I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with excellent facilities including a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using JB Sentral and the Singapore checkpoint. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Johor Bahru. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Having stayed at Holiday Villa numerous times, I keep returning for one simple reason: consistency. It has become my go-to choice for trips to Johor Bahru, and it continues to deliver a reliable experience. Why I keep coming back:  Prime Location: Being located directly opposite KSL City Mall is incredibly convenient. You have immediate access to shopping, dining, and the cinema without the need to navigate heavy traffic or deal with long walks.  Hassle-Free Parking: This is a major selling point. Between the ease of self-parking and the convenience of the valet service (at a reasonable RM35), arrival and departure are always stress-free compared to the often chaotic access at the mall side.  Solid Breakfast: The breakfast variety is surprisingly good, with a nice spread that offers a solid start to the day. A Note on Value: I am fully aware that the room rates here are generally higher than at KSL Hotel. While it is a bit more of a premium, I find that the extra cost is absolutely justified by the seamless parking experience, the slightly quieter environment, and the overall maintenance of the property. Verdict: If you value efficiency, ease of access, and a hassle-free stay, the slight price premium is worth every penny. I will definitely be returning.

Our 4th stay at Opero. We thought the king room was much cleaner than the twin. Got a free drink (roselle tea) redeemable from 3-9pm too. Gym clean as always.

My stay at Sunway Hotel Big Box was unfortunately below expectations. The check-in process took much longer than expected. Although I arrived at the lobby around 10:30 am and was assured that I would be informed once the room was ready, I only managed to get my room at about 3:30 pm. Even then, the connecting room that I had requested was not ready until around 3:50 pm, resulting in further waiting. There were also issues with the room facilities. The coffee machine was not working, and after calling the front desk, I was told that assistance would arrive within five minutes. However, no one turned up, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel staff acknowledged the inconveniences and provided a fruit platter as a gesture of goodwill. While this was appreciated, the overall experience could have been much smoother, especially considering the delays and lack of follow-up on the maintenance request.

Situación cerca del terminal de ferry, fácil acceso a y desde terminal al hotel porque tanto en el mismo edificio, pero de nivel diferente. Terminal de ferry al nivel dos. Lobby del hotel al nivel uno. Servicio bien. Desayuno bien muchas opciones El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy cerca de la ciudad. No te sientes cómodo. El hotel de estacionamiento de autos utiliza un ascensor diferente, por lo que debe preguntar a la guardia de seguridad cómo llegar al lobby del hotel después de estacionar en el parque de autos multinivel. El hotel no es nuevo, sino limpio, espacioso, excelente vista desde el nivel 15 de la habitación con vistas al mar.

A gem in Kluang! Comfy bed, warm hospitality, clean room and accessible location. If you want to take a short break from the bustling city life, this would be a great stay to complement you getaway for a slower pace in life

Tune Hotel check in service is friendly, fast and informative, and give me my room near lift. English speaking well and clear. There's sofas at front desk and rest area with hot and cold dispenser. So bring your own cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar and creamer, the room do not have these. Front desk sells cup noodles, toothbrushes and other stuffs. Nearby have 24hour convenient stores and 7-11, last than 5 minutes walk away. My Double room is small and simple, lucky I didn't bring luggage, not sure where to open my luggage. There are power plugs on one side table and under the rotatable table. No chair so the rotatable table is useful for some work done but sitting on the bed end is too far for short/small person. Tv is not clear, there are some Singapore channels. The Hotel is near the Expressway, convenient to travel, no jam around but noisy, not soundproof. Hairdryer in the bathroom is convenient. Bar soap and shampoo and towels are provided. Not carpeted and no room slipper. The fan is shaky and air-con will make noise if you don't know how to do setting. There's a ironing room with window and fan. Housekeeping did a great job, the room is very clean everytime. Ground level lobby have clean toilets. Nearby have Hainan Sper Cafe behind Golden Leaf Hotel Xpertgadget mobile phone repair shop Charis Coffee House close at 5pm-1am 6 min walk away

⭐ Perfect Staycation Spot Away from Busy JB ⭐ Had a really enjoyable stay at Renaissance Hotel JB! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable — exactly what you need for a relaxing break. The hot shower was amazing after a long day out exploring and shopping. Love the location too! It’s away from the busy JB Central area, so it’s quieter and more peaceful without the crowd. At the same time, everything you need is nearby — Mr DIY, FamilyMart, Woodfire, McDonald’s and ZUS Coffee are just around the area. Bonus: If you’re here on a Sunday night, there’s a pasar malam nearby where you can grab snacks and enjoy the local vibes. 😋 Getting around is also easy with Grab. A short ride brings you to Mid Valley Southkey for food, shopping, massage and movies. Honestly, the room was so comfortable that I just wanted to stay in, relax and sleep till tomorrow. 😂 Will definitely come back again — next time I’ll book with breakfast included! 👍
