Reserva este hotel porque leí los comentarios que es nuevo y el precio es justificable. En general la estancia fue buena. Cada habitación tenía dos camas de tamaño reina, buena para familias. También incluyeron cuatro toallas. La ubicación es buena - entre el centro de la ciudad y Kotaraya, por lo que es conveniente para usted ir a los centros de la ciudad y Pasar Karat (nuevo lugar).
Mucho espacio para colgar tus ropas, buena aire acondicionado, sin refrigerador, plugs de energía entre camas y viene con puertos USB-A & C pero sólo lentamente 10W carga. TV es el tipo inteligente pero no Google TV con YouTube, Netflix, Disney+ etc instalados. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.
Por último, proporcionaron una caldera, pero el bañón es demasiado pequeño para ella.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated.
The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

El hotel es un hotel muy estratégico, a pocos pasos de los famosos lugares turísticos y Singapur justo al mar. JB Sentral justo detrás del hotel, puede conducir o tomar el tren de KL a JB, viajar por JB con auto o agarrar alrededor. El estacionamiento gratuito es una ventaja, ya que no es fácil encontrar estacionamiento en esta zona.

Quite ok for the room, but a day with cockroach. But glad that the staff helps to handle immediately and everything goes smooth. Room quite spacious and suitable for solo or friends trip. Still recommend this stay ☺️☺️☺️

Decided to book last minute - initially cant book for family of 2A2C.
WhatsApp them, replies was….sluggish.
Finally manage to book and the room was…not like the initial ones. Previous booking it was really great. Room size room cleanliness.
The room we got was small but there’s multiple hairs on the carpet. Especially with kids, that was just a no no.
Call them via the phone provided, was put on hold and the line got cut off 🙂
Tried calling again, took quite a while before finally got connected.
Upgrade the room for RM80.
Whatever that was book on trip wasn’t as per advertised.
Second, it was drizzling. So we went downstairs to take a look at the swimming area. There’s no towels. Call the front desk ask if the swimming pool is open, they mention “I think it’s open”
Breakfast was subpar.

The room we stayed was dusty , me and my friend had an allergic rhinitis and I had a conjunctivitis after the stay overnight

La habitación era muy normal. Llanamente, pero nada de estética. Adecuado para personas que quieren quedarse por la necesidad. No para el estadío o para personas que aman la estética del hotel.
La extensión del desayuno era limitada.
En general, era bueno, no me importaría quedarse de nuevo.

El organizador anunció inicialmente el punto de partida en la torre de reloj cercana, pero se ha cambiado a la marca de cero km. Pero no se ha ido desde que el ”Festival de Johor visita” se ha ocupado del lugar de la torre de reloj, Visite el Pasar Malam y se maravilló en la exposición de drones en la noche de apertura.
La puerta siguiente es la Dobi, la tienda de desserts, la farmacia y el mini mart.
Las tiendas de comida rápida como McDonald's y KFC pueden necesitar ir a y desde si no en línea.

SskyscappyEste lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

JJust a casual travelerI was there for 3 nights, booking 2 rooms with queen size bed.
It was a less than satisfactory experience. I specifically requested for rooms away from elevators but they gave me 2 rooms that are right next to their employee elevator. So it means, the elevator is in between of the 2 rooms that I booked for my parents and I. No doubt, the employee elevator meant less activity but it's still next to the elevator where ppl could easily come up and down.
Secondly, we were unable to get the key card to open the door to the corner room that is for my parents. Took 1 trip down to concierge to inform them about the problem. They programmed the key card again and problem still exists. Only after I told them to relocate my parents to a different floor that they mentioned that the battery in the scanner of the door ran out so they have to get technician to change them. So, that left a bad impression from the getgo.
Thirdly, once we got on that floor, it smelled bad. I had to get housekeeping to spray air-freshener to get rid of the smell. I believe it from the drainage, where if water wasn't used or flushed down, it can start to smell. So my question was, how long was the room toilets not cleaned or flushed? If the rooms were occupied, surely it shouldn't smell.
Fourth, the pool was not what is expected of a hotel pool. Even a boutique hotel pool look better than that. But I don't care too much about pools as I am looking for good place to rest after spending a lot of time sightseeing when I'm traveling.
Fifth, noise insulation wasn't good. I could hear the guest in the next room snoring from my room. Let alone if the guest spoke loudly, I could hear.
The staff were polite and kind for the most part. One or 2 staff may not know certain things but they are probably new to the job and are on training. Not a big matter.
It is situated in a good location. It is 20-25 mins away from Johor city square. It is in a nice suburban neighbourhood, but within a commercial round area with a park in the middle. There is even a big Aeon Mall right opposite the hotel. Traffic isn't bad going into that area.
If you're looking to spend a lot of time in the room during your travel, this is not the one for you. If you want a comfortable room to rest for the night, this is good enough.

UUsuario invitadoAs a retired couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton for a short 3 days getaway. It was surrounded by shop houses and 10mins walk to SKS mall (2 storey tall only). The room was spacious and the service crew was exceptionally helpful. We appreciated the hotel accommodating our request for a room near the lift, though the trade-off was a less-than-ideal view facing the hotel rooftop.
The breakfast selection was moderate, which was expected for the off-peak season. We particularly enjoyed our stroll at Desaru Beach; the hotel's free shuttle service is very convenient with three daily timings (9am, 12pm, and 5pm - for single trip only, however you may opt to set off at 9am and take the next shuttle bus at 12pm or 5pm back to hotel). We opted for the 5pm shuttle to catch the sunset, which was beautiful. The return journey via Grab was only 9 Ringgit, which we found very affordable. A great spot for a relaxing getaway. The best deal we found was having fresh Black Thorn durian and a cold, fresh coconut at a very reasonable price nearby.

TTentenAmaiodinThe unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

El aire acondicionado estaba frío, el calentador de agua funcionaba y se proporcionaba champú, gorro de ducha y kits dentales. El hotel parece bastante antiguo en algún rincón y el suelo de la habitación parecía un poco sucio, pero no estaba pegajoso. Ideal si buscas un lugar para dormir, pero no esperes lujos. En general, es un lugar cómodo y tranquilo.

El restaurante de la cafetería, el salón de club, el restaurante de nodle y el restaurante de desayuno se encuentran en el piso 5.
El gimnasio, la piscina, los niños en el parque humedo y las salas de baile están en el piso 6.
Nos quedamos en una habitación de lujo normal.
Espacial con zona de estar y mesa. Toalla espacial también. Toalla con bidet. Ducha con la cabeza de ducha de lluvia y mano. Tabla de vestir grande equipada con un espejo facial iluminado, secador de pelo y una variedad de instalaciones de baño.
La vista desde el piso 12 fue grande. Enfrentándose al taman pelangi. Visitas desbloqueadas.
El personal era amable y amable, muchos nos saludaron cuando pasamos.
El hotel está situado en la izquierda del edificio, y el parque está compartido con el centro comercial que se abre pronto en abril.
Nota su número de cartón y puedes entrar y salir sin límites durante tu estancia.
Bien recomendado. Pagado 189sgd por una noche de viernes

AA.T.W.It has everything we need Good proximity to Customs, comfortable bedding, shared ironing facilities and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. My mum usually doesn't sleep well when she travels but she shared the bedding was so comfortable that she slept well. The only downside is its proximity to the road. I can hear the traffic at night and during the day, interrupting my sleep.
