«First time staying in this room. Wanted to check in at 11.30am. Bt room is not ready until 12.30pm, thankfully. Truly enjoy the peace and quiet on the 27th floor. WiFi connection is strong too. Didn't take the breakfast option this time round. Husband managed to take the opportunity to go to the swimming. Its quite full of ppl on the saturday. But managed to get basic swimming done. Except I gt smthg to complain the fridge is not cold and the tv has 1 black line across the middle of the screen. If given option. I will probably pick the same type of room again.👍»

«Affordable hotel with a spacious room that's able to accommodate an extra bed (at an additional cost of 151.20 RM). Room rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast for 2 adults. You can add-on at the counter for kids above 6 years old. Hotel is located directly above Mid Valley mall which is very accessible from the hotel. Front desk was fast with our check-in and room service was helpful in setting up the extra bed for us. Highly recommended for short family stays over the weekends!»

«Is a shopping trip for me and my sister . We opted for two queen size bed for personal comfort and It was a right choice . Big room with comfy beds and clean toilets . Coffee and teabags are provided . Toiletries too . From the back lift , is just a stone throw away to city square , unfortunately this under major upgrading but just grab to mid valley and aeon tebra easily. You can get India food at the ground floor and many small shops about 15 mins away too . I will book the same room size , infact this room can sleep for 4 so is value for money .»

«This round I faced the noise of the snoring from next door. My room was a connecting room type. The snoring happen around 11.30pm. I called customer service to request the room change. They changed the room for me around 12am.»

«De hecho, el hotel es un poco antiguo, pero las instalaciones siguen siendo muy buenas y muy limpias. Nunca antes habíamos visto críticas negativas. Todo el personal del hotel es paciente, educado y amable. Todas las zonas comunes y las habitaciones del hotel están alfombradas. También noté que las alfombras de colores claros e incluso las partes blancas parecían muy limpias. La habitación no está mal, tiene todo lo necesario y está equipada con material infantil. También hay una caja del tesoro con dos pequeños obsequios de Lego que a los niños les encantan. Aunque el baño parece anticuado, está limpio y sin manchas. Hay dos lavabos, uno alto y otro bajo, aptos para adultos y niños. Saliendo detrás del hotel está Legoland. A solo dos minutos a pie de la puerta principal hay un centro comercial con supermercados, restaurantes y Starbucks. ¡Es muy conveniente! La única insatisfacción fue con el desayuno. Había demasiada gente y tuve que hacer cola para esperar una mesa. El tiempo de espera fue de más de 30 minutos. El tiempo de comida es de 45 minutos. Y la variedad de comida que se sirve no es amplia. Los platos de Lego que contenían los cubiertos estaban sucios. En términos generales, si viaja fuera de temporada, la relación precio-rendimiento de más de 1.000 yuanes es buena y estoy satisfecho.»

«Check in was smooth, deposit required. Quite an old hotel showing it's age. Room was not cleaned well on 2nd day, could see floor wasn't swept. Basic amenities provided. Bidet spray was missing the head and the bracket was half broken. Mid water pressure & lukewarm temperature for shower. Fridge was cold. One of the few hotels that has smoking rooms. Restaurant staff was great. Breakfast was acceptable altho no live egg station. There's a gym with a nice view. Location was good. Not in town but not far by grab, lots of eateries and mini marts within 5 minutes walk. There's a 7-11 in the mall attached to the hotel. Other than that, not much in the mall.»
