Stayed for one night… The room was spacious and had no carpet, but slippers were provided for use inside the room. Breakfast was okay — plenty of choices. The only downside was the parking ramp, which was very narrow. It’s fine for small cars, but for SUVs or MPVs, it takes quite some effort to maneuver. You can see a lot of paint marks on the sides of the ramp — probably from cars that scraped against it 😅

Location of hotel is excellent. Came in by car through P2 to the lobby and discovered, to my horror, there are leaking pipes across the path. Counter staff is friendly and competent that made my day. I also struggled to tune in the TV, not very user friendly. No clear instructions printed out nor in the TV itself. Suggest hotel implement check and maintenance system on amenities to make guests' experience positive.

A Delightful Stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan! I recently had the pleasure of returning to this fantastic hotel for my second stay, and I must say, it was just as delightful as the first time! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces from the staff, who made the check-in process incredibly fast and efficient, definitely a great way to start any stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to such stunning scenery truly enhanced my experience, making every moment feel special. What really stands out about this hotel is its exceptional staff. Their kindness and willingness to assist made me feel right at home! It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and strive to provide a memorable experience. Overall, my stay was nothing short of superb, and I can't wait to return for a third time. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located accommodation with friendly service and incredible views, look no further—you’ve found the perfect place! Highly recommend!

Great service and hospitality with beautiful view during sunset❤️ Convenient to find for food till night, decent breakfast too. Chilled and breeze during the night time for this season (now). Need shuttle bus and hotel for transportation arrangement if you have no own transportation to visit more places. Would like to visit again for a stay😊

We booked this hotel for a one night staycation with our friends. While we were there, we saw 2 weddings and a Company having their annual dinner. The enviroment is clean, secure and very refreshing , surrounded by many trees. We had super nice rooms and since it was our anniversary, The Chateau decorated our bed with a pair of towel swans , very beautifully folded. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Service at the hotel was excellent everywhere we went. They even have free yoga sessions where we all participated and had a good time stretching and laughing at ourselves. Food at the Restaurant, next to the pool was nice with hearty portions. Overall, the stay was wonderful. We will definitely return for another stay, perhaps longer. Just be sure to keep your windows and doors closed at all times as some friendly monkeys are roaming about.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years, and this trip was the most disappointing. They seems to have cut costs by deleting things from in-room amenities and the worst bit is they smell from the linen; bedsheets, pillows and towels. Even after I requested for replacements, the new ones are equally smelly. And don’t get me started with the gym: no attendant, no towels, smelly carpeting and equipment. Overall, maintenance is poor. Please improve the customer experience or risk losing them.

Elegimos Japamala Tioman para nuestro aniversario de bodas y este resort boutique no nos decepcionó. El servicio fue impecable desde que nos recogieron en la terminal de ferry de Kampung Genting hasta nuestra partida. Felicitaciones al gerente Kenny y a su equipo por su hospitalidad, que hizo de nuestro aniversario algo memorable. La comida, en general, estuvo por encima de la media (el postre estuvo fantástico) y algunos platos estaban un poco salados, ya que no solemos consumir alimentos muy salados. Les hicimos llegar nuestra opinión y, para nuestra sorpresa, el personal la tomó en serio, ya que los platos que nos sirvieron después no estaban tan salados. Las habitaciones están limpias y la vista al mar es fantástica, lo que nos permite disfrutar de la magnífica puesta de sol cada noche. No hay mucho que hacer, ya que este resort está pensado más para que los huéspedes desconecten. Se pudo hacer senderismo a Batu Permata y a Kampung Genting. El piragüismo y el snorkel cerca del resort fueron geniales. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. ¡Gracias, Japamala!

Good hotel for stay, near to many shop & food. Very comfortable room & nice mountain view, have massage service at lobby with great price.
