straight to our rooms. The rooms are clean, spacious with a lot of natural light filling both the bedchamber and the bathroom. Drinking water is offered and replenished every day. If we wanted to get anywhere on the property, the buggy was only a phone call away. Otherwise, the property is not too big that it is too far to walk to get around. The only thing to keep in mind when walking is that this property is built on a hillside so there are some steep inclines that might be an encumberance for those with limited mobility with walking. The pools are perfect. One for families, one for kids, and one quiet pool that is exclusively for adults. Everyone's preferences is catered to in this regard. The breakfast spread is generous in variety with Malay, Chinese, Indian, and continental options. The F&B staff at Dapur made us feel very welcome every morning and took very good care of us thoroughly. I would like to convey our gratitude to Norhayati, Damia, Joanne, and Firdaus who made us feel like family at breakfast every morning. I came with children aged 5, 8, and 10 and they spent a lot of time by themselves at the Kid's Club all day where they're taken care of by the staff there. There were activities all day in which they participated. If they didn't feel like participating, they kept themselves entertained with books, games, computer, and TV at the club. The location of the resort is a bit secluded and I felt safe allowing them to make their own way to the pools, Kid's Club. If they're not walking on their own, the staff would take them to their destinations and back to their rooms on the buggy. My kids loved this place so much that they've rated it far above an upscale property we've stayed at in Langkawi. The three beaches on the hotel property have clear water and white powder sand but are not the best on the two Perhentian islands but we could hire external party water taxis to take us to better beaches elsewhere. We only did this once during our three-night stay. Every staff we encountered made us feel very welcome and were helpful. I wish I had remembered all their names but the only other two I could recall were Hilmi and Nik Nur. I would definitely come back here again within a couple of years.

No esperes mucho, ya que es un hotel económico... la ubicación es buena, cerca del centro de la ciudad... tiene wifi... cerca del parque infantil, aunque no hay piscina... al menos hay algo 😅

Big room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market.  in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.  Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

Este hotel está recién amueblado y las habitaciones son estupendas. Hay 3 camas individuales para una familia de 4 (2 adultos y 2 niños). Nos encanta el desayuno y les sugiero que reserven con desayuno, ya que no parece fácil conseguir comida en los alrededores. Hay estacionamiento al aire libre disponible y disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en general. El personal de recepción y restaurante del hotel te atiende con una actitud amable, es una experiencia increíble. Buen trabajo.

Todo es relativo. En Perhentian, Barat es uno de los hoteles más limpios de la zona, pero por el precio que pagué durante la temporada alta, uno esperaría servicios más limpios. Esperé horas a que la habitación estuviera lista, lo cual puedo entender, ya que la noche anterior estaba completamente reservada y llegué antes de la hora oficial de check-in. Sin embargo, cuando finalmente pude registrarme en mi habitación, no recogieron el paquete de champú del huésped anterior y el orificio de drenaje todavía tenía cabello. Las toallas también estaban húmedas. Una vez que superamos esta decepción inicial, estuve bastante feliz por el resto de mi estadía allí. La habitación estaba bien equipada con una tetera, secador de pelo, ventilador y aire acondicionado súper frío, este último fue crucial para aliviar el calor récord que estamos experimentando. La ubicación también era excelente. Puedes hacer snorkel en la playa fuera del hotel vecino, donde puedes ver tiburones bebés rondando las rocas. El personal me aseguró que las mamás tiburón no cazan allí. Supongo que tienen razón, ya que viví para escribir esta reseña. Los más valientes pueden nadar hasta Turtle Point (se recomienda llevar chaleco salvavidas). Todas las mañanas, llegan muchos barcos para dejar a los entusiastas del esnórquel que esperan ver tortugas. Es agradable tener la opción de ir cuando quieras y alojarte en un hotel cercano.

El hotel me gustaba mucho. Es justo en el bosque, entre los árboles. El territorio es excelente. La veranda está saltando proteínas esperando los tratamientos. El personal es muy responsable y bienvenido. Hay una piscina y un acuario para niños. El mar es sólo una historia de hadas.

