Me alojé en una habitación triple con mis padres. La cama era bastante cómoda. Me preocupaba que las instalaciones de la habitación fueran antiguas, pero en realidad estaban bien. La habitación también era lo suficientemente grande y no estaba abarrotada. El ruido de las motos que venían de la ventana de la habitación en el segundo piso era un poco molesto.

Stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel is well designed, and staff were friendly, greeting you in the hallways when passing by. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Also appreciated the good coffee in the room. Would stay again.

Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Kota Kinabalu. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of restaurants, cafes, malls, and the waterfront all within walking distance. Perfect location for sightseeing and food hunting. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice city/sea view. Staff were professional and friendly during check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was decent and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend for both couples and families visiting Kota Kinabalu.

Great location near the local market! Even though it's situated right above a shopping mall—making shopping super easy and convenient—the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Had a very comfortable stay!

One of the standout features of this hotel is the efficiency of the staff. The check-in and check-out processes were super fast, which is always appreciated after a long day of travel. Additionally, the hotel provides free parking, a major plus for those of us driving in KK where parking can often be a challenge. The accommodations were excellent. Both the room and the toilet were spotless, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I also appreciated that they were generous with essentials—there was sufficient drinking water provided, so I never felt the need to constantly request more. Breakfast at the hotel was a pleasant experience. While the quality of the food was nice, I did find the variety a bit limited and hope they can provide more choices in the future to keep the buffet exciting. However, the absolute highlight of the morning was the fresh juice station. It is easily the best part of the breakfast service; you can request specific fruits, and the staff prepares the juice freshly for you right on the spot. It’s a personalized touch that really elevates the meal.

El espacio de la habitación es muy pequeño en comparación con el hotel Sixty3 en el que nos alojamos las primeras dos noches. La ubicación no es tan buena como la del 63. This is our 3rd stay at Sky Hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and checked in at night, but unfortunately the room was not clean. There was dust and powder on the sofa, the floor was sticky and dusty, some flooring was chipped, and there was an unpleasant smell. We called reception to request a room change but were told the hotel was full. Housekeeping came to check and confirmed the room condition. We took some photos and went down to the reception counter, after discussingabout 10 minutes, the reception offered us an upgrade to a bigger suite, which was clean and much better. Appreciate the staff for resolving the issue quickly, but the room cleanliness should be improved.

Stayed at Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu recently and had a really pleasant experience! ✨ The hotel is in a very strategic location right in the city center, making it super convenient to walk to nearby food spots, shopping areas, and attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained after the renovation. I also appreciated how peaceful the atmosphere was despite being in a busy area. Staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in was smooth. Great value for money if you're looking for a comfortable stay in KK without overspending. Perfect for both business trips and short getaways.
