«Tanto las instalaciones, como el servicio son impecables. Desde recepción y buffet siempre fueron muy atentos. Destaco por supuesto, la cercanía al parque Lost World, que es magnífico! Punto aparte para el parque, que en su modo nocturno, abarca desde piscina infinita, sectores de playa artificial, sectores de hidromasaje, cascadas, y más! El sector de zoo, es además de bellísimo, muy bien cuidado, y se desarrolla en un circuito entre la montaña, aguas, y mucha vegetación, cuevas iluminadas. Verdaderamente único!»

«Had a wonderful stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall service was great. I also enjoyed the facilities and the pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Ipoh.»

«We arrived earlier and rooms were not ready. Service is good, offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment type room which was perfect as we have a sofa area to chill and relax. The rooms were very comfortable and power outlet is available at table in room which is better than charging phone next to bed. The aircon units are great. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good. Hairdryer perfect. There is also a full length mirror just outside the bathroom so no one fighting for mirror use to prep going out. The kitchen and sofa area have power outlets too so we can charge nearby while we hang out. The dining area is large enough too. My only set back is the lighting which can be a level brighter.»

«The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the hotel environment and room were generally clean. However, the mattress was too soft—movement from my partner could easily be felt, which affected my sleep. The TV remote was also difficult to use, and the internet connection was poor, causing constant buffering when trying to watch shows.»

«We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable. From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip. All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable. We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding. A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!). The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special. Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future.»

«The hotel was excellent in some ways, but really lacking in others. The highlights of the hotel are the exceptional breakfast, the best I’ve had in SE Asia, and its delicious desserts and pastries in the lobby. As well as the very good service, with two things coming to mind, one being a free room upgrade, and two allowing me to go to breakfast 30 minutes early (6:30am vs 7:00am). The hotel is very aesthetic and unique in style too, and the tech is certainly interesting and used intelligently. However, they also make some bizarre decisions given they’re a 5* hotel. Firstly, why there is no soap in the bathroom I’ll never know, I shouldn’t have to go in the shower each time to get body wash to wash my hands each time. The shower would progressively get colder with a couple of minutes and be quite cold by 5 minutes in. The bed is far from luxury feeling, with it quite hard, though reasonably comfortable and the duvet cover had some marks on it. Finally, the tech means there are a lot of unnecessary lights around the room, which makes the room a lot less dark. Overall, I would have expected the hard product to be better within a hotel of this class but the soft product was definitely 5*.»

«Nice facilities, and I would definitely stay here again. The price is reasonable, and the location is conveniently close to the city centre. One of the best things is that it’s within walking distance of coffee shops like CBTL and ZUS, which open early—perfect for those of us who need to grab a coffee before heading to the office.»

«The staffs were friendly. Available early check-in with RM20/ hours (which I don’t mind, as long as you can get a room & rest). The room is very comfortable and clean. Quite small for 2 people, but ok la. Bathroom and water pressure are all good, smells great too. If u driving , parking is limited, parking outside of the building & not so safe (possibly for hit & run case). Overall, recommend to stay here.»

«La ubicación es fácil de encontrar y la seguridad se siente sólida, con muchos escalones para entrar. 😹. La habitación es muy limpia y espaciosa, y me encanta que proporcionen una toalla por persona, además de jabón y champú. La zona común también es limpia y acogedora; ¡incluso vimos una película allí y la disfrutamos muchísimo! El wifi también es rapidísimo. En resumen, ¡este lugar es muy recomendable para alojarse con amigos o familias! :D»

«First time booking apartment for family holiday. At first not sure if we make a right choice. Till we experience and stay, confirmed right choice and no regret! The whole stay from drive through key collection point, parked n open up the unit door, all above our expectation and seamless experience. The unit is very well ID designed and with good function including kitchen. Drinking water LG brand machine was provided so we all can easily access to drinking water. Washing machine come with drying function provided. Bedroom bed is so comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and unit is clean. It’s a good place and good fengshui house for family bonding. The condo facility all look new and well kept. I’ve used its swimming pool, Onsen pool with jacuzzi and sauna. As only one night stay so didn’t experience it’s gym only. The platform owner was very nice and helpful. As we need help with the drinking water machine etc, they are approachable and responsive. Two sets of access card and key was provided make our life so convenient since we were there in two separate cars. With the ID design house, no wonder need to pay deposit of RM200. Surely acceptable. Refund of deposit was also fast and immediately after we check out. Thanks for everything. We all enjoy the stay very much. Looking forward to return to stay again soon. Keep up the good work.