El complejo está situado en una playa muy larga y tranquila y, aunque parezca un poco sorprendente al principio, es el lugar ideal para aquellos que quieran pasar unos días de total relajación. El complejo se extiende sobre un área bastante grande y ofrece varios alojamientos junto al mar. Reservamos uno de estos y realmente valió la pena. La habitación tiene un precioso ventanal con vistas a la playa y, por la mañana, despertarse con el sonido del mar de fondo no tiene precio. La habitación es bastante cómoda, un pequeño salón con sofá y sillón, un baño y un dormitorio. Externamente, un pequeño patio con dos sillas y una mesa. La cama es cómoda, lo suficientemente grande y los enchufes son convenientes. Sin embargo, algunas cosas no nos gustaron: empezando por el baño que despedía un olor muy desagradable y persistente a agua estancada. Tuvimos que mantener la puerta cerrada, de lo contrario el mal olor se extendería al resto de la habitación. En general había mucha humedad en todo el baño, tanto que los distintos accesorios de aluminio presentaban varias manchas de óxido. La ducha entregaba muy poca agua y para obtener agua caliente había que abrir un segundo cabezal de ducha. Por fuera una de las dos sillas estaba rota. Finalmente estaba el generador justo detrás de la habitación y por eso el ruido era muy fuerte incluso dentro, con las puertas cerradas. Los servicios que ofrece el resort son bastante amplios. El restaurante es mediocre en cuanto a variedad y calidad de la comida. Muchas de las bebidas no están disponibles, muchos platos del menú están “agotados”… pero eso es comprensible considerando que estás en una isla. La piscina es muy grande y bonita aunque no muy limpia. Las tumbonas son pocas e incluso están rotas. En conclusión, el verdadero punto fuerte del complejo es el personal y la ubicación. El resto es mejorable, hay mucho potencial y si lo cuidaran más no habría nada que envidiar a resorts de marcas más reconocidas.

Estábamos emocionados con la estancia en este hotel, ya que era “el capricho” de nuestro viaje a Malasia. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación con vistas a una pared (literalmente). Pedimos que nos cambiaran la habitación ya que pagando 5 noches en este hotel no lo íbamos a permitir. En resumen, este hotel podría ser un 5 estrellas precioso ya que la ubicación y las vistas son inmejorables y increíbles, pero deja mucho que desear, en ningún momento te da la experiencia que merece un 5 estrellas, ni te sientes en uno como tal. Las zonas comunes del hotel están MUY sucias. El personal es muy distante y muy poco pendiente, en una ocasión pedimos un poco de hielo (porque me hice daño en el pie) y me pidieron 10€ si lo quería. Sinceramente, no recomendamos este hotel ya que gastas mucho dinero y durante nuestro mes en Malasia hemos estado en hoteles mucho más baratos y de “menos estrellas” donde nos hemos sentido mucho más acogidos y a gusto. Básicamente, este hotel no vale para nada lo que cuesta. Y es una pena.

La habitación es amplia, una pequeña casa de madera única, las instalaciones de la habitación son viejas, las puertas de baño se están cayendo rápidamente, las faldas y las camas no son muy limpias, y esta isla tendrá algunas lagartas, como. El servicio del hotel está bien. Al llegar al hotel, alguien ayudará a llevar sus maletas a la habitación y después de salir de la habitación ayudará a enviar sus maletas al puerto. Hay una hermana china en la recepción del hotel que dirá que es muy bonita. El restaurante del hotel es muy barato para comer, la mayoría son docenas de monedas, es decir, el tipo de comida es un poco reducido, y la comida es un poco estética. La recepción del hotel es siempre con varios lindos gatos, y tiene que cocinar un poco cada día, haha

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de las comedoras, minimercado y también de la clínica. La ubicación está cerca de la carretera principal hace que nuestro viaje sea fácil. Jerteh City es sólo 2-3 minutos de camino. Vale la pena y muy asequible.

Este complejo es un lugar maravilloso para aloj**** con un presupuesto muy bueno en comparación con otros complejos turísticos de la zona. La habitación estaba bastante limpia y cómoda. Instalaciones de aire acondicionado y calentamiento de agua disponibles las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y simpático. Puedes disfrutar de bebidas en el bar con Akmal y chismes con buena música ❤️ Sirven comida increíble y ofrecen viajes de snorkel, taxis en barco, kayak y otras instalaciones.

Nice interior, clean and tidy room. Excellent service. Easy to locate location. Keep it up good work. Reception is friendly and nice. If you face any problem, there have 24 hour on call standby. Environment quite good. Recommended!

Domt espera un hotel de cinco estrellas. Pero tiene una cama suave. Ducha caliente y aire acondicionado frío. Perfecto para un descanso nocturno. Surprendido el hotel le permite fumar en las habitaciones para que pueda ser un descanso para algunos.

Es una buena habitación con instalaciones completas. Sólo la matriz ya es suave. La ubicación es un poco lejos. El sistema de selección clave es un poco confuso.

Este hotel es mucho mejor entre el boutique hotel en Chukai. Es adecuado para viajeros de negocios. No es adecuado para encontrar qué comer basándose en la distancia de caminar. Pero en general es un buen lugar para descansar después de volver del trabajo

Reservé este hotel para nuestro personal que tiene una viaje de negocios a Kemaman. No tan mal. El hotel es limpio y cómodo, pero un poco lejos de la ciudad. Necesitas un transporte para conseguir o comprar algo. En general es bueno.

A comfortable hotel with many facilities, but for non-smokers it is a bit less comfortable.
