When I think of TABUNG HAJI, I think of this hotel. Both of my stays have been here. The tidiness is excellent. The meal is absolutely delicious. I brought nine members of my family, including two disabled parents. Customer service was top-notch. My sincere appreciation goes out to Mrs. Norsiah and the rest of the hotel staff for the wonderful dinner they served us. Please keep up the excellent work, RAIA Kuching Hotel. Without a doubt, I will return. Stay at RAIA and no other hotel!

The location is very strategic, close to the airport. There are restaurants, a pharmacy, and other facilities located under the hotel. As for cleanliness, it was moderate because the room was dusty, there was hair, and there were stains on the pillow and bedsheets.

Beautiful rooms and the Club Suites are worth the splurge! 😆😆😆 We are right smack in the centre of everything! Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! Amazing amazing views!!!! Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering good value for money. The hotel is convenient located near the airport and connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and essential. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety of options, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was a blackout during my stay that lasted more than 30 minutes, and it appeared that there was no backup generator available. Fortunately, it occurred in the early morning when there was some natural light. It would have been more challenging if it had happened at night. This is an area the hotel need to look into. Overall, still a comfortable stay, but improvements in this aspect would enhance the experience further.

Despite being a 50-year old hotel, it's surprisingly well maintained. Toilets are clean and well designed with top quality materials. Rooms are well arranged, good quality mattress and pillows, huge smart TV, and overlooking the river. The hotel is very near the main attraction of Kuching : Kuching Waterfront, a 5mins walking distance. Tons of old style shops and cafes across the road, good FnB selection. Staff are pleasant and professional.

La habitación es modesta y bastante sencilla: decoraciones y muebles sencillos y simplemente aburridos. Decir que el lugar es un hotel de cinco estrellas es una exageración. decepcionado con el aire acondicionado, incapaz de enfriar la habitación al nivel deseable. La ubicación era fantástica. Justo al lado hay un 7 eleven. La habitación era bastante amplia y proporcionan toallas nuevas todos los dias. Estuvimos en la planta 7, las vistas son geniales. La moqueta estaba bastante sucia y manchada, ambas noches al despertarnos por la mañana, nos levantamos con varias picadas de insecto...posibles chinches? Aun no sabemos. Lo que si sabemos que no eran de los paseos de la calle, porque estamos bien y nos levantamos con ellas. Recomiendo una limpieza a fondo...

La estancia fue muy buena. Me gusta la ubicación, ya que Riverside está justo en frente del hotel. Sin embargo, la sala de fitness no estaba en condiciones satisfactorias. Estaba en una categoría inferior a la de mi estancia anterior (antes del COVID). Aparte de eso, la habitación estaba bien y me gusta el desayuno que ofrecen.
