Special shoutout to Mandy for going above and beyond to help me with my special request. - Frequent power outages. We spent 1 day and 1 night at the resort. There were probably 6 outages throughout our stay. With one outage lasting maybe 10 minutes. No hot water in our rooms. The staff informed us hot water may be weak in our room, but our room's water was completely cold. The staff will supply hot water upon request, but it came in a bucket and ladle. Overall atmosphere is to be recommended, but the negatives bring it down when you are paying for a luxury experience.

I stayed in Room 3121 (superior king). Cons - The room door can sometimes be difficult to open. You need to tap the key card, turn the handle, and push the door slightly harder than usual. The same issue occasionally occurs when opening the door from inside. - The hotel's WiFi signal does not reach the room. - An iron is not provided in the room. - The room door is only moderately soundproof (around 60%), so noise from outside can still be heard. - A laundry bag is not provided. Pros - The room rate is very affordable and reasonable for the condition and facilities offered by the hotel. - The room is very spacious and comfortable. - Five clothes hangers are provided. - A hair dryer is available. - Basic toiletries provided include shampoo, body wash, and a shower cap. - The TV offers five channels. - Two complimentary bottles of drinking water are provided. - A kettle, two sets of coffee and tea, along with sugar and creamer, are available. - Two mugs and spoons are provided. - The air conditioning works well and keeps the room very cool. - Basement parking is available. Access is through the side of the Tang Dynasty Hotel lobby. The parking system is cashless and uses number plate recognition. Inform the TD Plaza Hotel lobby staff of your vehicle registration number, and they will register it. Each exit is charged at a special rate of RM2 when you tap your bank card. - The hotel's location is excellent. Imago Shopping Mall is within walking distance (10min +-) - Nearby amenities include Bataras Supermarket, Orange Market, KFC, Papa's, and Golden Fish. - There is also a night market beside the building. - For seafood lovers, Anjung Senja is located behind Wawasan Plaza. - Beautiful sunset views can be enjoyed from the Anjung Senja area all the way to the back of Marriott Hotel. - For those who enjoy brisk walking, jogging, or running, there is a dedicated pedestrian and cycling path stretching from Anjung Senja towards the Tanjung Aru junction. Laluan masuk adalah melalui sebelah lobi Tang Dynasty Hotel. Sistem parkir adalah tanpa tunai (cashless); hanya imbas nombor plat kenderaan. Maklumkan nombor plat kepada staf lobi TD Plaza Hotel dan mereka akan mendaftarkannya. Setiap kali keluar, hanya perlu tap kad bank dan kadar parkir adalah RM2 bagi setiap kemasukan. - Lokasi hotel sangat strategik. Imago Shopping Mall boleh dikunjungi dengan berjalan kaki dalam 10minit - Berdekatan dengan Bataras Supermarket, Orange Market, KFC, Papa's dan Golden Fish. - Terdapat pasar malam di tepi bangunan. - Bagi pencinta makanan laut, Anjung Senja terletak di belakang bangunan Wawasan Plaza. - Pemandangan matahari terbenam (sunset) yang cantik boleh dinikmati sekitar kawasan Anjung Senja hingga belakang Marriott Hotel. - Bagi yang gemar brisk walk, berjoging atau berlari, terdapat laluan khas pejalan kaki dan berbasikal dari kawasan Anjung Senja hingga ke persimpangan Tanjung Aru.

Viaje agradable y fácil para los turistas. La actividad marina y el salto de isla en isla son fáciles de realizar y la habitación del hotel es grande y limpia. Me dijeron que la habitación cerca de la piscina y el mar está completamente renovada y el personal me preguntó si quería mejorar. Estaba contento con Mountain View ya que realmente me quedé en la habitación y vi la vista desde allí.

