«Booked this last minute, and it turned out to be the best budget hotel I’ve stayed at in JB. The room was clean, and the location was super convenient. It’s surrounded by plenty of shops and eateries, with Chagee, KOI, Mixue, McDonald’s, KFC, FamilyMart, laundromats, and pretty much everything you need within walking distance.»

«They truly live up to their name of excellent service. The Good: Check in & check out was swift. FREE carpek on level 4 & 5, direct lift to lobby & rooms. Nice spacious room with fresh towels. Clean room & well maintained. Big windows with good view as rooms are on the higher floors. Simple but well kept gym and sauna room available on same floor with the infinity pool. Wide spread of buffet. Big and spacious restaurant. Will auto top up food.»

El único problema es que la protección del sonido podría mejorarse, ya que el ruido del exterior puede ser oído a veces. «🧻Quite stingy on the towels. They won't automatically change out your towels. One night I came back to the hotel and used the towel provided on the bed. I thought it was new, but it had very strong chlorine or water smell. Not sure if the cleaner had folded the same used one in the toilet and put it on the bed. I think they generally don't have enough towels because they don't want to provide extra towels if you already have 2 in the room. Maybe it's because of Sustainability efforts, but because that towels feel worn and dirty, I feel like they should be changed every night. 🦐Room service of the seafood pasta is a miss. Located near the sea hence thought the seafood would be fresh, but prawn heads are black. Meat is very soft and lumpy. Means they have kept the seafood for a long time. 🏊🏽Swimming pool is a very bright place, nice and very clean. Starts from 8am to 8pm. 🏛️Architecture of the hotel is very vintage style and vast. 🍛Breakfast buffet starts from 7am is not super, although ✅the milktea cart man is amazing. Overall the breakfast buffet and room service food (I only ordered one seafood pasta meal) wasnt a good experience for me at all. 🎶Below the hotel there is a sexy dancers club, hence you might hear loud music reverberations if you are located on the lower levels. I was located on level 11, and the music thumping could still be felt into the wee hours. Luckily I was on level 11, so the thumping still tolerable. Connecting room walls are very thin. Can hear the Chinese man speaking next door. 🤢Bathroom sink has no stopper, goes straight to the pipe. 🌊Sea view room was great！！Room floor cleanliness is ok. Bring your own hair conditioner.»

«The hotel is located about a 25-minute Grab ride from the train station and is connected to two shopping malls, making it very convenient for food and shopping. LEGOLAND is only about a 15-minute drive away, and the hotel can arrange transportation, which is very convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the room's cleanliness needs improvement. We noticed dust on top of the tissue box and stains on the mirror. It would also be nice if hand towels were provided in the bathroom. In addition, the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. When we arrived at around 8:15 a.m., almost all the food trays at every station were empty. Unfortunately, they were not replenished during our stay, and even when we left at 9:20 a.m., most stations were still empty. The only stations that consistently had food available were the nasi lemak and egg stations. Overall, the breakfast experience was very disappointing.»

«We booked this accommodation at the last min as we were looking for a play to stay. Location was great, near CIQ and Komtar JBCC. Room wasn’t very clean but liveable for one night. There was a stain on our comforter and bedsheet (as seen in pic) and we told the staff to change it but I think due to miscom they gave us a thin piece of blanket (?) instead. So we basically slept without a comforter but it’s fine cos the aircon wasn’t very cold. It got colder towards the morning. There wasn’t any hair dryer too. We could also hear vehicles passing by and people closing their doors etc, the area wasn’t very soundproof. Still, we managed to get a good rest. Would recommend if you’re not fussy and looking for cheaper alternatives.»

«Perfect location, park nearby, also a Tea Garden is next door. It is good to have a nice table for my laptop. However, I must criticize your alttitude when I needed to get a replacement keycard, I cannot understand why u still charge a deposit for this, then what was the point for 100RM deposit paid at check-in? The male staff at front desk seemed neither polite nor rude, but he was very robotic and uninterested.»