Mi pareja y yo acabamos de pasar tres noches en una Palm Villa en Gayana Marine Resort. ¡Qué lugar para alojarse... Simplemente increíble! Desde el principio todo fue perfecto. Llegamos al ferry y el personal fue muy servicial. El ferry salió a tiempo y tardó menos de 30 minutos. Al llegar nos dieron toallas frías y una bebida. El personal nos explicó todo detalladamente y nos llevaron a nuestra habitación unos 30 minutos antes. ¡La Palm Villa era preciosa! Si puedes gastar un poco más y tener esta habitación, ¡vale la pena! Me quedé sin palabras cuando entré. ¡Súper limpio y ordenado! ¡Las fotos en línea no le hacen justicia a este resort! Comimos en el restaurante Macac. Había mucho para elegir en el menú y todo sabía fresco y delicioso. El desayuno está incluido y todo se preparaba fresco a pedido. También había un bufé que tenía pasteles, fruta, cereales y mucho más. Hicimos uso de los deportes acuáticos que también están incluidos. Usamos los kayaks y las tablas de remo. Hay muchas opciones disponibles y solo tienes que venir y preguntar, ¡no es necesario reservar! ¡Todos los miembros del personal fueron encantadores! Todos te saludan, son muy amables y se esfuerzan al máximo para ayudarte. ¡Su inglés era impresionante! Solo habíamos reservado dos noches, pero nos encantó tanto que ampliamos nuestra estadía. I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, expect the toilet is sharing and it's very dirty!. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, and the view from my room was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of my stay. Everything about this hotel felt high-quality, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

The staff friendliness is just amzing 10/10. Excellent Service.Our room had amazing view of the sea and opposite resort called Gayana. Dinner: Only Buffet option is available and its about RM167/person +taxes. The spread are fairly good and it is delicious. Though they do have 2 more different Restaurant in the island,Japanese and fine dining. Breakfast: Included in the room price. Menu changes daily. I have nothing to complaint about the room,for us its comfortable.All rooms have exactly the dane Designs the only difference is where it is located. You are paying for the view. Activities: For me I think 3 days 2 nights are perfect to spend your time here, swimming by the pool,kayaking,snorkling,Jungle trekking, visiting the private beach. 1 hour complimentary use of snorklinh masks. I like the public guests showers and towel provided.Very convinient. One thing that I would like to comment is the boat fees are relatively very expansive.15 mins speedboat per person one way cost about Rm80+taxes..Just return trip cost RM170++ per person. This is not even including island conservation fees and tourist fees. All this added fees makes the Hotel cost more expansive. Because a boat trip to nearby or same Island cost only Rm40. GAYANA ECO RESORT provided inclusive/complimentary return boat fees. I hope the Management can improve this because we as Guests are going to spend more money on F&B and at the Bar. Last but not least I would like to compliment the service and staffs in thsi Resort I think they did such an amazing job. Overalö the Resort is beautiful andclose to the nature.

El hotel, aunque se ha mencionado que la habitación había sido renovada y modernizada, el aire acondicionado era todavía muy viejo y muy ruido, lo que dificultó dormir cómodamente. La madrastra también era vieja, y había sumergido significativamente en el medio. En general, espero que el hotel considere seriamente sustituir las antiguas unidades de aire acondicionado y matraces, ya que afectan directamente al confort y la calidad del sueño de los huéspedes!

En general, es un buen hotel. Es una marca consolidada y los servicios son bastante buenos. Lo mejor es el chef de mariscos; es muy superior a los del muelle, que cobran extra. ¡Las gambas mantis con yema de huevo salada estaban absolutamente deliciosas! Recomiendo encarecidamente comprarlas y prepararlas en casa, o pedirlas en barco desde las villas sobre el agua por la tarde. Claro que en el muelle hay más variedad, pero el trayecto es un poco largo. Como desventajas, es bastante ruidoso; los generadores y el aire acondicionado hacen mucho ruido. No me lo esperaba, pero supongo que todas las villas sobre el agua son parecidas. Las dos chicas malasias de recepción eran muy cautelosas y necesitaban confirmar todo con otros empleados. Queríamos bajar a tierra para comprar algo y volver, pero no nos lo permitieron ni siquiera después de preguntar durante un buen rato. Además, las instalaciones son un poco viejas y están algo deterioradas. La comida es normal; simplemente llena.

The scenery here is truly stunning. The water is crystal clear with beautiful shades of blue, like a real-life glass ocean. It is so clean and pure that you do not even need a filter for photos.Beyond the unbeatable sea views, the staff here made our trip extra special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. They always had a big smile on their faces and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Perfect views combined with exceptional hospitality made this an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommended!
